They were on-time, incredibly fast and professional, and we didn't have any issues or damage. Would highly recommend, they knocked out our move without any headaches at all. read more

I had an exceptional experience with Elite Relocation. Coordinating a move is stressful enough, but this one involved a very remote property with poor weather conditions and limited phone service. Despite all of that, the team handled everything flawlessly. The crew was professional, efficient, and clearly experienced--they packed items with care and precision, and loaded the truck like a perfect game of Tetris. On top of that, working with the owner was just as impressive. He was flexible, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, especially given the logistical challenges. read more

Absolutely fantastic moving company and crew! Joe worked with us to manage our budget and also seamlessly navigate several delays we had because of weather. Mustafa, Joe, Ryan, and Casey were all top notch in attentiveness, speed and care in getting everything packed and safely delivered. Special shoutout to Mustafa for being on top of everything. They kept us informed every step of the way. You can't go wrong with these guys! read more

Great service all the way around. It was also easy to schedule. The movers came on time and kept me in the loop every step of the way. The value and service is top notch. I would definitely use them again when I move into my new home. They are very professional and wear the brand proudly. Seeing Elite Relocation from head to toe is good business! read more

Joe and his team were amazing all around during my move. They were responsible, professional, efficient, and experienced. They worked hard and you can tell they truly cared about what they do. Joe was thoughtful about ways to save me time with all of my items and they were skilled at moving some complicated pieces such as a piano up the stairs, a large shed, and a really heavy concrete table. What could have been a stressful day turned out to be smooth sailing thanks to them. I am so grateful for them, truly and will be recommending them to others! read more

Great job. The movers were very kind and professional. I would highly recommend Elite Relocation to anyone needing to move. I have used them 3 times and i give them 5 stars for each move. They always take care of your items and I will use them again if needed. Thank you Joe Brito & Elite Relocation read more

The team was very professional and efficient with their time. I highly recommend them.

2nd MOVE with ELITE ....AGAIN WENT GREAT!! Requested my same guys (Malik and Justin! ) and the Project Lead Javier made sure it all got packed up and sent to 4 separate locations!! THESE GUYS ARE GREAT!! I'd use em, if I were you! read more

I'm a bit delayed with this review! I was actually going to go with another moving company but I spoke with Joe and his competence and attention to detail had me switching over. His crew is local and actual employees we had AJ and I want to say Dylan sorry if I got that wrong. They showed up in an immaculate truck with all of the moving equipment and supplies to make it super seamless and painless. They were very respectful and professional and packed and moved with care! We had great communication and added on additional work. Joe was great to accommodate, he even came out personally to help us out with moving something else a week later. We will definitely recommend them and have to our friends and my realtor and will most likely use them again to finish up the last of our moving from our storage. Lastly, I want to add that I used the yelp feature to create a new project and get bids back from businesses. This has been very helpful for me in finding a move out cleaner also and I'm looking for a plumber now. read more

Excellent response time, excellent service! The 2 men, Mustafa and Cody were great! I cannot say enough about how careful they were with my furniture. Several pieces were heavy, solid wood antiques and both gentlemen took great care with all of it. There were large awkward pieces that were difficult to move but with hard and careful maneuvering every piece made it on the truck and into the house! I cannot say enough about this company, my expectations were exceeded. I would not hesitate to hire them again. I would definitely request Mustafa and Cody...they went above and beyond!! Thanks everyone!! read more

Team quickly, efficiently and politely moved the contents of our home to an apartment in a retirement community. They wrapped everything needing protection such that no damage occurred during the move. They are also reasonably priced and keep a list of all items moved. read more

TLDR: Hire these guys, they know what they're doing! Definitely the best movers I've used in all the moves I've done in my life. Joe and his team know their stuff, and I appreciated their extra care and time in performing a relatively long-distance move from Austin to San Antonio. Two weeks before the move, Joe was patient in working with me to preview the contents of my old house using the camera on my laptop. I simply moved the laptop around with me so that he could get an idea of how much packing had to be done, how many boxes to be packed, and how much furniture was to be hauled out. He estimated they'd need a 3-man team, a 36' truck, and a certain number of boxes to complete the move in one day - and he was EXACTLY correct, right down to the number of boxes needed! Even more impressive was the fact that not one thing was broken in the move. I'm used to sacrificing something to the Moving Gods, but apparently Joe and his team carry kryptonite or something in their pockets. Their prices are competitive, they're responsive, show up on time, and do a stellar job. There's a reason they have over 100 good reviews, and I recommend them without hesitation for any move you might need to make. read more

Elite Relocation - The very last furniture to find its way onto the truck! - Movers Near Me - Pflugerville, Texas

