I wish all businesses were this easy and simple. I'm new to TX and have a bit of land and…read morediscovered my traditional push mower just wasn't going to be able to do the job that I needed. Or I would spend a day just using a push mower... so I decided it was time to get a seated mower. I've read a lot about zero turn mowers and felt I was ready to make the purchase. Through my search online, I came across Reid's Triple T and was hoping to find out as much information online before making the trip out. It turned out to be even easier than that. I contacted them by email and they confirmed they had the exact zero turn mower I was interested in as well as the add-ons I wanted. Without even having to talk to anyone on the phone, I was given a quote. Now, I don't have any means of hauling something like this and thought it would be easier for them to install the extras I was ordering. Fortunately, they knew someone who would transport the mower and for a reasonable fee, they attached the extra equipment I ordered. I was ready to make the purchase; I sent them the documents they required and I was able to sign them and email right back to them. Fortunately, I can sign electronically on my computer, but for those who can't, it might be nice if they used Docusign (but they might actually offer that). I spoke to someone over the phone to do my payment and in just a few hours... I had purchased my new mower and arranged for delivery. They gave me an approximate date for delivery and today it arrived... as promised. I am very happy with the service at Reid's Triple T. In fact, another person from this store emailed me to ensure I had been contacted after my initial email inquiry. They responded to all of my emails immediately and instead of what I thought would take days and ultimately result in me driving to the store (it's far away from me), I never left my house other than to greet the person who delivered the mower. Great prices, incredible customer service... I wouldn't hesitate to use them and if you know of another store that has the same product... you want to come here simply for the customer service. They way they treat their customers is how you would expect if you were family! I really can't say enough great things about my experience with this store and I know I will return. Thank you to Steven Jennings who helped me through this entire process.

Knowing that they are a small business we called ahead of time to schedule an appointment to view the camper we found through a third party listing. They responded almost immediately and remained very easy to get ahold of through the entire experience. They stayed a bit after hours for us to view the camper, answered all our questions, and - part of what we enjoyed the most - applied absolutely NO pressure to purchase whatsoever! Not once did we ever feel like we were being talked into a purchase. They wanted us to do what was best for our family and it was obvious! We agreed to purchase the camper on a handshake and let them know we would have to get some business in order. A couple of weeks later once all business was handled on our end we showed up for our scheduled final walk through and Darrell talked my husband and I through every inch of the camper as requested. He even generously helped my husband install a goose box attachment for no additional charge. I stopped in two weeks ago with my boat trailer and the young man in service came out to look and measured the wheels with their template. We also discussed the overhaul project I'm undertaking and he was super helpful, offering to walk the trailer and order anything needed, as well as answer questions. He gave the wheel and tire info to the guy at the counter. The counter guy took my name and number, "Should be here in about a week." Stopped by after hearing nothing and the same counter guy knew nothing about the order or the discussion. I left with "thank you" and received the standard "no problem". Never wonder why people shop online or with out of state dealers for parts and such.

They do a superb job of fixing things that are "broke," but if it ain't broke, they won't pretend to fix it; they'll explain how to make it work without charge. They installed a custom towing rig, allowing me to tow my Maverick hybrid, which has worked like a charm. When they do make a repair, it generally stays repaired, but if not, they stand by their work and will make it right. They are honest, personable, and charge very reasonable fees. We had a great time traveling to see family and were able to host family over for cards and games. The RV was meticulous and came equipped with everything we requested. This was a tester for our family, we were unsure if we wanted to buy an RV this year or not. Well, these guys made it so easy we will be RV more often, but why buy when these guys make it a breeze. No need to store, clean, maintain or carry insurance not to mention the cost. We will just lease it from these guys. Thanks so much for making a long road trip very pleasant. It might be good to note that we spent about a week trying to book with two other companies, who would just not respond. Their websites said they would reply within 24 hours. The only response we ever got from one is they charged our credit card $3500.00 without confirming the reservation. Absolutely a nightmare, you can call me directly if you want names, I am not willing to post on a public site. Oh, and by the way, we were leaving on Thursday and Tuesday is when we finally reached out to American Dream Vacation. We put in an online request and within 30 minutes we had received a text letting us know the RV we were inquiring about was already taken. But sent us two other options within that next text. Two of the windows on the RV literally fell onto the roadway which we were traveling. They tried to blame us for the windows falling out!!! WTF Below is the full list of issues we had with the RV: - When we left Austin the glass window fell out on bedroom window onto the roadway - On our way back to Austin, we lost a second window on the dining slide out onto the roadway - Air conditioner not working in main room, E4 error code - 24/7 support not available, voicemail box full. - Roadside assistance said they couldn't help us with any of the problems - 7' broken wood board on slideout, fell and almost hit daughter in the head - The gauge on the freshwater tank doesn't work so can't tell if there's any water or not. Only discovered on the 3rd day the tank was full of water - Water fill hose leaking at connection, spraying water all over. We couldn't use the camp site water because of issue. - Hot water doesn't work on kitchen faucet - Back up camera not working - Various windows/mechanisms broken and taped on outside with shipping tape - Broken screen door handle - No key for outside storage locks - Leg on Queen bed is loose/broken - Door on bedroom doesn't stay closed or latch - Window shade in bedroom is broken - Right rear view mirror very loose - Kitchen drawers won't stay set - Slide out panel controls are reverse - Check engine light was on the whole trip. I called immediately after picking up the RV and was told it had to do with the catalytic converter

I have used these guys in the past for broken TVs and they have always provided a delightful customer experience. You have the options of leaving stuff out on the curb but I couldn't do that because of my HOA. Also, last time I had left a desk that someone snatched up from the curb. So I didn't want to waste their time again. Their technology use is pretty awesome and respectfully as a IT guy I appreciate how it makes billing simple and easy. I bought an enclosed trailer from them last year and didn't have any issues so I went back to get my boat trailer fixed. Only to be Extremely disappointed in their trailer repair service. I dropped off my trailer and received a quote about a week later. Then another week goes by and I receive another quote. THEN YET ANOTHER WEEK GOES BY AND I RECEIVE ANOTHER QUOTE, each one being more than the previous. I ended up picking up my trailer after them having it for 4 weeks with very little work actually done to the trailer and in worse condition that it was dropped off in. Seems to me that they were just trying to get every dime out of it that they could. Maybe they are hurting for money. I feel like I was taken advantage of and Fabcon didn't take any responsibility for there actions. I will not ever go back, nor will anyone I know. read more

Lemon seller…read more Bought a 'new' trailer that we had delivered cross country. It showed up with multiple things broken inside, plastic shavings and pieces all over the bed. Vents on roof that don't open properly, valences for windows on the floor with the screws stripped out of the walls, another hanging with one screw stripped. Unclean, looks used - found a map for an RV Park in cabinet with someone's personal information which seemingly proves it's been used - along with hundreds of flyers for the trailer (seriously, stacks of flyers - obviously not cleaned before driver picked up). Gray tank is 1/3 full. Toilet has been obviously used. Hair in shower. Paneling peeling. Other paneling popped open. Curtain track not attached right. Things hanging down under the trailer. Keys barely working in the locks. Was told the propane would be full - it's not. Even the power cord for the trailer has a bent prong. Oh, and the trailer makes loud clicking noises when in motion! I'll update on how they fix this. They seemed so great during the sale. What a bummer.
