Elite movers showed up on time, really, and, these were guys are the most pleasant, professional, great temperament and it was so very hot. They ask for a walk through before leaving to make sure you have all you need to take. At the destination; where do you want this, put up my bed, carpet (asking do you want it this way or turned the other way). People it was and is still hot and they are still so caring about your belonging and assisting to place things right where you want it. They are in a league all by themselves, I would use them again (as the saying goes..."In a New York Minute". I moved in October, following my kids out to Lakeway. They used Elite Star Movers and were very satisfied. I was at their new house when the movers arrived and witnessed first hand their care and professionalism. So when it came time for me to select movers I gave it no thought. I was using Elite Star Movers. Christian was the leader of the team; Eric and Steve (I believe that's the correct names) were the team members. They worked quickly and efficiently loading up my apartment and then on the other end unloaded just as quickly and efficiently. They took care to get each box in the designated room and they set up furniture where I wanted it. The guys were friendly and fun to work with. I had a very expensive piece of French furniture to move out of storage along with a number of boxes and I needed movers who would be extremely careful with the furniture. I could not have asked for more considerate, polite and attentive movers than the two gentlemen who helped me move all of my belongings out of storage into my garage. In spite of the weight of the furniture and the horrible heat that day, they cheerfully took my buffet into the house and situated it exactly where I wanted it, without a scratch. I thought I had a mover lined up, but discovered the day before that they weren't available after all. Elite came to the rescue; Hector took care of the back office and Stephen and Manuel were outstanding movers. Elite Star Movers is the best! The guys were polite, pleasant & had a positive, upbeat attitude the whole time even 8+ hours in. It was super hot & humid the day we moved, but it didn't seem to slow them down. Our old house is a very tricky load out with uneven ground & a tight turn around. They had to park away from the house a bit, but again it didn't seem to phase them. All our belongs made it safe & sound! Very professional and attentive to time constraints. Easy to book movers, even less then 1 week in advance. Requires a deposit and 1 hour job minimum. On the day of the team showed up 30 minutes early and turned what was scheduled as a 4 hour job into a 2 hour one.
