Pieces of advice: - They only offer these certain times of the day. My short term memory fails me so call and double check what time they do these before you go. - You have to wait with your car at the shop. Which ended up not mattering because they were so quick. (This might not make a difference to those of you who do not live in the area anyway) My experience there was short, but for sure that's definitely good thing.

He looked at my pads, said that they really didn't need to be replaced, had life still left on them. Who does that? Most mechanics at that point would try to sell you rotors as well. I went ahead and had them replaced anyway (better to start new) and he got the pads discounted for me. I will come back to him the next time I need work done.
