A tech named Brian at their Seguin, TX location came and spent 10 min looking at the RV; asked me to have the unit towed to their shop (cost $1800 for towing and $1200 for the service call) and they would let me know by Monday or Tuesday what they found. After two weeks of no answer, they finally sent me an email. It stated that the engine was in horrible shape (Freightliner diesel pusher with 28000 miles and in perfect shape!). They claimed that the repair could cost as much as $50000 or if the engine needed replacement up to $90000. They required a payment of $15000 to continue the work. I called Lisa and told her I was picking up the RV and towing it to the Freightliner Dealer. She advised me that the unit was torn apart and I would have to pay an additional $3900 to get the unit back together so it could be towed. I hopped on my truck and drove two hours to their shop. I found the RV exactly as I gave it to them in the middle of a field; all parts in place. Feeling scammed, I called the Sherrif's office and an officer met me on location. When I challenged Brian to prove they had worked on it, they showed me pictures of a computer screen. It was clear that they had done nothing and were scammers. Unfortunately, the officer, though asserting with my assessment, stated that since I had given them the authority to work on the unit, I owed the additional $3900 and could take them to court if I wished, but I could not just take the RV. I ended up paying the additional $3900 to get my RV back. A total of $7000 wasted with 1836 and not one thing resolved. I had the unit towed to the Freightliner dealer at an additional cost of $2200. They discovered that the only thing wrong was a valve in the air system which had failed. A $1200 fix. Lisa and Brian are crooks. This company is nothing but a bunch of scammers. You have been warned.

After calling many places and their favorite word for repainting the outside was NO we no longer do that we contacted Lifetime Roof. They said YES. Outstanding job done, Lifetime roof put on, and the little tin can is ready to roll! Absolutely would give anybody their number if work is needed for their RV. Gavin is honest, extremely easy to work with, and kept us informed on the progress. The painter did an outstanding job. Even keeping the RV and redoing areas they were not happy with. My 2023 Winnebago Solis had a water leak that was staining the headliner to the left of the driver…read moreseat. RV Specialist came out twice for a total of $501 to repair the leak. On the last visit, two of the Clearance lights on the exterior were replaced (by white lights, not matching the other 3 lights that are yellow) as this is what the technician believed was causing the leak. The van is STILL leaking in the same area as the original leak. Don't waste your money on RV Specialists, I know I will never use them again.

He started over 4 months ago, said he would be done in a month and he has not finished ONE room. This is not just a one time incident, this dude has given us the run around from day one. He leaves for lunch saying "We will be back" and never shows back up. He told us he "hurt his back and was on medication" so we waited a month and finally had to call and see what was up... he answered (after about 2 days of me begging him to please let me know something) saying he would stop by (it was a Saturday) that day. Because our house has been in complete disarray for so long because of this man, we cancelled our plans for that night and waited. He never showed UNTIL the next morning - SUNDAY MORNING!(no call, no text to let us know he wasn't coming Saturday- he just came by banging on the door at 9am on Sunday) He came in looked around like he had forgotten what the place looked like and said he would be finished by next Friday. Well guess what?!? He never showed. Again. So here we go again with the texting and calling. Finally he does answer and texts me he had another job and would be by after he finishes this other job. And that brings us to today. He has not answered and I have to assume is just taking off with our $ now. Update- It has now been over 6 months and no word from this guy and he's changed his number. Not sure what to do...
