The gentleman that assisted us were very welcoming and friendly and they had a great promotion for a 5x10 storage for $49 a month so we took it! Also, we had our u-haul trailer that needed to get dropped off at another location, but we were able to drop it off at Storage Max which saved us time and made it so much easier! We ended up needing another unit today due to unexpected moving shenanigans and so we went into the office and spoke with Jeremy who is the office manager and is amazing and got another great deal and he was very helpful and just walking us through the entire process making it as painless as possible so I would highly recommend.

If I could give one less star I would. We have complained about roaches someone brought in for the…read morepast 2-3 months now. We have filed multiple complaints in person and over the phone. Nothing has been done to fix the problem. We have been told pest comes to spray. I'm not sure what they are spraying maybe water. It's getting disgusting. We have put out small traps ourselves to get rid of the problem & I think that's the only reason anything is happening. It is so upsetting to experience this especially with how much we are paying. Guess we are paying for the roaches to have a home I'm not sure their thought process. Our next step is moving to another location less disgusting. Thank you for nothing.

First they charge a mandatory Insurance Rate of $11.00 per month but the monthly fee is allegedly low so it's worth it. I signed a contract for $39.00 per month plus the added insurance rate for a total of $50.00 per month in November 2024. Two months later I get a letter saying they are raising the rate to $89.00 per month to keep up with current market conditions. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM THEY JUST LIE TO GET YOU IN THERE THEN THEY DOUBLE YOUR RATE!

We would have to call every month to negotiate. The last time I called, they never called me back, so we got a price increase. They said they couldn't retroactively bring us back to the same price we were paying and on top of that since they didn't call me back in time to get the price lower they added a late fee to my payment. If you have time to call and discuss prices every month, this might be the place for you as long as you're okay with your initial price, doubling within a year and a half.
