No prorating, but that was explained upfront, no problem. Bronko saved me juggling cardboard and uneven weight; I even lifted my 20 lb kitchen aid in the bin easily. The given email address was lengthy -- lots of characters -- and the body of the email had an unsubscribe address which matches this company's address. I tried to call and advise what I'd found so that remedial action could be taken, but no one answered my call, and the voice mail was full, so I hung up. This scam has evidently been going on for some time because there is a picture of the request, dated in August of 2025, for payment on YELP. The one I received has a different format, but the content is basically the same -- send money -- and is dated April of 2026. BEWARE!
