The owner was unprofessional and disrespectful in his interactions. I truly hope no one else has to go through a situation like this.

I've been quoted insanely high prices by other plumbing companies, then call Plumbinator and save hundreds for the service that fixes the problem and that lasts. On some things, Plumbinator's prices are thousands less for the same outcome. No upselling. The bottom line is this company operates by an old school, honest, excellent service, business model that is getting harder and harder to find with the increasing greed and third-world level scamming culture on the rise in America. Two young men showed up the next day, on time, with protective sleeves for their feet, and walked me through what they were going to do.