Chris, Dillon, and Mustafa are the best movers I've ever experienced. Moved all the furniture and tons of stuff from my 1500 sq foot home to the new place in barely 4 hours. You can tell that they have been doing this for a long time so the experience and knowledge is obviously there. Chris even set up the bedframe and fixed a leg of a dining room table (not due to the move) at the new place. Above and beyond.... just amazing. They were So Efficient and can't praise them enough for their amazing service. Can do visual chat with the owner Joe before the move date as well. Pricing is competitively priced with other movers. There is no need to look for any other movers. Highly Recommend Elite Relocation! 5 stars! read more

Can't state how great this moving experience was. Joe and his team member were fantastic from start to finish when moving from my apartment into a townhouse. Elite Relocation - Movers Near Me - Pflugerville, Texas

Art, Alfredo, Elijah, and Chris were all awesome and such a good time! Even after doing a 13 HOUR MOVE the day before. Nevertheless, they HUSTLED. Kayleigh also went above and beyond both before and during the move itself, checking on my quote as well as checking on the move in the middle of the day. I can't say enough good things about Elite and their entire team. I would absolutely use them again if I need to move - hopefully not anytime soon though!! read more

Joe was extremely knowledgeable on the ins and outs of moving. Very professional. He took excellent care of our items. There were no hidden fees. Very upfront and honest. read more

Let me save you oodles of research. We just had our household goods shipped from Texas to Virginia. I researched several companies and was feeling quite wary of the overall process. Had also heard our neighbors had a bait and switch happen to them just now on a cross country move. I called Elite Relocation and the owner, Joe Brito, after reading some reviews online. Start to finish, his customer service was exemplary. Clear and articulate communicator. A kind man who cares deeply about the work and customer service he provides. And a good salesman! I wanted to buy from him. He made good on his commitments and communicated with us at every step along this process. Our goods left here Monday and are safely installed in Virginia. I felt the pricing was fair: Stellar service. A man of his word. 100 percent recommend this company for your next move read more

Thank goodness we hired Elite Relocation to do our move! My husband, Ben, booked this about a week ago. ( Way to go Ben!) I was surprised they were able to accommodate us. We were able to move Saturday- Monday. We went with the Monday. They told us on of the guys would be calling us on the way and arrival would be 12-2pm. Ben received a call from Alfredo at 11:50 and said that George, Dylan and himself were going to be on their way and to expect them in about 20 min or so. When arriving, with 3 smiling faces at my door these 3 energetic nice fellows did a quick walk thru with me. I went ahead and labeled items of which rooms they would be going to once arriving to our new home. That way they could just cut loose and do what they needed to do and I could continue to unpack what I already started bringing over there over the weekend. They were awesome- those 3 guys packed up our things in an hour and a half (we had a 2 car garage and on one side we had those plastic black bins with yellow tops stacked probaly 14 - lawn equipment and supplies and three metro shelves.) We also had a 1300 two bedroom two bathroom apartment home to move. It was eight minutes away from our new house and they moved everything in set up three beds and they got it all done 2 1/2 hours. I was so impressed customer service spot on. They exceeded my expectations , now I really don't want to move for a long time, however, if I have any family or friends, or if I find myself moving again I am definitely definitely calling this company again. Thank you so much for the great experience! read more

3 hours ago NEW My moving experience was not professional. They needed to send men to do the job and they sent 1 young whining staff and another staff member. My recommendation is DO NOT USE this pretend professional moving company. The last 15 minutes of the job they threw everything in the storage unit. It was a very unprofessional job. Joe the owner came over and did not really care, he only cared that I signed the bill for $960. And when I said yeah if I have to sign a bill for $960 then I want the storage done correctly. For example, the furniture first then the storage boxes. They had another job to go to, so unfortunately for me it was 'a too bad' attitude. It was the most horrifying, unprofessional, overrated and overpaid moving experience ever. YOUR CALL IF YOU Like Unprofessional jobs. They build up the hours to get the most $&$ they can. One of the staff was on his cell phone with his San Marcos girlfriend while the other guy and Iput boxes in the unit. Yes, I became a mover too. I hope he enjoys all the $$ he collected while I worked too. God forgive Greedy people who only care and goals is money and not taking care of customers. It even got worse. Because I complained for the unit to be done correctly and said this is unacceptable, it got worse. Do not put kids on a Man's job. Be up front with customers and tell them, it will cost you approximately $900 + to move under 10 miles. It because this moving company is greedy and it's all about making the most!! read more

Elite Relocation - I could barely close the unit. The mattress could have been placed in the back on top of other items. Now I am sure I will have to replace - Movers Near Me - Pflugerville, Texas

