I got the recommended one for our 3 bed house, and it was the perfect amount. The delivery and pick up was so fast and easy, and having to unload the boxes within a certain amount of time ended up being beneficial for not procrastinating unpacking. The best part was that many of the boxes are the same shape, so I was able to find efficiencies in packing because I had an idea of how much could fit into one box after doing the first few. The movers loved them because they are easy to stack, and it saves them time by not having to carry a ton of small/different sized boxes back and forth. I hope they expand their business to other places. This is a must for every move.

They have packages ready to go (I used the one bedroom option and added a wardrobe box) and they come with a set of wheels! You rent them for a week which helps you stay on schedule with not leaving packing until the last second and it makes the quote from the actual mover so easy because you know exactly how many boxes and cubic feet you'll take up. Never thought I could fall in love with an inanimate object, but consider me smitten with BB.

Many stores used to have free shipping and free returns. Well, now days, many stores still have free shipping but no free returns. I had to pay $5 to get return labels to ship this dress back. In the big scheme of things, this was not too bad (some stores charge $15+ for returns.) I went to the UPS store with my QR return code and literally, in seconds my return was made. He also gave me a paper copy of my transaction. In addition, I had my left over taco bag in hand and he said I could use a trash can that was hidden underneath a counter. So, super nice of him given that I did not even asked for a trash can. Excellent experience at UPS...

It's a great convenient location, too. But I had an issue with them this morning that I have to share. Their website lets you create print orders to pick up in the store and I used it because I needed copies. They said the copies would be ready this morning, so I stopped by. The shop attendant told me their website doesn't work so my order was not only not ready but it was not even in process. He said I could email it but there is an additional fee to send it that way. Don't take orders online if you can't process them. The shop attendant was so unapologetic and literally walked away from me while I was still talking to him, trying to understand the situation. Don't call yourself a print shop or copy place either if you're not going to fulfill the service. Very disappointed.

She sends emails to keep me up to date with changes as the city of Georgetown worked on their street entrance (now finished) and assisted and directed me in getting there after all that construction! The grounds are always clean. When I'm hot (or cold) the office has heat and a/c. The bathroom is clean and accessible when the office is open! Definitely consider this unit! I had been the victim of a bait & switch mover and was forced to pay much much more than their not to exceed estimate. I was not allowed to talk to the owner. Horrible experience. No ghost owner, Seth is with you the entire move and working hard along with his crew. He even reminds them about proper body mechanics to keep them safe. Moving is never fun but Seth and his guys make it as nice as can be. I am going moving back to the Dallas area and hope Seth will be able to make my move for me.
