Objectively: This storage facility is conveniently located, clean, secure and reasonably priced. That alone makes me a satisfied customer and would happily give them a well earned 4/5 Stars... But they get a 5/5 .... why you may ask? Because of the people who run and operate this storage facility. I can only give credit to upper management for their wisdom, or MAYBE, rather luck in hiring their staff. But it is the day to day, ONSITE staff that really have me, not just pleasantly satisfied, but ELATED with my experience. I am not going to mention names, but Terry in particular is not just a gem of a human, but a sharp and efficient operator/manager. Honestly - there are so many Storage facilities out there - that if Terry leaves, then I leave to start my search for wonderful service, anew. Simple as that. read more

I've used storage units in the past and it's always been a hassle due to hidden fees, rude service, lock denials because I did not purchase through them....just random BS. This time around I was EXTREMELY pleased with not only the leasing process but more so the level of customer service I received. Terry was FANTASTIC!!! He helped us complete everything online, since we were in/coming from Oklahoma back to TX we were not available to meet with movers, get a lock sign lease in person.... He maneuvered the process with us and made things so easy. Made himself available after hours in case the movers needed assistance and even held on to our keys for us till we finally made it back down to TX. Thank you so much Terry! read more

I highly recommend Stor Self Storage. From beginning to end, they were very accommodating to our needs. What I appreciate the most is that when you call, you actually get to talk to someone at the location instead of a customer service rep who is not even familiar with the area. In particular Terry Barrick is very helpful and is a joy to work with. Terry is always accessible and makes sure you have a positive experience and easy do to business with. Terry will always greet you with a smile and is very flexible with your storage needs. The location is safe and secure and we had no issues. All in all an A++ experience. Thank you to Terry and staff for making my first storage experience a great one. read more

I've been conducting my business using storage units for over 25 years. Terry and the crew here are the best I've seen and I've used five different storage unit companies due to relocation and growth and yes two had issues with the condition of the units and the management. StoreSelfStorage is the best. They not only perform they exceed every expectation and I made a lot of requests for help and they came thru every time. I use pallets and a pallet jack for heavy loads and Terry modified the lip / edge into the unit. Can't heap enough praise on Terry and Earl and when their gate was damaged they had it fixed right away. I never had an issue getting in or out ever. Great Clean and Secure ! Dan Day read more

If I could rate this company and the level of service they provide above 5 stars, I would! Terry was super friendly and helpful. He was quick to answer my questions and very accommodating. One thing that I feel that makes this company stand out- they answer the phones and respond to your questions! The only correspondence I ever received from the other storage facilities I used in the past was to raise the rent. Communication is key and Stor Self is very kind and courteous to their customers. I can't say enough good things about them! I really enjoy using Stor Self Storage. They are always friendly, helpful, and available to answer my questions/concerns. Thank you, Self Stor!!!! read more

When I found Stor Self Storage I met Mr. Earl and Terry, which are the nicest, most genuine men that actually enjoy their work. These two men helped me get the right storage and the right lock for me without any hassles! Mr. Terry even blessed me with a banana nut bread that he makes for all of his clients and my kids loved this! I have really enjoyed going to my storage and always getting a hi or a bye from them. I will miss them! I highly recommend going here for all of your storage needs as you will always have someone welcoming you there! Thank you Terry and Mr. Earl for helping me when I needed a storage unit for me and my family. Will certainly come back! read more

If I could give 10 stars I would. Self Storage on Lakeline Blvd, is the best place ever. The staff I want to give 20 stars and he needs a raise for going more than the extra mile to help me. I have leased there for going on 2 years and have had at times 4 units. When I need help all I have to do is ask, Terry goes more than the extra mile to help his customers. You can't get it any better than this. You will not be disappointed. Hurry and get your unit leased before they are all gone! Thank you for all that you've done!!! It's so appreciated. We moved from out of state and didn't have a place to land, so we put all our stuff into storage at Stor. Terry, the site manager, is very personable and helpful. He checked on us throughout the day as we loaded our stuff into the unit to see how things were going. The site was clean and felt secure and safe, which is important when 95% of my possessions were there. Move-out was painless and again, Terry made it a great experience all around. If we ever need storage again, we will most certainly return here. Thanks, Stor! read more

My wife and I have rented units at Stor Self Storage for the past couple of years and so has our company in years past. The service has always been exceptional. The management team truly cares about their customers and treats the property as if they own it. They keep the property clean with priority on security: fencing around the property, front security gate with security code, monitored and limited access, adequate lighting, security cameras, and secure solid brass front loaded cylinder locks for the unit doors. read more

Rented a few storage units for just over 2 years during our transition between houses. Their rates were competitive for the size and climate controlled unit. The gentlemen who helped me with the rental were very nice and highly organized. The facility was always clean and well taken care off. I was always able to access the facility and when I checked out the process was easy. Definitely recommend this storage facility for short and long term. read more

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I set up my storage unit from California. (due to my service in the Marine Corps) Terry helped me with everything sent me all my paper work through email! Hard working people here! And to top it off all I said was I'm done with my unit and they closed it all out for me! If a young 23 year old can do this anyone can! I will definitely be using this exact Self storage again in the future! read more

Originally chose this site because it was the closest. However, this will be my first choice from now on. Terry, the manager is great to work with and has been very helpful every time I had a question. Units are well maintained and easily accessible. They even provide a cart which makes moving stuff a lot easier. They've made moving and storing my stuff easy. Thanks Terry. read more

We needed a short term unit between moves and Terry tailored the deal to work for our specific dates, not requiring us to pay for more time than we needed like other places we called. It was a great deal on a good sized drive-up unit and Terry made it not only painless, but pleasant. I would recommend anyone needing storage to go to Lakeline Stor Self Storage. read more

I absolutely loved this storage unit and the very friendly staff especially Mr. Terry! He worked with me at every turn from getting a storage unit to helping me pro rate my rent when I decided to move everything out. I have used other storage facilities but this one is by far the best and if I ever need a unit again they will have my business for life! read more

Stor Self Storage is a safe and very well-managed storage facility. It is climate-controlled, well lit, and clean. I spent several days working in my unit when I no longer needed it. Terry and his staff have gone far and beyond to help me while I was in transition between homes. I knew my belongings were in good hands, and that was one thing I didn't have to worry about.
