I have moved twice with M&D. They are nothing short of amazing! Arrived on time, got the job done flawlessly and were professional and personable the entire move. (both times!) And the price is super fair. Had a fridge delivered by a not so wonderful company on moving day, and they would not install it, well, these guys even stepped up and DID that for me. Way to go above and beyond!! If you are looking for help moving, look no further!! Man and Dolly are top notch! read more

William does a fantastic job from beginning to end - honest, affordable, communicative, efficient, and highly professional. His crew worked quickly and hard the entire time while treating everything with care. It was a long, brutally hot day, but even that didn't bring down their friendly, energetic attitude! Make the tough task of moving significantly easier by hiring Man and Dolly. Highly recommend! read more

Great experience! No one likes moving but William, Isaiah, and the team are fast, efficient, trustworthy, and ON POINTE!!! I highly recommend Man and Dolly. Signed, A Very Fussy Customer :) read more

Man and Dolly is awesome! I had limited time to unload a haphazardly packed moving POD. William responded instantly to my inquiry, was very accommodating with scheduling and got the job done with amazing efficiency. I originally requested an evening appointment at a higher hourly rate. When it turned out both the POD and my moving team were available before 5, we started early and William gave me the lower regular rate for the first hour. These guys will take great care of you! read more

I found Man and Dolly through yelp, I wasn't very sure what to except when I called William for a quote. He was very responsive and offered to pickup the truck from U Haul. I'd booked the truck couple of weeks in advance and talked to the manager about William get the truck in my stead. U Haul promised me that it will all go without a hitch. But on the day of moving the system had a glitch. William was kind enough to pickup the truck in his own name. He went above and beyond most moving companies. They very pleasant to work with and moved everything with great care. They made sure the move was completely stress free. I'd recommend them to all my moving friends. Thank you Will and team, please keep up the good work! read more

I would highly recommend Man and Dolly to anyone needing to move. Whether you have a one bedroom apt. or a huge house, these guys will get the job done in no time. I highly recommend William, the owner and operator, and Isaiah. They arrived exactly when they said they would, were extremely cordial and friendly, wasted no time at all, and were very careful with my furniture. Nothing was scratched or dropped. Man and Dolly is exactly that so keep in mind you will need to rent your own truck! Once that is done however, leave the rest to Man and Dolly! -- Alex M. read more

I've used a few moving services in Austin over the years, and these guys really aimed to impress. Before you book with M&D, you need to know they don't provide a truck; BUT with their lower hourly rate, it's totally worth it to rent a truck yourself (and they'll drive it for you, if you don't want to). William runs a professional team, has high standards, and it shows. They were super careful moving large and/or breakable items, and made no issue with indecision on our part with a big, heavy desk. If I had to move again (please no), if usr M&D again in a heartbeat. read more

M&D is great! I have used their services several times - sometimes to move a lot and sometimes to move a few things that I wanted moved with care. They do a great job moving no matter what the size of the move. William is always professional, on-time, and reasonable for the work he does. If I have an important piece of furniture moved within my house I call M&D. I've tried others and had walls dinged and furniture marked. That has never happened with William & team! Great business! read more

I heard about Man and Dolly through a friend. I needed help moving. I called; Will and his team showed up on time, moving supplies in hand, and ready to work. Their prices are exceptionally reasonable, and they definitely don't waste any time. They moved my things swiftly and carefully. Not one of my things were damaged or handled poorly. They were professional and courtesy even in the pouring rain. They made it so easy! All I had to do was get the truck. They took care of the rest. I'm so glad I've found Will and his team. I will use them again for sure, and highly recommend anyone in need of movers give this new company a shot! read more

We called with only two days warning and were lucky enough to get an appointment for Man and Dolly to come move all of our packed belongings from a third floor apartment into a moving pod. William and Isaiah were phenomenal. It was 100 degrees outside and we had a good amount of stuff and they were very fast, efficient and friendly. They were very careful with our stuff and helped us in securing a few things that may have been damaged in the move otherwise. We could not have done this without them and are so grateful for the wonderful job they did. I highly recommend them! read more

