They keep the property clean and it's been a while since someone has wrecked the entrance gate. I'm down to just a unit in the climate controlled area, but I'm not sure what climate controlled really means. It was crazy cold in there this winter. During the summer, it's tepid at best, certainly not too cool. Be aware if you need a strict temperature. The elevators can get a little janky too, but I've never been trapped in one.

I understand Burnet storage is not responsible for theft but today I picked up my boat and found the hitch bent, jack broken off, and wiring harness cut to pieces like it was mowed. Unfortunately the small boat next to mine had the same fate. Even if the prices for a spot were reasonable the cost for theft and damages is not. The units are amazing. We were looking for a storage place close to where lived. ATX appeared the…read morebest for the buck. There are elevators on site and carts to move your items in and out of the units with ease. I recommend purchasing a lock on site. It is easier with this lock than a normal padlock. There are four sizes of the rooms. The largest is a large 10x15. I find getting the largest unit was better and few dollars more for the unit value. The next is 10x10. They have two smaller units. When you select a unit, be to remember your access code. You are going to need it to where the units are and to ride the elevators. Be sure to return any cats you use, it's a good sign of proper use in a storage facility. The two top mangers Paula and Howard are super nice along with the rest of the staff. You have a three day grace period to pay your dues before a late charge is applied. To prevent late charges, they accept auto pay. The units are open 9:00am to 9:00 pm Monday -Sunday. The staff is on duty from 9am-6pm. Be sure to be out by 9:00 or you will get locked in. They also have boxes and pack stuff in the office.

The facility is easy to access and the on-site staff are courteous, but I strongly advise against…read morestoring your belongings here due to an ongoing rodent infestation and poor handling from management. There has been a known rodent problem since September that management has failed to properly address or communicate to tenants. Several of my belongings were damaged, and others exposed to mice excrement as pictured. The only response from management has been to place glue traps, which do nothing to resolve the larger issue. When I requested to move units because of the infestation, I was initially offered a new one at a higher rate, which I found shocking and poor customer service, and then moved to another unit on the same floor--only to find that one quickly infested as well. Despite acknowledging the rodent issue, management offered no meaningful assistance or compensation beyond insurance that didn't cover the extent of the damage. This experience was extremely disappointing. Avoid storing your items here, and if you are currently stored on the 3rd floor, I would strongly suggest checking your items for signs of rodents.

The gentleman that assisted us were very welcoming and friendly and they had a great promotion for a 5x10 storage for $49 a month so we took it! Also, we had our u-haul trailer that needed to get dropped off at another location, but we were able to drop it off at Storage Max which saved us time and made it so much easier! I highly recommend to come here, great service and great staff :)
