Objectively: This storage facility is conveniently located, clean, secure and reasonably priced. That alone makes me a satisfied customer and would happily give them a well earned 4/5 Stars... But they get a 5/5 .... why you may ask? Because of the people who run and operate this storage facility. I can only give credit to upper management for their wisdom, or MAYBE, rather luck in hiring their staff. But it is the day to day, ONSITE staff that really have me, not just pleasantly satisfied, but ELATED with my experience. I am not going to mention names, but Terry in particular is not just a gem of a human, but a sharp and efficient operator/manager. I've used storage units in the past and it's always been a hassle due to hidden fees, rude service, lock denials because I did not purchase through them....just random BS. This time around I was EXTREMELY pleased with not only the leasing process but more so the level of customer service I received. Terry was FANTASTIC!!! He helped us complete everything online, since we were in/coming from Oklahoma back to TX we were not available to meet with movers, get a lock sign lease in person.... He maneuvered the process with us and made things so easy. I highly recommend Stor Self Storage. From beginning to end, they were very accommodating to our needs. What I appreciate the most is that when you call, you actually get to talk to someone at the location instead of a customer service rep who is not even familiar with the area. In particular Terry Barrick is very helpful and is a joy to work with. Terry is always accessible and makes sure you have a positive experience and easy do to business with. If I could rate this company and the level of service they provide above 5 stars, I would! Terry was super friendly and helpful. He was quick to answer my questions and very accommodating. One thing that I feel that makes this company stand out- they answer the phones and respond to your questions! When I found Stor Self Storage I met Mr. Earl and Terry, which are the nicest, most genuine men that actually enjoy their work. These two men helped me get the right storage and the right lock for me without any hassles! Mr. Terry even blessed me with a banana nut bread that he makes for all of his clients and my kids loved this! I have really enjoyed going to my storage and always getting a hi or a bye from them. If I could give 10 stars I would. Self Storage on Lakeline Blvd, is the best place ever. The staff I want to give 20 stars and he needs a raise for going more than the extra mile to help me. I have leased there for going on 2 years and have had at times 4 units. When I need help all I have to do is ask, Terry goes more than the extra mile to help his customers. We moved from out of state and didn't have a place to land, so we put all our stuff into storage at Stor. Terry, the site manager, is very personable and helpful. He checked on us throughout the day as we loaded our stuff into the unit to see how things were going. The site was clean and felt secure and safe, which is important when 95% of my possessions were there. Move-out was painless and again, Terry made it a great experience all around. My wife and I have rented units at Stor Self Storage for the past couple of years and so has our company in years past. The service has always been exceptional. The management team truly cares about their customers and treats the property as if they own it. They keep the property clean with priority on security: fencing around the property, front security gate with security code, monitored and limited access, adequate lighting, security cameras, and secure solid brass front loaded cylinder locks for the unit doors. read more

Rented a few storage units for just over 2 years during our transition between houses. Their rates were competitive for the size and climate controlled unit. The gentlemen who helped me with the rental were very nice and highly organized. The facility was always clean and well taken care off.
