Out tow hitch had snapped, ending with our car in the back of our motorhome. The first place we went for an estimate took two weeks to get an estimate to us, and the estimate was outrageous. The second place we went to, couldn't come to terms with the insurance company. The insurance adjuster recommended we go to Country Tyme. He said they really did excellent work and he was correct! Also rubber seals were not put on as requested which I identified to get done. My first major trip out, bolts sheered and I was stranded having to call Mobile technician at a cost of $697. I called to complain and upon return I identified and sent pictures of problem. Last I heard from Alex she was checking with technician. I have sent Texts and emails without any communication back. They say they treat you like a family. Not true in my eyes. They have lost my business and would never recommend them to all my RV buddies as well as anyone else who reads this complaint. Only reason for 2 rating is my awning replacement was ok.

They have consistently been the friendliest, most professional repair service I have encountered in my half-century of RV ownership. They do a superb job of fixing things that are "broke," but if it ain't broke, they won't pretend to fix it; they'll explain how to make it work without charge. They installed a custom towing rig, allowing me to tow my Maverick hybrid, which has worked like a charm. When they do make a repair, it generally stays repaired, but if not, they stand by their work and will make it right. They are honest, personable, and charge very reasonable fees. In short, they are about as good as an RV repair shop can get!