We used Elite Relocation in September 2022, and they far exceeded expectations. My sister-in-law had recommended them when they moved out of state and it was the best money spent. We had everything go wrong with our selling/move, but Joe, Steven, and Adrian (AJ) with Elite were by far the very BEST part and truly made our move better. An outside moving truck company gave us the wrong size truck (22-foot instead of the 26-foot that we reserved) and we were concerned that our stuff in our 1500 sq ft house (AND extra items from my parents' 700 sq ft apartment) would not fit. But let me tell you, they delivered!! With less than 6-inches to spare, they did the best packing/arranging/tetris that I've ever seen and got all our stuff to fit. Nothing was broken either, and it was a windy, bumpy trip out of state. Beyond the actual truck loading, they were so professional and a joy to work with. We loved getting to talk to them. They went beyond the move, too - since it took a lot longer to make our stuff fit (thank you, outside rental truck company), Joe sent me a more direct phone number of the rental truck support line so that we could see about another partial truck refund (Joe, it worked!). He also checked in with us once we got to our destination to see how everything worked out. Moving is already an incredibly stressful process, and Elite was the easiest part. In case my rambling review has not made this point clear: HIRE THEM IMMEDIATELY. They are absolutely worth it. read more

I have literally used Elite Relocation a dozen times in the last 3 years. Joe and his team are wonderful to work with, and they are highly professional. They have packed and moved our belongings from our remodel to a rental and storage and family members' houses into another temporary house and back again. They are accommodating and Joe leads his team in such a great way...you can tell they all really like each other and have a lot of fun. They were all personable and even interacted so pleasantly with our kids (especially our youngest who they watch grow from 4 to 6 over the years). Thank you Elite Relocation for always helping us with our moving and for being such wonderful people!! read more

Did another move with them, very fast and professional again! *mandatory text to fill requirement*

I did a lot of messaging back and forth with Kayleigh who was very responsive and dedicated to her work. She was a great point of contact and proved to be reliable. I had another company in mind but went with Elite Relocation because of Kayleigh. Joe came out with his crew (Thanks to George, Jose, and Dillan) on time as arranged. ALL of the movers were absolutely hard-working and did a fantastic job helping us move. I would not hesitate to recommend this team. We were in such a flurry to get out of our house that we overlooked a queen mattress box and left it there. George brought it to our new place the next day without any delay! Just great to work with! read more

I have a great experience with Joe and his team! I moved out of town so Joe managed my move the entire way. The team was communicative during the entire process, very kind and professional, and accommodating to changes that I would make. They arrived on time for both pick-up and drop-off and were very professional. They protected everything including the building and doors they were passing the furniture through. Everything arrived safely and the team worked hard in the TX summer heat. I found the prices competitive and they didn't charge me extra for living in a third-floor apartment. I highly recommend Joe and his team!! read more

The best moving company ever and we know because we have moved too many times. Our past 5 moves have been done through Elite Relocation. The owners Joe and Kayleigh are very responsive and easy to do business with. As for their moving services, they are reasonably priced but above all, they are meticulous, methodical, and caring when it comes to packing, loading, and unloading your items. Extremely customer service oriented with best in class quality. In our opinion, nobody else comes close in the Austin market and beyond! read more

Would you like to use movers that won't bump, scratch, or ding a single wall or corner at the old and the new place? Then hire these guys!! They disassembled and reassembled beds. They wrapped everything in pads and plastic. They laid down floor protection. They took my TV off the wall without issue. Rather than send 2 movers, with Elite Relocation you get three! That really speeds things up. In short, do yourself a favor and call Joe. He was right on budget and everyone was wonderful to work with. They also played good music during the move. :) read more

With my Mother moving into our home, I needed someone to unload her move and get things into our home. My Mother's furniture contained Antiques, all of which hold value to her. I spoke with Joe (excellent service) and he sent out AJ and Moe. I was impressed with the friendly and extremely careful work they did. These young men were very polite and professional and had the move-in wrapped up quickly. Thanks Elite! read more

Wow, I can't recommend Joe and his team at Elite Relocation enough. Communication was great, they showed up on time, were completely prepared and they worked quickly and efficiently. Once they started working was when I could really tell they were next-level movers. They had floor and door protectors, wrapped everything perfectly, and took great care of our glass furniture. They packed our rental truck like Tetris masters and most importantly when we unpacked after a cross-country move, NOTHING was broken. Joe also walked me through how to operate a couple of things on the truck when I mentioned how nervous I was to drive it. Their quote was a little higher than some of the cheaper movers but not having to replace anything that broke, not having any damage to the house, and packing the truck as efficiently as they did more than made up for the price difference. read more

I had a local move and being retired military was quite tired of moving so decided to have a moving company do it for me. I will tell you I am VERY happy I called Elite Relocation!
