Thanks to their solid communication I was able to book a last minute. 7pm for the next morning. Their pricing is aligned with all of the quotes I got. They were there on time and started the clock only after assessing the job (some movers start the clock before even pulling off the road). The guys came out with an overly large truck for the job, which was much appreciated. It's a lot faster when they have too much space rather than too little. The whole move was much faster than I expected. The movers did a great job with delicate items and nothing was damaged. I'd recommend working with them and am grateful for the last minute scheduling. In case you're wondering about the mask situation I had to ask one of the guys to put on his mask and he was so-so at it. Although following state law and the signs at an apartment building should be automatic, you'll likely need to specify ahead of time. Not worth removing a star over as the other mover wore his mask the entire move. read more

tldr; horrible company, amateur movers that charge premium rates. will damage your furniture - you're better off with local college movers. I went with this company because of the reviews. not sure if they are fake but they left all of my most expensive furniture (each 1000$+) damaged. I even specifically asked for them to take care of my favorite piece. how did they take care of it? They didn't wrap it, they stepped on top of it while taking it apart, and then put a couple huge deep gashes into the surface that left the piece unusable. And that's just one item! Another piece, the door won't even close anymore because they (I guess dropped it? dont know because they tried to hide the damage and not tell me), but a good portion of this piece is now split. If you have expensive items you care about, make sure you don't use these people because they will destroy it. They charge a premium for amateur movers who move slow and damage your items. So let's start with the positives! Elite Relocation was super easy to schedule, they arrived on time, and during this pandemic-they wore masks and gloves, which made me feel safe! They also moved the entire house without us being actively involved, which was super nice. And they were super nice to work with. But, the move itself, was not the best. We were ORGANIZED. Everything was in boxes in the garage-that they could back their truck right up to. Each room was broken down and put into piles, so it was obvious what to move. However, some how this move took longer than any move I have ever done. I mean they were SO SLOW. Which ended up costing a fortune!! I guess part of it they took their time securing everything in the back of the truck-which is nice, but still, they were probably the slowest movers I have ever experienced. and I've moved...A LOT...Anyways, if you want a move done quickly and efficiently-I would look at other options. Other problems-they were moving a chest, which I will admit is incredibly heavy. This chest is the reason I usually end up deciding I need movers, b/c no one can move it themselves. However, they put two pretty big holes in the wall trying to get this chest down the stairs. On a positive note, they did call and inform us of the damage immediately, which was impressive. Luckily my husband is handy and we had the materials on hand to fill the holes and paint that matches the wall, so that we could fix the damage, but if not-we would have had a huge problem, since we can't just go to Home Depot and get supplies at this time. This could have been a $500+ loss if we did not have these things. As it would have caused us to lose our deposit. And then the fact they broke two vases and two glass coverings. They did not mention the vases, just left them behind. We saw the glass fall and break and told them not to worry about it..luckily I don't really like the vases, but if it was an expensive vase-we'd have a different story. That being said, we are moved safely and that is the most important thing. read more

I cannot say enough great things about this company from Joe in the front office to the Rock-Stars who moved us out of one house and into a 4 story home with bedrooms on the 3rd floor. We called for moving information and they responded the same day. They came out the next day and gave us a quote which turned out to be exactly what we paid. Dylan, Moses, and AJ had their work cut out for them, loading up our household furniture and boxes, moving them into a home with FOUR flights of stair. Carrying King-sized mattresses and bedroom furniture to the third floor, plus everything else that went into our 4 story home. They were not only professional from start to finish, but so nice, always a smile on their face, solution oriented, and never a complaint about the back breaking work. With only 36 hours notice, the guys with Elite Relocation were on time and well prepared. They had clean blankets and wrapped each of the 12 new dining chairs completely. Elite Relocation was an absolute blessing. My wife and I found them on Yelp earlier this month (July 2020). Even with one of their moving trucks breaking down earlier in the week, they were able to complete our move and communicated extremely well through the setback. The team on the day of our move was amazing! They were more than courteous throughout the day and speedy yet careful with all of our belongings. A red carpet was laid on the hard wood floors and a blanket was placed around our new front door in order not to scratch anything. Any special request we made, or assistance we needed moving items around the house, the team was more than happy to help. Completely happy with this company! I will write a review when I experience exceptional service which is hard to find nowadays! These guys moved my furniture up 3 freaking flights of stairs, down a hallway and NO damages or dings on them! Everything was padded and secured and they placed everything neatly the way I wanted it in each room. They had one small accident to a corner wall and Joe, the owner, repaired it one the spot and looks new, like it never happened. We all know shit happens! I heard some of the neighbors in the apartment complex have used Joe and his crew and was very satisfied with their move as well. They emailed me this cool inventory dropped down list that I could fill out and get an estimate before even coming out to see how much work that was going to be done and that's what sold me. Even after making some last minute changes(I added more stuff to be moved), the cost was still reasonable! I almost thought it was to good to be true. Elite Relocation's services came highly recommended to me by a colleague, and in the midst of the moving process I completely understood why. My husband and I were absolutely blown away by the efficiency and professionalism of the gentlemen who took care of our move. We still cannot stop raving about them!
