She calls when I've forgotten to pay a month, and takes care of it instantly with my info. She cares and asks about me and my family. She sends emails to keep me up to date with changes as the city of Georgetown worked on their street entrance (now finished) and assisted and directed me in getting there after all that construction! The grounds are always clean. When I'm hot (or cold) the office has heat and a/c. The bathroom is clean and accessible when the office is open! Definitely consider this unit! I'm all the way over in Leander, but it's worth the short drive for service and price!
