Every time I called, I got a different story about where my car was or what I needed to do. On top of that, they had inconvenient hours and made it feel like I was the problem for trying to pick up my own vehicle. There was zero sense of urgency from their side, and the whole process felt disorganized and unprofessional. Needed a jump start and called them. $100 for a jump, if it didn't start, they'd only charge $25 more for a tow 3/4 of a mile. The person who answered was friendly, listened to my issue, and gave me options. However, when the driver came, he didn't even say hello or make eye contact, wasn't wearing a mask during COVID, and unnecessarily blocked the whole road. He left and drove down the road after jump starting my car. Unfortunately he didn't give enough of a charge and it died right away. I had to run down the street to get him to come back to jump it a second time. While it did work out in the end. I wouldn't recommend spending the $100 to have them come out to jump your car. If you have a similar experience you might not be driving away and you'll likely not be treated professionally. read more

When they arrived the driver was extremely polite and friendly. If I ever need another tow, this will be the place I call. Pros: Reasonably priced for the distance I needed to be towed. Cons: Communication and speediness. I was told they had someone on the way when I called in at 6pm. Figured that would probably mean 30-45 minutes because of traffic, so I told my gf not to bother picking me up. An hour later I called in to get an ETA. I'm told they'll call me back in 3 minutes with an answer. 20 minutes later the driver calls. He's 15-20 minutes out. All said and done, it took an hour and forty minutes for the truck to show up. I lost all of the daylight I was hoping to have for fixing my car. Not a happy customer. read more

Worst company ever! Bought a car they said the only problem was the battery. Easy fix. Once I get home the car doesn't start even after getting the battery fixed. Went to auto zone the alternator and starter are both out smh. Break lights are out can't fix it bc it's missing a piece in the part. Headlight out, same issue. As we clean the car, we find WEED inside. I have kids. Imagine if I would have got pulled over. Tried contacting the boss, no answer. They blocked my number and I still haven't received the title. Waited 3 hours for them to show up. I told them I had a 4 door diesel. When he finally arrived, with a regular tow truck and not a flatbed, the driver told me he couldn't tow my truck because my tires were too big. AND he doesn't own a flatbed! Got two flat tires on a Friday night and early Saturday morning I called Austin Towing services and Joe came out right away. He checked my tires to see if they could just be filled with air but they were totally done. Next he towed me to the nearest tire shop, explained to them what I needed and got me set up before heading out. For work we have a 24' refrigerated truck with a big Cat diesel engine. I left the light on in the box and drained the battery completely. He showed up connected his truck and and extra battery charger along with another truck(yes three batteries) and sure enough he got the thing started.