This is a good team! William and Isiah arrived on time, and we're not only ready to jump to work with all their equipment, they were unusually pleasant. They immediately shook my hand and I would say they took customer care to a level I don't recall from movers. Usually movers are a bit sketchy in my mind-- not so here. I also like the notifications and appointment reminders which tells me that Man and Dolly are organized. I won't move for a long time, but I would certainly recommend this team. Oh, and William and Isiah are NOT related--just good co-workers. read more

We hired them to move a few rooms around in our house. They were on time, hard workers, very professional and polite. They wrapped all the furniture in blankets before moving it. I highly recommend this company. read more

Best mover ever! Responsive and fast. Took great care of my stuff. One man mover works rings around any team.

I am very impressed with this small company! William, the owner is very responsive in any form. We communicated via email, and I never had to wait for a response. I remodeled a small office and had a move out into a storage POD and then a move back into the office from the POD a week later. His guys were on time, extremely friendly and did a great job!! They packed the POD like Tetris aficionados. I have moved many times and I don't think I have had a better experience than with Man and Dolly. I can't express enough - ON TIME, PROFESSIONAL and FRIENDLY, EFFICIENT! Great rates!! read more

William is incredibly accommodating. Our move dates kept moving but, when we had it nailed down, he was there. He and his crew were fast, efficient and careful. I've referred him to my friends and they all came back with a thumbs up. I would gladly refer him and his team to anyone. read more

The owner of Man and Dolly showed up on time, he brought two more guys and they were all very polite and professional. They worked well together and planned each move they made on large items. I would recommend these guys to anyone. In fact I just did that. My friend that's moving is calling them to setup an appointment. read more

I honestly don't think I've ever had a better experience with movers in my life. I was a little hesitant because Man and Dolly is a small company and if they were to no-show, I would be in big trouble, but William was super responsive and showed up exactly on time -- something most movers never do. He and Isaiah were extreeeeemely professional and polite, and they were also crazy fast, while taking good care of my furniture and belongings. They knew what they were doing and it showed. Despite working on an hourly basis, they didn't putter around, and didn't mind me getting in their way from time to time. It's a shame I'm moving out of state, because I would totally use them again! Fantastic job! read more

What a great experience! The best movers I have ever dealt with! I was remodeling my upstairs bath and I needed a tub, vanity and marble counter top moved up a circular staircase, they arrived on time, were courteous and professional. I thought it was going to be a huge issue getting the items upstairs due to their size. Apparently I was wrong...they wrapped the items to protect them and had them all upstairs with absolutely no damage in no time at all! I was incredibly impressed with how they were able to maneuver the items upstairs with no issues! Prompt, courteous, Professional...and FAIR PRICED! Man and Dolly are my go to movers from now on! read more

My husband had purchased a very heavy desk that he and another very strong individual could not get up our stairs for the life of them. It seemed to like it was just not going to happen and I had a very hard time finding any moving company that would come out for less than a 2 hour minimum charge just to carry a desk up the stairs until I came across man and dolly! William answered my call right away and said he would do his very best to get to it either that same day or the next day. Lucky for us he squeezed us in that very same day even though he had just gotten done with a very big job several hours away. I wasn't there when he and another guy came by to lift the desk but my husband said it was very impressive and they acted like it weighed nothing. He also mentioned they were super polite and courteous and it was wonderful to work with them. We are so grateful for you guys thank you so much again!! read more

Awesome, fast, careful, efficient and polite. Nick and Isaiah did an awesome job, I had some very heavy pieces, I appreciate these guys!! Did a local move with another mover on 620, paid more and not the same level of service, highly recommend!!! read more

