He is confused about the type of water line I have and didn't demonstrate a basic understanding of the differences between PEX-A and PEX-B. He then quoted me $850 in labor alone to cut out a small section of PEX and install the valve--even though I would be providing the Moen Flo device myself. To "justify the price", he claimed the system would need to be "programmed," but my own research shows that the Moen Flo does not require any special programming during installation. Charging that much for a job that should take well under an hour felt unreasonable and misleading. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a plumber, and STAY FAR AWAY

I've recommended them to my friends and neighbors, given them 5-star reviews, and kept coming back to them. But recently they did something that's left me in shock. I had a common clog that I wasn't able to fix on my own. Sosa came out to investigate. In the process, it turns out they dropped a piece of equipment into my pipes that clogged it further. They didn't notice and couldn't figure out what the clog was, so they gave me an estimate for $6000 to dig under my house to clear it. I told them to hold off. I had another company come in to take a look. They said there was some sort of obstruction. After working a couple of hours, they pulled it out and discovered it was another plumber's equipment. And then charged me $600 for removing a foreign object. So now I'm out $600 because of Sosa's screwup - a screwup they wanted to charge me $6000 to fix - and my original clog is still there! My sink still doesn't drain. And it's not the mistake that has me so furious - things happen. It's that they won't take responsibility for it. When I called and explained the situation, the most they would offer was a $100 COUPON for my next service with them! I tried escalating, but after a single round of phone tag, they've gone silent. So beware this company - they tried to charge me $6000 to fix a problem they created themselves, and then refused to compensate me in any meaningful way when I cleaned up their mess with someone else.

This time we had a few small jobs to tackle (faucet replacement, garbage disposal replacement). I called and they said they'd have someone out the next day. It was not a rush at all, but every time we have used them it has always been that prompt. The price is always fair and the work is exceptional. Every plumber we have had has been friendly, and offers plumbing related tips and suggestions. This time was no different. Jack was our plumber this time. Super nice guy and very knowledgeable. We were completely satisfied with the work. An hour after he left though the call came. It was Jack. He said "something has happened that I have never had happen before". I thought, "certainly he has left a tool or something behind at our house". He then went on to say "I have one of your chickens". He had left the roll up door on his box truck open while working. We have free range chickens and apparently one of them wanted to check out his truck! Of course not expecting that, when he was done he secured the truck and went to his next job, which was an hour away. We were out of town by then and couldn't do anything. Jack said he had two jobs to finish but would drop the chicken back off afterward. Sure enough, several hours later (and no doubt an exciting adventure for the chicken) Jack dropped off the chicken, and took a photo of her back home. Yet somehow the story was still not over. An hour after that Jack texted again with a picture and said "I got an egg"!!!! Apparently she was so happy with her trip she left him what she could! She was back out the next day, hoping Jack would come back so she could ride along again! This company is first rate. Every time.
