I recently called to get some information for a move I'm not looking forward to. The phone experience with Daniel was great. He was friendly, helpful, and made the process easy and stress free. I look forward to working with them! read more

I cannot say enough about how professional, and educated these movers were today! A complete God send! After hiring some movers on Facebook that never showed up, and others on Thumbtack that did not know what they were doing and left.... I finally found these guys! They were on time, and out of all the quotes I received, they were also the cheapest! Other companies, also wanted full payment up front, which I was concerned about. They took care of the fridge with plastic and blankets, had to take my door off and put it back on safely, and installed it properly. My cheeks hurt from laughing so much, during the process, as well. They felt like family! read more

I'm giving this company a 3 star review because of Minerva, the wife who took my order and gave me advice regarding my move. The assistance she gave me was top notch. As for the move, they showed up 45 minutes late, and I was their first appointment. I had to call them to see when they were going to come, nobody contacted me until after I called them. After I called them then Daniel sent me a message saying he would be there soon. Daniel is an an older man and the other worker is his son. They are both very nice people, however, not very fast. I don't have very much stuff. It was a one bedroom house that I've only lived in for one year, so I don't have too much to move. Mostly boxes from the garage, but they never got to the garage. After three hours of them loading their truck, I stopped them and said let's just deliver this because I did not want to pay anymore. The move cost me $800, and now I am paying somebody else $200 to finish the move up. This is my third move in a few years. When this same stuff was packed up one year ago to move to this house, they took two hours to pack everything I have. I stopped this company at three hours, and they were 2/3 done. In a nutshell, these people are very nice and provide good customer service. However, they are not prompt and they are not fast. That $130 an hour adds up quickly. read more

They have moved me from house to house and then also several times to different size storage units as I downsized. They feel like family by now! Always super friendly, professional and I trust them with my belongings. They use equipment to ensure my home and my furniture are not damaged. I'm calling them again today as want to rearrange my furniture. read more

Purchased an entire bedroom set at an estate sale that required removal of all the items that day. Daniel and Kevin were up to the task and helped me out on short notice. They were able to add my delivery to their schedule on a weekend! Appreciate their effort and friendly service as they dis-assembled all the items, professionally wrapped everything in moving blankets, delivered to my home, placing everything where we wanted it and reassembled all the items before leaving. read more

Daniel and his crew just recently moved us from Georgetown to New Braunfels and I recommend this team! Daniel, his son, and a third guy were professional, friendly, and reasonably priced. I also enjoyed chatting with his wife when scheduling the move. This is a great family business! They take pride in their work and will not take any shortcuts. read more

Super professional movers, based out of Cedar Park. I've hired lots of movers all over the country and I was impressed by Daniel and Kevin's professionalism, timeliness, and pleasant demeanor. Their rates were very reasonable (they prefer to be paid by cash or venmo/zelle to avoid a 4% surcharge), are rated A+ from BBB, and are fully insured. While this may not be the most plush move (for example - I don't think they offer packing services) they handle your possessions with care, disassemble and reassemble furniture for the move, and are responsive. I communicated with them via phone to set up the move, email for details surrounding the move, and text the day of the move. Location is worth noting if you live in South Austin or one of the locations outside of Cedar Park for which they charge a fuel surcharge. read more

Daniel and team arrived on time. They moved my furniture with care. The move was reasonably priced.

Thanks to this company an incredibly difficult move was easy. Short notice was handled perfectly. The attention to detail in the care of protecting our furniture and belongings was truly professional. We had two movers and their truck. All blankets and wrapping were provided by their company. This is a family owned business in Cedar Park. Highly recommend. read more

I used their services this past weekend. Couldn't asked for a better company to work with. They listened to my requests, responded quickly and worked very hard; not wasting time or my money. I definitely recommend them. read more

Great! Good price. Exactly what I needed. They were great about communicating. They were the first to reply and they had excellent prices.