I can't say enough how happy we are that we found William and his crew! We just bought a beautiful Media Center from someone in Round Rk and needed it moved to our third-floor apartment Other companies had longer lead times, 2-3 hour and 2-3 man minimums... Ok for large moves but way more expensive than this job required. William was amazingly responsive, polite and very reasonable! His business fits an overlooked niche for jobs that aren't whole house moves! Very Highly Recommend him and his business!! read more

More reasonably priced than other places for local moving/unloading services. The guys were on time, quick, and friendly! They were such a lifesaver and I will definitely be using them in the future. read more

I had Man and Dolly help me move to an apartment in the same complex. I completely misjudged how far the walk would be between the two apartments with furniture but they made it happen regardless. They went the extra mile to help disassemble furniture, unhook a pesky washing machine, and wrap everything in moving blankets. They were professional, friendly, and you could tell they took pride in making their customers happy and getting the job done. I will definitely be a repeat customer! read more

Great service and would definitely use again. William (who managed the reservation), Isaiah and Nick (who did the unloading) were very responsive and professional from initial booking through job completion. The guys were running a little behind from the previous job, and I received separate calls from William and Isaiah well in advance to let me know. I was running behind, too, so it worked out perfectly. They were very careful moving my things up to my 3rd floor apartment and super polite throughout. Even my dad was impressed, and he can be a tough one to please. read more

I just needed a refrigerator moved from Georgetown to Round Rock. These guys did a great job! Friendly, professional people. Fast response time. Great pricing and stellar service!! read more

Super easy to work with, very polite and on time. I really appreciated the attitude of everyone involved with the process. Would use them again. Would give 5 stars but I had a one piece break ($40 value) due to negligent packing of the truck, Simple mistake and understand it happens. read more

I just recently put a bunch of my stuff in storage. I waited until the last minute and was scrambling with literally a couple days before I needed to have the move finalized. Why did I do that to myself?! I definitely took a chance with Man and Dolly hoping that they would work out AND it wouldn't cost me all my coins. Will and his crew came through for me! The beds wouldn't fit through the door so he got his tools & disassembled them for me (no extra charge). The guys were really efficient and very careful handling my stuff. Will even rearranged everything in my storage to make sure that it all was stacked properly & that I could easily get to my clothing bins. I'm hoping I won't have any moving needs anytime soon, but I'd def go with Man and Dolly again. read more

Very responsive, and work well done. Will use them again. Took care of everything, it was a tough job and they handled with care and professionalism. Very communicative as we schedule the time which worked for both of us. read more

Awesome service. On time, unfailingly polite, took time and care with the equipment they were moving and my home - placing pads on stairway railings and floor. I would definitely recommend and use them again. read more

EXCELLENT SERVICE!! Will and his team was prompt, friendly, they moved quickly, and were very good about getting all our stuff packed nicely. I had a bunch of stuff in my attic and they got it out quickly (in the middle of August must have been an oven up there). They also helped do a little back and forth to pick up my gun safe from another house then bring it back to load it up. Things were running short and Will used his own blankets and tie downs to help secure my stuff. This company is top notch! I highly recommend them if you have a move or need additional hands to help with a project. Thank you Will and your team! I will definitely be using them again! read more

Will was well recommended by a storage facility manager where I current rent a unit. I moved recently from California to Austin with my husband. We had a few delays along the way what forced us to change our moving day to the next day. Will was amazing and very professional! I called him around 9:00 pm from the middle of the road to let him know that we had some problems with our moving truck and it obligated us to change our moving day. He worked with us and made our moving day go smoothly. His rates are reasonable as well. I will definitely use his services again! If you need assistance with moving, you need to call a Man and Dolly for sure! Give him a try. Thank you, Will and Taylor for the great services provided! You both made our lives much easier during moving day! read more

My experience with this company was great! Joe and Isaiah were very friendly and professional. I was initially unsure about renting the UHaul myself but it worked out really well.
