The gentleman that assisted us were very welcoming and friendly and they had a great promotion for a 5x10 storage for $49 a month so we took it! Also, we had our u-haul trailer that needed to get dropped off at another location, but we were able to drop it off at Storage Max which saved us time and made it so much easier! I highly recommend to come here, great service and great staff :)

Kimberly, Sarahy, Kala and Gail did a great job of saying hello and welcoming me in when I came in the door as a first time renter. They did an excellent job of explaining the process of renting a unit how to access the unit and ways to protect our belongings while stored here. My one hangup or customer feedback that I want to offer The company, and not particularly the staff, is all of the selling of PS products, charges and up charges that you are unaware of until you walk in the door. As a consumer, I would appreciate knowing all the costs involved that I'm looking at in terms of fees before I show up. I definitely felt like I was at a car dealership or a master-planned home community that gets you in the door and goes all-salesperson on you. Overall it was a really good experience.

I reported it being stuck open and it was never fixed. When I vacated the storage unit, I used the live assistant kiosk to inform them of me moving out. I was told it was taken care of and to expect an email with the cancellation of my account within 24 hours. This was on the 30th of the month. Checked my email & Public Storage account 24 hours later & there was no email and my Public Storage account was still active. Luckily I still had 1 day left in the month before they overcharged me on an empty unit. I called the property, no answer: called the customer service line, no option for moving out; tried their live chat and finally got a link for moving out which brought me back to their app. I have " scheduled" a move out date through their app, fingers crossed this works.

My rent was paid on July 19, 2026, which should have granted access until August 18, 2026. I never informed the manager that I was moving out and terminating my lease. The manager chose to terminate my lease early and re-rented the unit without telling me. I spoke to him for a long time on Saturday, and he never mentioned anything about ending my agreement.The next day my friend received a move-out notice, and when I tried to call the office was closed. Monday morning I called several times with no response and I had to physically go to the facility. Only then was I told that the lease was terminated because the door was left open- a reason to justify ending a paid lease without notice. According to the manager the unit was re-rented on Saturday. This conduct feels deceptive and unethical. My rental fee was kept, my lease was cut short and no refund or fair remedy was offered.
