I got seven estimates and none felt credible--I was ready to give up. Then I met Javier at Qualitek. I knew right away he was the real deal. His setup and confidence stood out, and I trusted him without needing a written contract. One week later, my truck was finished--absolutely perfect. The quality exceeded my expectations, and the price was exactly what he quoted. No surprises. Honest, skilled, and reliable. Highly recommended.

Their team will set a reasonable turnaround, and not hold your car hostage for months while they extend deadlines. I was in for a repair on a recently replaced bumper job done in Houston that was now coming loose from the top clip on the front passenger side. I would never recommend Alfredo Collision to anyone…read more I brought my vehicle to this shop after a collision that affected the rear passenger-side wheel. The repair required replacing certain parts related to the suspension and wheel area. Unfortunately, my experience with this place was extremely frustrating from beginning to end. From the start, the woman working there who identifies herself as the Accounting Manager was rude, unprofessional, and very unhelpful. She behaved as if she owned the business, yet showed very little competence or willingness to resolve issues. I even asked to speak with the owner, Alfredo, and was given incorrect information about who the owner actually was. The biggest problem is that my vehicle was returned to me in worse condition than before the repair. After picking it up, the car started making loud noises that it never had before. This makes me seriously question the quality of the work performed. It also explains why they never wanted to provide any warranty for their labor. In addition, the shop kept my vehicle longer than expected and still attempted to charge $50 per day in late fees, which I find completely unreasonable considering the delays and the condition in which my car was returned. At this point, I plan to have my vehicle independently inspected to verify the quality of the work performed. If the inspection confirms my concerns, I will take the appropriate legal action. It is very disappointing to see a business treat customers this way. I honestly believe the owner may not be aware of how poorly this place is being managed and how much damage this type of behavior is doing to the reputation of the shop. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this place look elsewhere for repairs.

Two years ago, they replaced the bumper on my Toyota Corolla. That bumper recently detached entirely during a road trip. When I asked them to cover the repair, they declined, citing the two-year gap. A separate auto body shop that inspected the damage confirmed the failure was due to the use of aftermarket parts, despite the fact that I was billed for dealership-grade parts. When I raised this, I was told the failure must have resulted from other body work done on my car in the interim, calling me a liar. There is no record of any such work. The only service on my vehicle since has been routine inspections. Monica Guerra and her staff have been dishonest throughout this process, and I'm deeply disappointed in how they've handled it. $2000 to fix their mistake.

I recently had major body work done on my 2024 Silverado due to it being scraped by a bus. They did a beautiful job on that repair. Although I had a choice of body shops for my uninsured motorist coverage, I choose this location of Crash Champions again because their customer service and the quality of their work is fantastic. I was kept up to date at every step of the way both times my vehicle was in this shop. The service advisor was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The folks who work in the front office who check you in are also excellent.
