DO NOT USE AMS! My mother used them in a recent move. At first they believed her artwork was…read moremissing, but near the end of the move they found it buried under blankets in the truck. The canvas print was damaged during the move (worn off around the edges), along with other furniture items. We filed a claim since we had purchased their insurance coverage. During the claims process, they requested a repair estimate, which we provided, but their offers remained below the quoted repair cost. Communication was also very slow. Weeks would often pass between responses, and revised offers would appear with little or no explanation, usually only about $50 higher than the previous one. As of today, 7 months later, my mother still has not received compensation for the damaged artwork or furniture. We certainly would never use them again.

The gentleman that assisted us were very welcoming and friendly and they had a great promotion for a 5x10 storage for $49 a month so we took it! Also, we had our u-haul trailer that needed to get dropped off at another location, but we were able to drop it off at Storage Max which saved us time and made it so much easier! I highly recommend to come here, great service and great staff :)

With my crazy work weeks, I was rather stressed. It fell to me to organize all of my friend's affairs, including packing up his storage, hauling away items, etc. Hal offered to assist me with all of this, and he and his 2 boys even helped me with some of the cleaning and hauling. You owe it to yourself to rent here--the prices are great too!!

Thought it was time for a follow-up progress report. My company has been using Stor's services for more than eight years. Throughout the entire period, services have remained constant. Stor has consistently been the best overall value we've ever found, 24/365 gated access, well-lit facility, video surveillance, clean warehouse campus, and unattended package acceptance services. Since my last review, Stor just installed a high definition video surveillance system, re-striped the drives, upgraded all the lighting - both interior and exterior, added aluminum rub rails in all hallways, and purchased new carts for transporting belongings from vehicle to interior unit. Seldom do I enter the property where the staff isn't out cleaning, performing maintenance, and inspecting the property. The manager Shannon, plus her staff, are still super friendly, and still perfectly maintain the facility. Yelp needs to add more stars to their rating system for businesses like Stor.

I also wanted to thank PJ (I believe those are he initials) I think she is a manager, the one who was training Madeline, anyway, she too was a great help and even offered some professional storage advice, to make my space work better for me. Thanks! Side note, I accidentally broke a glass top and it shattered. Madeline was walking by and I asked her if I could borrow the broom and dust pan in her hand and instead of saying yes, she insisted on cleaning it up for me, so that I could keep unloading my truck. It had to have been 11o degrees plus that day. I really appreciated it. Keep up the great work.

Unfortunately they are not on top of their gate…read moremaintenance & wanted to do a 30% increase in my rent after 5 months. 4 times in one month of me going to my storage unit the gate was wide open. I reported it being stuck open and it was never fixed. When I vacated the storage unit, I used the live assistant kiosk to inform them of me moving out. I was told it was taken care of and to expect an email with the cancellation of my account within 24 hours. This was on the 30th of the month. Checked my email & Public Storage account 24 hours later & there was no email and my Public Storage account was still active. Luckily I still had 1 day left in the month before they overcharged me on an empty unit. I called the property, no answer: called the customer service line, no option for moving out; tried their live chat and finally got a link for moving out which brought me back to their app. I have " scheduled" a move out date through their app, fingers crossed this works.
