Unfortunately, a faucet was installed incorrectly by one of their plumbers, which caused significant expense for us (we have no ceiling in our utility room from water damage). Despite giving the company over a month to address the issue and multiple opportunities to work with us, we received no cooperation. Toll Brothers developers are developing a huge area next to our street and have literally been geo-forming the earth--jack hammering through layers of karst that our homes are sitting on.
