They are the best movers. They do a great job. They were very accommodating when we had to change our move dates. The guys were very kind and patient with us. If you want great movers, call Fast Fietz. Cody was also kind and patient as we were having a difficult time moving. The elevator was being repaired. It seemed there was no end in sight to get it fixed. He always listened and took care of all our needs. Great person to work with. read more

Worst Service Ever! Contacted them several times to fix and correct what they made a mess of and after assuring me the owner would call me the next day a week passes and no call, I ended up having to empty 2/3 of one very large unit just to reach items needed when the original instructions were to keep open to reach all items. I found "FRAGILE" labelled boxes smashed, boxes labelled "CC" (climate controlled) in the outdoor 110 degrees weather units, my refrigerator parts were spread out between 3 units. No organization, no attention to detail and certainly no respect for fragile property. Their website, About Us, page states . . . "Our focus at Fast Fietz is to build lasting relationships with our customers through honesty, integrity, hard work and most of all, our commitment to superior service." They fell short on all of this with me. I would not refer or us this company again. read more

Simply the best moving company in Austin! Their name says everything... they are F A S T, efficient, careful, thoughtful, trustworthy and strong! Brothers Cody and Eric Fietz moved my best friend last year, so Ive seen them work and knew they were great. But today I was able to experience first had how incredible they are. I had Eric, plus two men, as my movers and I couldn't believe how efficient and cautious they were. Nothing was "dinged" or damage, they took great care with my belonging. They showed up at exactly 9am, and finished the entire move 3 hours later... one hour faster than the quoted time. They have an hourly rate and that's it! There are no hidden charges or charges for gas/time/distance. Their rate is the rate and that's it. It is so simple. I will be a life-long client. Don't think twice, book them and you'll be so pleased that you did. read more

It took me a while to write this review. We went with this moving company because they were close by and we wanted to support their business. We were quoted a price per hour (5.5) with the number of employees (4), and the number of trucks (2) going to 2 destinations. The team arrived on time, but sat in their trucks because there was miscommunication with their admin. I approached their trucks to inquire when they realized that they were at this destination to move our company not get into their warehouse. The team was hard-working, but were a tad sluggish, stopped frequently to talk, and were unorganized. They loaded both trucks and drove both trucks to both destinations, not a very efficient strategy. It took the team 8 hours to complete the job almost doubling the cost. For most people, moving is done on a budget and a booking is made on that budget. Having that cost doubled is very disturbing, not to mention hard on the pocket book. That's like getting a quote for housecleaning for $150 for 3 hours, but it takes 6 hours to complete, so your total is $300; that would not go over well with the homeowner. If the job takes longer, for whatever reason, it should be on the company, not the client, otherwise how is the team accountable for their time management. On the other hand, a job should never be left incomplete. The team did not appear to know the timeframe quoted for the job which in my opinion was due to admin misinformation and miscalculation. We did feed the team and tipped them although I do not feel like it was adequate enough for their hard work. I hope with what we paid they got paid well enough to make up for it. read more

Fast Fietz Moving has moved me a few times now and I highly recommend them! Moving is stressful and knowing Fast Fietz is taking care of my furniture and stuff is so reassuring. Fast Fietz Moving - Fast Fietz moving a third floor apartment with ease! - Movers Near Me

Highly recommend Fast Fietz Moving!! Cody and Kenyon were both very polite and courteous and warmly welcomed me to Austin upon their arrival. They arrived promptly on time and worked incredibly quickly and efficiently (this is my 6th move and they were by far the fastest moving company I've ever hired). They laid down mats to make sure they didn't scratch my floors and even though they moved super quickly, were also very careful and gentle with my boxes and belongings. They made my move so fast and easy and will be the only moving company I'll be using in the future because of the great experience I had with them. They really are professionals at what they do - thanks again for all of your help Cody and Kenyon!! read more

Wow wow wow wow, these guys are awesome. Kenyon and Cody were efficient, professional, and fast. These guys had us moved out of our 2 bed 2 bath and of bunch of mechanics tools in a little over 4 hours. On top of it all, 2 solid guys with great personalities. Cant say enough good things about these guys, even came on a day others might've cancelled on as it threatened to rain on us all day, luckily we maintained a light drizzle and got it done. Will definitely be calling you guys again next time, hopefully not anytime soon. read more

