Placed a quote request on Yelp and was bombarded with responses. A lot of the companies requested more information; some didn't respond. Spoke to one guy who said he would send a quote and never did. Richard Bailey gets 10 stars for price, communication; recognizing the sense of urgency and the crew he hired to complete my move. He actually texted me right away; then we spoke briefly. Based on the conversation he gave me a verbal quote and booked my move for the next afternoon. His crew showed up on time. We're very professional; had great personalities and got me moved in two and a half hours. Nothing was broken either. Assembled my washer and dryer too. One of the crew members even gave me decorative advice as I moved from a 2300 sq. ft. house to a 1300 sq. ft. apartment and my couch didn't initially look right where I thought it should be! Fabulous company. Absolutely recommend them.

His movers that he hired, to put in my place DID know there was a 2 hr minimum and still asked the girl who opened the door to do most of it, then, they grabbed her butt. I made this move as easy as possible. I locked the cats away, took the drawers from one of the dressers down. They had 4 things to move and I asked (with the 2 hr minimum) to bring down a piece of glass and a filing cabinet, which they assured me they would do and they did not. They left all the dresser drawers in the old apartment as well as the couch cushions and everything else they were supposed to move. I'm concerned they know where I live and would never let them near a place with children. Even after I blocked the phone number of the guy who sexually harassed and assaulted, he then found a new phone number to text from. Completely inappropriate and disgusting, didn't Actually do the move and the owner is taking ZERO responsibility. He put these predators in my house with a single female, his employees tried to take advantage of another female by herself in several ways and then tried to blame someone else when the people he employs KNOW there's a 2 hr minimum and tried to con someone else into doing it.

Whereas it has always taken 3.5-4 hours in the past. I found them doing nothing multiple times. They had a bad attitude, walked very slowly, and heavily smelled like weed. Something that in the very recent past has cost me $400-500 including the tip, it was almost $1000 with this company. The owner did not even offer a discount in light of these events. I don't have very much stuff. It was a one bedroom house that I've only lived in for one year, so I don't have too much to move. Mostly boxes from the garage, but they never got to the garage. After three hours of them loading their truck, I stopped them and said let's just deliver this because I did not want to pay anymore. The move cost me $800, and now I am paying somebody else $200 to finish the move up. This is my third move in a few years. When this same stuff was packed up one year ago to move to this house, they took two hours to pack everything I have. I stopped this company at three hours, and they were 2/3 done. In a nutshell, these people are very nice and provide good customer service. However, they are not prompt and they are not fast. That $130 an hour adds up quickly.

Sebastian & crew were awesome. They were extremely professional and efficient--they did the whole move in 4 hours, including taking apart and reassembling some difficult pieces of furniture. Based on our estimate we were expecting it to take at least 6 hours, and cost is largely based on how much time it takes, so they saved us hundreds of dollars by being so quick. During the move, their crew wrapped and transported my 55-inch Samsung television, which was fully functional prior to the move. After unwrapping and powering it on at my new residence, I discovered severe panel damage, including cracking and vertical line distortion, ruining the TV. We observed the crew drop a plastic box containing personal belongings and drop our mattress, demonstrating careless handling practices. I booked the Basic Move option and was informed verbally that damage claims are considered on a case-by-case basis. Despite this, my claim for replacement value was formally denied, citing lack of a specialty TV box and basic coverage. Attached are photos of the damaged television. Sharing my negative experience so others know what to expect.

A 4 bed, 3 bath house took around 4 Hours to transfer to a 10 x 10 storage unit. It is VERY expensive - around $1000. If you have the money, value your relationship (because tired me = grumpy me lol), and hate lifting heavy stuff - it's worth it.
