I told you over and over I didn't want to take you to court because I am not that guy. You lie about the transmission issue. You didn't cover squat or offer the towing out of your pocket or pay for extra oil to be generous. It's because I was direct with you and. It happy and told you I would be reviewing this kind of post. This is why you flipped and started offering me these things because you knew I was going to take you to court. You offered free labor on the transmission as a way to negotiate with me to keep from going to court. I kept record as I said of you and I talking when you offered immediately to have my car towed. I have a completely well recorded and documented list of other things I will not share but in court that show you dropped the ball over and over. I contacted SW Autobody- they were willing to work with me on price AND take up the charge with working with my insurance. Even better, before I new what my insurance would charge for my deductible, SW autobody said that they woukd cover half of my deductible. After back and forth with insurance, the insurance company said my deductible would be $250 because it was considered uninsured motorist. My normal deductible is $1,000. Sw autobody said if I went with them to fix my truck, they would cover the $250 deductible. I decided to go with SW Autobody. Insurance was dragging their feet, and the team at SW contacted my insurance daily to push my insurance company. It took Progressive (insurance co) 10 days to send an adjuster to look at my truck- ridiculous. SW Autobody got the amount of money needed to cover my truck's fix. I was running out of time for my covered rental car. SW took the chargw and got my truck fixed exactly by the day that i had to return the rental car! Amazing! And awesome part of working with them is they picked up my truck from my house to do the work, and dropped it off at my house after they fixed my truck. I loved that. When they brought my trucj back to me, my truck looked amazing! They even washed it. Also, they offered to venmo me $20 to pay for gas that they used. I told them absolutely not. They already went above and beyond! Again, if you need autobody repair, 1000% get ahold of SW autobody!

It was easy to make the appointment to have the Jeep towed in and they got back to me by the end of the day with the diagnostic. My brake line had blown out and they were going to replace it. The next day they called to tell me there were no brake lines available for my Jeep anywhere with MOPAR, or any other manufacturer. People in my situation are all waiting months for these things on back order. Most shops would have probably told me to come tow this Jeep out of their way until a brake line was available. Not Juke! They thought outside the box and let me know a hydraulic shop they work with could build the part for me, and it would only be $80 more! Perfect! Even though they had to run around town with these brake lines, and rely on another shop to hunt down parts and fabricate custom brake lines for me, they had my Jeep back to me after just 6 business days! The other great thing is Miguel kept me updated the whole time and I never had to worry about if my vehicle was being taken care of. I despise writing a poor review for a locally-owned business, but after months of being led-on and ignored, I am writing this in hopes of saving someone else's precious time. My husband was in a car wreck in October 2025. The person who rear-ended him has terrible insurance, so we decided to file a claim through our insurance, Allstate. Capital City Collision provided us a quote that our insurance did not agree with. An Allstate negotiator went back and forth with the shop. Part of the issue was my husband's truck had after-market parts that were damaged. Our Allstate negotiator, Elizabeth, called us to confirm that she was able to get funds approved by her manager and they reached an agreement on pricing with the shop. A check for $2,207.66 was sent to the shop to start ordering parts. According to Allstate, the shop cashed the check on January 20th. It is now March 19th and the shop still has yet to reach out. I have tried calling the shop multiple times in the last two months. Each time I call, they answer and hang-up immediately. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe they are busy. I tried calling the shop today, and again, same situation: answer, then hang up. I thought to myself, "hmm... maybe they really are ignoring our calls?" So I waited 15 minutes and called back with a blocked number. What do you know... Catherine decided to pick up and answer this time! She kept me on hold for 9 minutes before taking me off hold and hanging up on me immediately. I called back, and a man answered. He transferred me up to Catherine, who kept me on hold for 4 minutes this time and hung up immediately. While I was on hold the second time, I received a text message saying they wouldn't do business with us. They ignored my text, asking when they planned on returning the check they cashed for $2,207.66. My husband and I have been trying to get his truck fixed since October 2025. It is now March 2026. I understand that our insurance was being difficult to work with... we were annoyed by Allstate, too! That being said, Capital City Collision could have rejected our business months ago, instead of stringing us along. Rather than sending this text message 5 months ago when this all started, they chose to dodge our calls and waste our time. Unprofessional does not even begin to describe their behavior. They were avoidant, deceptive, thieving, and rude.