Fast Fietz Moving - Movers Near Me

Extremely responsive! Had our move set up same day. Moved this past weekend. The crew was exceptionally prompt and respectful. Wore masks and wiped/cleaned everything they touched. The move was not simple due to the build of the apartments, but they were fast. In and out with no problems. The way they packaged was noted at how much care they took in their jobs. Definitely recommend. read more

Cody and Kenyan were great. After I rescheduled, they were on time, very careful, friendly, and even quiet while moving heavy furniture in a house full of sleeping people at 7am. If you care about your belongings and want a NO FUSS move, call Fast Fietz Moving. read more

Cody, from Fast Fietz Moving called me promptly after leaving my less than stellar review. He assured me that the travel fee was on the estimate. While there is a line item for travel time indicating 0.5 hours travel, it did not itemize it as a separate expense, like it did on the invoice for payment. With 4.25 estimated number of hours, and an hourly rate of $189, the bolded Estimated Price Range of $750-$850 made sense to me (4.25 x $189 = $803.25), figuring the amount of time needed to move is hard to know exactly. The total charge ended up being $976.50 with 4:40 moving time. I think much of my issues could be solved with better communication and a clearer estimate page. When calling me to clarify my issues, I felt as if the goal was to get me to change my review for a small family business that would be negatively affected by a bad review, rather than take my feedback to grow as a company. My responsibilities and problems with reading the estimate incorrectly and making his guys wait to open the school gate were pointed out, while theirs were explained away. I want their business to succeed, but I think constructive feedback is how that can happen. read more

Fast Fietz is the BEST! I've moved over 10 times the past 10 years and they are hands down the best team I've ever hired. They moved us in carefully and diligently in under 2 hours! Excellent service beginning to end. They quickly responded with a quote and were fully transparent on pricing, no hidden or add-on fees. I had confirmation emails and calls. On move day they were very punctual, fast and professional. In fact they were so fast that they finished almost an hr earlier of what I had anticipated. read more

Cody and his team are AMAZING! I had to an emergency move, and he was able to schedule me the NEXT MORNING when I called on a Friday afternoon. His rates were better than the other few movers I found who were available on last minute notice. Though we weren't able to use them due to last minute scheduling, bonus points that they use plastic bins to reduce waste. His team spent 4 hours packing our apartment - quickly and conscientiously. The move was rough due to circumstances completely out of their control. The move was longer than estimated, but they were professional, energetic, and pleasant the entire time. They handled my items with the utmost care. I've used many movers, both great and terrible over the years. Cody and his team are one of the best. I highly and whole heartedly recommend! read more

Great service all the way around! Very professional and helpful! We will be using Cody and his team again!

Initial impressions were very good. Responsive, easy to schedule, good communication, & reasonably priced. Great points for a small business I'd think. The owner communicated morning of the move for ETA and the crew was timely. 2 crews and 2 two trucks arrived and worked as I'd hoped. For the amount of stuff being transported, there were only two things damaged: the brick on a pillar was knocked off exiting the house and the wall entering a bedroom was damaged. The brick was not brought to my attention as I believe the team tried to resolve it by just placing it back on the pillar without mentioning it- No biggie. The wall of the new home was something they brought to my attention and professionally explained the process of repair. No issues there as up to this point, communication had been good. Given that it was a Saturday, I figured I'd reach out to the owner Cody on the next business day. He responded and I thought we'd get the repair done fairly quickly. As of this review, we're 22 days into our new home with no resolve. The negative review is less about the damage and more about the lack of communication and professionalism to make good on commitments by the owner. As a small family owned business, I would think honoring your word would be a platform to stand by, but I could be wrong. Hopefully, you don't have the same experience should you utilize this moving company. ***update as of 5/8*** Cody was responsive and accountable for the miscommunication. He came out shortly afterwards and made the necessary repairs. Thank you for your help Cody. read more

Could not recommend fast fietz moving more! This is our 5th move in 4 years and these movers are by far the most quick and efficient. Everything went smoothly and our move was painless. They also have great pricing! read more

Friendly, hard working and efficient! Thank you Fast Fietz! Will absolutely use in the future.