Daniel and his team were awesome! Did a local move from Liberty Hill to Cedar Park. I contacted Daniel and he was very quick to reply and I set up a date and time. I switched the times due to scheduling conflicts but he was always flexible and willing to work around my schedule. The guys showed up and they had masks on and gloves due to the pandemic and were fast. They moved about 1 bedroom apartment worth of stuff in about 1.5 hours. No damage and they quoted me a fair fixed rate which was lower than everyone else. Would highly recommend them. read more

I was in a bind and needed a couple super heavy items moved out of the POD we had in our driveway within a 2 day period so I wouldn't have to pay another month for the POD. After calling a half dozen other other companies, they all said they wouldn't do it, couldn't do it in time, or they needed special equipment that I'd need to rent for them to use. But luckily for me, Daniel and his crew were a total life saver and scheduled an appointment the next day (today). They actually showed up 1.5 hours early (after confirming the updated time with me by text) and then very quickly and carefully completed the job. I couldn't be happier and will be using them for any other local moving jobs I need done, and recommending them to others. Thank you Daniel and crew! read more

I can't say more positive things about pack and save moving! They moved my mother in law on February 15th. They went above and beyond! The brothers made the move go seamlessly. They were professional and personable. My husband and daughter both told me how much they enjoyed the crew. (When does that happen with movers ???) I would recommend them to anyone. We will be repeat customers for sure. Thank you so much pack and save. read more

Great guys they packed my stuff really well and wrapped my sensitive property. They did it efficiently and professionally.

I've been meaning to write this review for several weeks now and I've never been happier to write a review than I am now. Several weeks ago, my partner and I were ready to move into our first home together. We had taken the time to move everything out of our apartment except for the furniture for several weeks prior to moving. On the afternoon of the move, we were stood up by the movers that we had booked weeks prior. They didn't answer our calls, didn't answer our texts. Nothing. So there we were at 5pm on a Saturday scrambling to find a solution to what had become an absolute nightmare. Thank God for Daniel and company. They agreed to do one last move before going home to rest after already working the whole day, I can only assume. They were so fast, efficient, friendly.... And above everything else.... they were available to us when nobody else would've thought to come out on such short notice. Thanks so very much, Daniel, Minerva and son. We wish the very best for your business always. read more

Daniel responded to my request for a quote within minutes. His quote was awesome and he answered all of my follow up questions very quickly. I picked him because his quote was good, but also because he was so responsive. And I was not disappointed. Daniel and his son showed up when the said they would, and had great attitudes, even when it rained, and when the temperature climbed to the high 90s. I would use them again and I would highly recommend them. read more

Daniel and his son were expedient, once they arrived! All email communication in setting up my move was very responsive and professional. The day of the move there was over an hour delay in their arrival. It ended up being a late night. I would schedule for an earlier time or even first move of the day! read more

Daniel and his team were professional, quick and saved us a ton of work during a stressful move. Would recommend and will continue to use for our future moves. read more

super quick, efficient and friendly!! They were able to work around my schedule and had great communication!

The customer service at Pack and Save moving was nothing short of outstanding. Probably the best I have experienced I've ever had. Minerva helped me set up my one way move with the best prices that I could find in the area. When I called to get a quote she was so warm and pleasant. I could tell she really wanted to help. She even went so far as to look for moving blankets at a better price since I was moving to California. They loaded up my Uhaul quickly and took care of all stuff. I couldn't be happier with the experience using this moving company. Thank you! read more

I can't believe I forgot to review this from December... Pack and Save Moving were absolute lifesavers! We booked movers at the very last minute and they responded immediately. During the move Daniel and his team were quick and professional, and took great care of our items. Not to mention they offered the most affordable quote! I highly recommend for a great moving experience, would(and will) definitely use again. read more

Pack and Save moving is a lifesaver! Daniel, Gabriel, and Minerva were all incredibly professional and did an outstanding job! I am so grateful for their hard work and that they took exceptional care of all of our furniture. I had to be alone with the movers as a woman and felt completely safe. Do yourself a favor- hire these guys to help you move! read more

Wow! This is an amazing family-owned moving company. Reasonable rates, yet they give kid-glove service to everything you own. You will find they treat your items as if they were their own personal heirlooms. And I'm not kidding! ...... It sounds impossible, but it's true. .... I have used about 12 moving companies in my life and everyone has moaned and groaned about how heavy my antiques and pianos were. Rare vintage items usually ended up chipped or broken. Not these guys! .... Thank you gentlemen! Daniel has a very professional team. read more

Daniel and his team were AMAZING!! After another company failed to show up yesterday, Pack & Save Moving were able to swoop in and save the day (even though today was meant to be their day off!) The team of 3 got our one bedroom apartment (3rd floor, no elevator, 100 degrees!) moved to our new house in under 2.5 hours. They were friendly, efficient and happy to do as much or as little as I needed. Everything arrived at the new house in the same condition it left the old and was placed where I needed it. Very happy with their service... now to start unpacking! read more

These guys were amazing! I was so worried about using movers because everything is personal but they didn't disappoint. It was the hottest day of the year and they never stopped or complained. I would give them the highest recommendation to anyone needing movers. Great guys!!!! read more
