Lights come on automatically when you enter the building. And you are required to enter your pass code to enter the building and then pass thru the door to the units. Finally, if there is a problem with your monthly payment, they will reach out to you on the phone rather than send a letter and cause late fees to track up (I had a card expire, so I found this a great courtesy). Negatives: The only easy way to enter is to take the access road heading north. If you are coming from the north, it's a huge hassle going through parking lots and businesses. Also, your monthly rate will go up on you no matter what.

Although there were no vacancies, she requested my phone number. Much to my surprise, I received a call shortly before the moving date. The property is clean, well lit and convenient. Paperwork is minimal. One month, I accidentally sent a check that was greater than the amount due. I requested quotes via Yelp and this company was not one of the orginals that came through. The owner took the time to reach out to me and everything was smooth sailing from then on. Communication was clear, they were on time (if not early which I love!), efficient, effective, fast, took care of items and so pleasant to work with! I was combining households with another family member so we were working with having to fit my furniture into her existing home and they were able to make it work which I thought was going to be impossible! We also had some items that needed to be hauled away and when I asked if they had a referral for me, Jonathan (the owner) offered to give us a quote on those items so we could have them removed that day as well. In addition to all of the amazing service that we received, they were by far the best value without all of the crazy tacked on fees that so many movers put on a move.