I used Fast Fietz Moving during the Covid stay at home order for a last minute in town move. They took keeping my family and themselves very seriously. Great job guys, and I will be calling you for my next move. read more

I was really impressed with Fast Fietz Moving. I moved from north Austin in a house all the way to new high rise construction downtown with absolutely no issues at all. If I could give these guys 10 stars I would! I don't even know where to start. I have used Fast Fietz moving 3 times and will shortly be sending them an email after this to help me with another move this weekend. Cody and his team and brothers have ALWAYS gone above and beyond for all of my moves. Not to mention the first move was from Houston to Austin (which I was beyond stressed) and that was a seamless move due to the amazing team at Fast Fietz. They make sure all of your valuables are transported perfectly and they also wrap all of your furniture or any breakables that you may have. Not to mention I've had a few last minute moves and Cody has always made sure to squeeze me in to make sure I get moved seamlessly. The best part, they really do live up to the name of Fast Fietz. I've never had movers work so fast and diligently; my partner hired another team and he SO wishes he would've went with Fast Fietz. Thank you Cody and everyone at Fast Fietz, y'all have saved the day multiple times for me and I can't wait to use y'all again. Definitely would recommend these movers as I personally think they are THE BEST in Austin!!! read more

These guys are awesome! They moved my roommate out first then moved me out a few months later, both times they did a GREAT job. Excellent experience! Cody was very responsive. He answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns before, during and after the move. He gave me a quote and assured me that there were no hidden fees. They (I'm horrible at remembering names and don't remember the other guys name! Sorry! I've called my only son by the wrong name before so it's definitely not personal!) were professional yet super personable. I was impressed at how fast they got the job done and they were careful with every single item they moved. I did not feel like they were hurrying up to move on to the next job like I've experienced with other companies. They even stayed a moment to chat a bit after they were finished. I am so glad I found them and that they were able to fit me in so quickly (the next day!)! I highly recommend Fast Fietz Moving 100%, unless of course, you aren't into good quality work done by good quality people. :) And one extra positive thing is that they store their trucks at the same storage facility I had my stuff! I had no idea! So, they were not just on time, they were early! I got lucky on that one! read more

Fast Fietz is fabulous!!! Professional, polite, and very skilled. We had a great experience with them!

Sent out a Yelp quote request. Not only did they reply extremely quickly, they also had the best pricing. I was worried their price was too good to have good service, and yet Kody and Jordan were the best movers my wife and I have ever had (and we've moved 5 times in 3 years). They were prompt, kind, efficient, safe, and they really live up to their name! These guys had crazy fast feet. We were done in a lot less time than I expected! read more

I gave these guys a call based on a recommendation from my then-neighborhood's Facebook page, and I was NOT disappointed. I coordinated everything a month in advance with Cody, who called again a few days before the move was scheduled to happen. Eric and Jordan arrived pretty much exactly when they said they would, calling when they were a few minutes out, and made for one of the most painless moves I have ever had. To be fair, this is the first time I have hired movers for an in-town move, but it was a good decision. They were courteous, very careful with our stuff, had great senses of humor, and were VERY fast. 4 hours and change later we had the majority of our stuff moved across town, items were set up, and we were cleaning up. Bonus points for taking Square, especially since I forgot to bring the checkbook with me to the new place. Oh, and their rates were very reasonable. We will be moving again in 6 months or so when our house is built, and we will DEFINITELY be giving them a call. Thanks, guys! read more

