No ghost owner, Seth is with you the entire move and working hard along with his crew. He even reminds them about proper body mechanics to keep them safe. They're reasonable in price and they work not only hard, but efficiently. They're pleasant, courteous, respectful, professional and at the same time, they are easy going. The guys get along and work very well together. They saved me from having to rent another storage unit thanks to their masterful storage unit packing skills. Items I thought might be an issue for them weren't. I kept waiting for a "but" or hesitation for one thing or scenario or another and there wasn't one. Not even for the rock wall in front of my old house, which other people had complained about. They didn't care if I worked right along side them. Whether you can afford them for an entire move or not doesn't matter, the level of professionalism and service is as high. They totally get budget concerns and will work within your budget. They work hourly, so set the hours and they will work within that. Seth is a straight shooter and doesn't mind questions, even repeated ones. Didn't matter how tired or stressed we were, these guys got it, didn't bat an eye and basically did all they could to make everything easier. We used this service with 2 stops and then a final destination for a local move of some of our belongings. AJ and Travis were the young men sent to facilitate our move and boy did they ever. On time, careful with our belongings, polite and professional. They worked at a fast pace yet were extremely careful with our belongings. Because the first stop was our storage unit my husband also viewed their HWY driving, they drove at a good clip, but followed all laws and did not speed, but did not dawdle to pad the time like some hrly moving companies do, loading at both locations went smoothly as did the unloading( which I was there to view). I can't say enough good things about AJ and Travis! While they were careful of our belongings they were also very conscious of the time and they beat the low estimate of the quote I was given. I would absolutely use their service again and I would even recommend asking if AJ and Travis are available!

They started off moving very quickly, although understandably that pace slowed down throughout the day, it was a full two-story home, so I certainly didn't expect them to maintain that same speed the entire time. I appreciated their effort and tipped them very well at the end of the move. We moved to a different city, and our new home was undergoing renovations, so we weren't able to immediately unpack and inspect everything. Now that we're finally getting settled and unpacking, unfortunately we're discovering quite a bit of damage. Several pieces of our more expensive furniture have scratches and damage that were not there before the move. Even more disappointing, both our 82" TV and 55" TV were damaged during the move. I really wanted to leave a positive review because the crew themselves were friendly and seemed to work hard, but the amount of damage we're discovering is difficult to overlook, especially considering the value of the furniture and electronics involved. A moving company isn't just being trusted to move boxes from one location to another; they're being trusted to properly protect someone's belongings in the process. Unfortunately, based on what we're finding as we unpack, that part of the service fell short.

Whether I paid or he did is irrelevant--we both contributed to this process equally. To clarify a few things: I had my own dollies and equipment, and both Alex and I were moving significantly more items ourselves than your movers were. In fact, I noticed multiple times when I went down to the truck that both movers were just standing inside, not actively working. Several items they did handle--like my paintings that were still sealed in plastic--were wrapped unnecessarily three or four times, wasting time rather than helping the move go more efficiently. Yes, the elevator used was the freight elevator, but even if it hadn't been, both available elevators were equally close to the unit, so the point feels moot. Most importantly, the way you've chosen to handle this as a business owner is honestly shocking. Arguing with customers, deflecting accountability, and lacking basic humility or professionalism--especially when we were among your first clients and you had no reviews at the time--is both disappointing and embarrassing to witness.
