Completely inappropriate. The move wasn't done, they asked the neighbor who was there to let them in what SHE could bring down for them. The "owner" will say she didn't know there was a 2 hr minimum. His movers that he hired, to put in my place DID know there was a 2 hr minimum and still asked the girl who opened the door to do most of it, then, they grabbed her butt. I made this move as easy as possible. I locked the cats away, took the drawers from one of the dressers down. They had 4 things to move and I asked (with the 2 hr minimum) to bring down a piece of glass and a filing cabinet, which they assured me they would do and they did not. They left all the dresser drawers in the old apartment as well as the couch cushions and everything else they were supposed to move. I'm concerned they know where I live and would never let them near a place with children. Even after I blocked the phone number of the guy who sexually harassed and assaulted, he then found a new phone number to text from. Completely inappropriate and disgusting, didn't Actually do the move and the owner is taking ZERO responsibility. He put these predators in my house with a single female, his employees tried to take advantage of another female by herself in several ways and then tried to blame someone else when the people he employs KNOW there's a 2 hr minimum and tried to con someone else into doing it. read more

Whatever you do don't use appex moving company. It was recommended to me and from the beginning we had hell. They stole liams hot wheels suit case full of all his very expensive cars and our 2 step ladder. They were smoking weed in the house we were selling and one guy was drunk dropping all our stuff. They took close to 2 hours to get to our new house. They broke the moter on our 5,000 bed. And wanted to fight me because I called the owner about how he lied about being on our move and how bad the movers were. (Which was unprofessional of him to do while they were still on the job) The were throwing our stuff around and the list just goes on and on. Ultra Responsive, careful, respectful, and "super-hero" strong!!! Responded to my inquiry and made an appt that same day. Then, they also called the day before to confirm my move was still a go. Called again moving day when they were about 2 hours out, then again when they were 15 mins out. Handled my items with care, wrapping them in blankets and seran wrap. I believe there were 3 gentlemen that came to help with my move and they moved boxes, a refrigerator, a sofa, 4 beds, etc etc all with urgency. Shocked that this company has 5 star reviews. They dropped our wash machine out of the truck (no, the washing machine doesn't work anymore), stripped our fridge handle screws, scratched up our dryer. Guess what? They still wanted payment upon completion of the move. And then to file a claim for the damages after. Should have been the other way around. File damages, then get payment after everything gets resolved. But wait, it gets worse, he blamed our kids for the dents and scratches! Mind you, these dents and scratches are in places they can't even reach! He had no intention on making this right from the beginning. Such a bad decision to hire this company. Unprofessional. Unfortunately have to give them a poor review due to unprofessionalism and last minute cancellation. I had scheduled everything in advance with owner of company we were promised to have 2 trucks with 4 movers for a city to city move. They appeared to be reliable & professional from talking to them on the phone but it was far from how they were on move day. I received a call just 15 minutes before their scheduled arrival time from the "foreman" saying 2 of their men didn't show up and now it'll only be 2 movers & 1 truck & they will be 1 hr late. This totally threw us off since we planned to be moved out that day. We negotiated the price since the original quote was for 4 men & 2 trucks. We agreed the move will still happen but over 2 days with 2 men & 1-truck. We were now waiting for the guys to show up it was now past 10am and had not received a call. It wasn't until I texted & called the foreman for the 2nd time ( I initially called him an hour earlier but he didn't pick up my phone) is when he said they are not coming and the price is too low for him. Apparently the men were contractors and didn't agree with owner. Honestly at this point I was tired of the back and forth started to get frustrated I shouldn't had to deal with this- this is why I was paying someone to help me move. If the contractor didn't agree to the terms the owner should've called me 2 hrs earlier or have a backup plan. I trusted this company and they didn't deliver & now I have wasted an incredible amount of time since we had a due date to move & money. Be cautious everyone! read more

Moved: Friday, Aug. 19th, 2022 I went with Dusty and his moving service to move a 1 bedroom apartment from Kyle to Buda TX since I was looking for a local and reasonably priced company. That's about 8-10 miles apart. It took 2 movers almost 3 hours to complete the move, even with minimal items (again, a 1 bedroom apartment with big items being 2 couches, coffee table, dresser, bed, and tv stand with flat screen tv). I've used movers in the past and all those moves took 2 hours max. The only time I've had a 3 hour move was when I moved from San Antonio to Buda TX. Other than that, staff was courteous, communicative, and arrived on schedule. Luckily, I was charged for the 2.5 hours of total time it took for the move instead of an additional full hour. read more
