Well I've had 3 issues and they didn't want to honor the warranty. The first was the sliding door for the bedroom. , screws were too short for the weight of the door. So the way they fixed it was to add a bunch more (to short screws. The door and track fell off once again the next time we went camping. Took it back and they refused to fix it. Then the refrigerator stopped working. Took it in, and they charged 250.00. They said it was the fan it froze, it wasn't covered. So if the warranty is supposed to cover everything why not the fan in the refrigerator. The warranty was rather expensive and Crestview will not honor it. I am a 70 yr old woman who uses the trailer twice a year for 3 wks each time. I'm not hard on it. It's my home when I visit Texas. I'm from California and always thought Texans were the best honorable people. I still do except for the people who work for Crestview. I strongly suggest to stay away from all the Crestview RV. They are not honorable or trustworthy

They have consistently been the friendliest, most professional repair service I have encountered in my half-century of RV ownership. They do a superb job of fixing things that are "broke," but if it ain't broke, they won't pretend to fix it; they'll explain how to make it work without charge. They installed a custom towing rig, allowing me to tow my Maverick hybrid, which has worked like a charm. When they do make a repair, it generally stays repaired, but if not, they stand by their work and will make it right. They are honest, personable, and charge very reasonable fees.
