We set up an appt for him to come repair or replace it and also to give me quotes on a long list of other repairs I needed done. Ash was very late so I called to find out what happened. He said he ran into a problem and would be heading my way soon and gave me a new time. He showed up an hour later than he said. He was rude, constantly cut me off when I was trying to tell him what other work I needed quotes on, was dismissive, arrogant and acted like he didn't have time to listen or give me the time of day After the third thing I brought up, he interrupted and said he was leaving. Went to his truck and did the quotes on the 3 things I did manage to tell him about before being rudely cut off, told me he'd send them to me and I could approve which ones I wanted done online and he left. Since I live in Texas and the humidity was bad, I had no choice but to get the A/C repaired and the two other things he'd let me tell him about. After this experience I never wanted to call another company again! However I still had other necessary repairs that had to be done so took a chance and called another company. They were wonderful! The difference was like night and day. The man from the other company did a lot more work and charged way less than Ashley. He was polite, patient and kind. I regret letting Central Texas Mobile RV Service do any repairs at all. One of the so called repairs didn't last a week yet cost me over $350! I do not recommend this company or its owner unless you're a glutton for punishment.

I showed them the photo I brought in, the photo from the Ranch Hand website which was on the flyer in their show room. The older lady in the office proceeded to tell me that despite the fact the brochure which was right in front of her show differently that I was wrong. It has little to do with the bumper, quality or even how it was installed. It is 100% to do with the attitude of the staff, the lack of attention to detail Or willingness to admit they ordered the wrong part. To top it off they couldn't even figure out what the balance correctly. In the end it was a five dollar difference, but I was willing to pay it to leave and not have to deal with the worst customer service I've had in a while. You really have to want the bumper and have no other options to use Spillar. Make sure you get everything in writing, keep your paperwork, and dot the I's and cross the T's. No matter what, don't expect them to apologize if they screw up. Prologue: After reviewing the paperwork I realized they had even written it down, the way we had discussed it. I confronted them with this and told them they needed to make it right. It's hard to be a small business and turn a profit, I of all people understand that. I checked their hourly rates, they are in line with other garages I have used in the past. They seem to have a very smooth and efficient system set up, they handle a lot of cars with the large garage space they have, and they do a good job communicating and providing updates. As if that wasn't enough, you get to spend your first night in your new RV in their RV park adjacent to the sales area to make sure everything works and see if any other questions come up. It was nearly closing time when I saw it, but they're close to where I live, so I called them, explained the situation, and they said to bring it in. I drove a compact SUV that's not diesel, by the way. When I arrived, they were checking out customers, and by the time they got to me, the garage had already closed, but they said they'd look at it anyway. Due to where the nail was, the tire couldn't be repaired. They opened garage bay, pulled their equipment back out, and put my spare on for me. By the time they finished, it was quite a while after their closing time. They said my tire would've probably blown out on the drive the next day if I hadn't gotten it changed. After all of this, they REFUSED to let them pay them!! I insisted, but they still refused. They were very kind, and definitely went above and beyond. I plan to go back for oil changes and whatever routine maintenance the can do for my vehicle. It's refreshing to find a place that still values customer care.