I needed some movers to help me unload a uhaul into a 2 bedroom condo, but wasn't sure exactly when the uhaul would arrive. Great moving service. They were a pleasure to work with throughout the process and helped to make moving a breeze. I don't know where to start- Fast Fietz just might be the perfect moving company. Stop researching, just use them. First of all, the communication was impeccable, which is HUGE in my book. Cody consistently responded quickly from the initial quote through the end of the move. We happened to pick the worst weekend weather-wise to move (thunderstorms with torrential rains), and Cody was super flexible and even kept eyes on the radar to find the best possible move time so that our furniture and boxes stayed as dry as possible. Secondly, they showed up right on time and moved like machines. They appropriately surveyed everything we needed to move before they started loading the truck- and then they proceeded with caution and care- wrapping all of items that needed a little extra care. Again with communication, I could hear the 3 of them asking each other who wanted push/pull/help etc. Very impressive for men in general- ha! Again, once they started, they didn't stop. They were efficient and moved quickly, which is just nice to see because you know they weren't trying to make the move longer than it needed to be- aka more expensive. They really had the best pricing- our move was about 5.5 hours and we paid under $800 for THREE movers and a truck. For a quality move, you absolutely cannot beat that. Wait, there's more. When we got to the new house- again, they moved quickly with the unloading process and asked where we wanted things if they weren't clearly marked. We very much appreciated that they did not just move things in haphazardly for us to figure out later. In sum- it was the best move experience I've ever had. Fast Fietz was professional, friendly, responsible and just seemed like genuinely good guys. 100% recommend. I've already recommended to friends! read more

Honestly the best moving company in Austin! I first worked with them when they moved my office and was so impressed that I hired them to do my residential move. Cody and team were super professional and fast. Such troopers moving me into a 3rd floor apartment in August. Very communitive and careful. Having moved seven other times around Austin (with other movers) I would highly recommend Fast Fietz for your office and residential moves. I will not work with anyone else going forward. read more

Don't even think twice about using this moving company! Just do it. We had to make a big move back in June and using Fast Fietz Moving Company was a great decision. Jordan, Eric, and Dustin were awesome. They were efficient, personable, and very professional. They were more than fair with our time and compensated us for having to take a small break to go get some Allen wrenches. Unfortunately, we had one box that did not make it in the move. I had 4 really nice serving bowls that were broken in the transition. (It happens!) However, after contacting the owner, Cody, we were paid back in full so that we can replace all of them. Everything else made it, and I have A LOT of breakable kitchen stuff. We will definitely be using Fast Fietz for our next move! read more

This was the best moving company I have ever used! They arrived 10 minutes early and quickly loaded up all of the stuff from my storage unit into their truck. I noticed that they were extremely careful with my things and made sure that my stuff wasn't damaged during the process. They arrived at my new home and had everything unloaded within 15 minutes. They were extremely friendly and professional the entire time. I won't use any other moving company from here on out. read more

Cody and Eric were amazing!!! I reached out on Sunday afternoon to move a sleeper sofa from the home of the gal I bought it from to my house... I spoke with Cody who told me they would be able to accommodate my request that following morning! We set up a 10AM appt and I got a text from the person I bought the sofa from shortly after 10AM that telling me they had loaded it up, how great they were and that they were headed my way. Cody and Eric showed up shortly there after. Getting this into my house was not an easy task but they were 100% professional and got the job done. I will now recommend Fast Fietz Moving Company to everyone!! Thank you for such a seamless experience:) read more

Before I elaborate, let me just say these movers were the best I've experienced so far. First off, our move happened on a triple digit temperature day, so it had to be unpleasant for these guys, but everything ran smoothly after their arrival. My roommate and I were first alerted that due to Austin traffic - I'm sure you guys know how that goes - would cause them to be late. My roommate definitely didn't mind since he was still packing away that same morning we were scheduled for the move. So, Cody, the gentleman that he is, gave us an extra mover added onto the two we already had at a discounted rate due to the traffic. The efficiency of these movers didn't stop there because like their clever punny name, which my roommate so wisely pointed out "fast fietz = fast feets", they never slowed down their progress. They even used shrink wrap on any wooden furniture we had, along with our couch, and added double the protection with towels/blankets. The last movers I had just plainly moved every item as is. Surely they run by the hour with a minimum of 2, but it was already so hot and we were able to meet our goal by helping the movers. My roommate and I also helped out with moving boxes and items from our own car because we're just not the type that can sit there and watch. Cody and his team had no problems with us helping out. Hey, I sympathize how hot and tired they must have been, so helping out here and there couldn't hurt. I definitely recommend this team! They're just genuine and humorous people who understand the importance of wanting your stuff in the nice condition it was prior to moving. I would definitely request them again, even if I ever have to move to another city. These guys were worth it for my first ever review on Yelp. read more

Great moving experience. Guys were right on time, friendly, and professional. They were very transparent about pricing, no hidden costs or fees.
