I hired Elite Relocation to move a washer and dryer from my home to my daughter's 2nd floor apartment. They were able to get us in the next day, kept in communication as they headed to our job, and gave us a very fair price. They were professional, kind, and went above and beyond. I will 100% call them the next time we need a move. read more

Great team! Move could not have gone smoother! Showed up on time, efficient and careful. Would use again.

Thanks to their solid communication I was able to book a last minute. 7pm for the next morning. Their pricing is aligned with all of the quotes I got. They were there on time and started the clock only after assessing the job (some movers start the clock before even pulling off the road). The guys came out with an overly large truck for the job, which was much appreciated. It's a lot faster when they have too much space rather than too little. The whole move was much faster than I expected. The movers did a great job with delicate items and nothing was damaged. I'd recommend working with them and am grateful for the last minute scheduling. In case you're wondering about the mask situation I had to ask one of the guys to put on his mask and he was so-so at it. Although following state law and the signs at an apartment building should be automatic, you'll likely need to specify ahead of time. Not worth removing a star over as the other mover wore his mask the entire move. read more

Very prompt and communicative. Extremely personable and easy to work with. Joe and Steve were great to work with. Highly recommend!

So let's start with the positives! Elite Relocation was super easy to schedule, they arrived on time, and during this pandemic-they wore masks and gloves, which made me feel safe! They also moved the entire house without us being actively involved, which was super nice. And they were super nice to work with. But, the move itself, was not the best. We were ORGANIZED. Everything was in boxes in the garage-that they could back their truck right up to. Each room was broken down and put into piles, so it was obvious what to move. However, some how this move took longer than any move I have ever done. I mean they were SO SLOW. Which ended up costing a fortune!! I guess part of it they took their time securing everything in the back of the truck-which is nice, but still, they were probably the slowest movers I have ever experienced. and I've moved...A LOT...Anyways, if you want a move done quickly and efficiently-I would look at other options. Other problems-they were moving a chest, which I will admit is incredibly heavy. This chest is the reason I usually end up deciding I need movers, b/c no one can move it themselves. However, they put two pretty big holes in the wall trying to get this chest down the stairs. On a positive note, they did call and inform us of the damage immediately, which was impressive. Luckily my husband is handy and we had the materials on hand to fill the holes and paint that matches the wall, so that we could fix the damage, but if not-we would have had a huge problem, since we can't just go to Home Depot and get supplies at this time. This could have been a $500+ loss if we did not have these things. As it would have caused us to lose our deposit. And then the fact they broke two vases and two glass coverings. They did not mention the vases, just left them behind. We saw the glass fall and break and told them not to worry about it..luckily I don't really like the vases, but if it was an expensive vase-we'd have a different story. That being said, we are moved safely and that is the most important thing. read more

TEN STARS is our real rating of Elite Relocation, although five stars is all that Yelp permits!!! I worked for both North American and Mayflower moving companies in my younger days during college summers and following graduation. I even considered having my dad co-sign for me to buy a "rig" and to become a long haul mover. One of my primary reasons, was exactly the same as what Joe B states in his "Meet the Owner" details for Elite Relocation - - that... "witnessing the smiles of happiness from customers after completing a job was gratifying." I agree 100% with Joe B., and we had nothing but 'smiles of happiness' and complete satisfaction following Elite Relocation's professional, efficient, and courteous move of all our possessions into our new Austin home. From the outset with my initial inquiry and an advance conversation with Joe re: our specific needs - I felt immediately comfortable and confident. Joe provided us with a very competitive quote, helpful preparatory checklists, and kept me well informed as to how we would operate, including with Covid safety precautions for the sanitation and cleanliness of the truck, equipment, crew's operation and our home prep. Joe treated his crew with respect, and they were extremely cheerful and professional in both the move-out and move-in, taking time to ensure we were happy with placement of every box, re-assembly of furniture and fulfilling all our requests. Although tips are not required, having been a mover myself, I know how greatly appreciated a crew is to receive them for a "job well done." Joe made sure the tip was distributed fairly, and he thanked me as well on their behalf, for acknowledging their outstanding service. I'll say it once more - Joe B. and Elite Relocation deserve TEN STARS - you can not go wrong in contracting them for your next move!!! . read more

tldr; horrible company, amateur movers that charge premium rates. will damage your furniture - you're better off with local college movers. I went with this company because of the reviews. not sure if they are fake but they left all of my most expensive furniture (each 1000$+) damaged. I even specifically asked for them to take care of my favorite piece. how did they take care of it? They didn't wrap it, they stepped on top of it while taking it apart, and then put a couple huge deep gashes into the surface that left the piece unusable. And that's just one item! Another piece, the door won't even close anymore because they (I guess dropped it? dont know because they tried to hide the damage and not tell me), but a good portion of this piece is now split. If you have expensive items you care about, make sure you don't use these people because they will destroy it. They charge a premium for amateur movers who move slow and damage your items. Thanks for ruining all of my things "Elite" relocation!! read more

With only 36 hours notice, the guys with Elite Relocation were on time and well prepared. They had clean blankets and wrapped each of the 12 new dining chairs completely. From Hudson Bend to San Marcos, they arrived within an hour and placed the chairs where I needed. Great job! Will call on them again. read more

Elite Relocation was an absolute blessing. My wife and I found them on Yelp earlier this month (July 2020). Even with one of their moving trucks breaking down earlier in the week, they were able to complete our move and communicated extremely well through the setback. The team on the day of our move was amazing! They were more than courteous throughout the day and speedy yet careful with all of our belongings. A red carpet was laid on the hard wood floors and a blanket was placed around our new front door in order not to scratch anything. Any special request we made, or assistance we needed moving items around the house, the team was more than happy to help. The day was long, hot, and tiring, but without the Elite Relocation team, we wouldn't have been able to make our move in one day. I HIGHLY recommend using Elite Relocation for any moving job, big or small. These guys were GREAT! read more

Moved my 4 bedroom home twice in West Lake Hills. All star white glove movers all the way! I first used Elite Relocation in 2019 and one year later in 2020. Both moves had hard working crews, respectful, and with an impeccable eye for details that matter. They also charge a fair flat rate price - so no surprises for the day of the move. Compare to Einstein, Two Men, and others around town - and you wont find a better deal - all while getting white glove amazing service. The details that matter: - Fair flat rate price - Delivered both moves on time - Respectful, hard working crews - Asked where within rooms to place items to avoid me having to move boxes twice - Carefully wrapped and packaged art and furniture - NOT ONE BROKEN OR DAMAGED ITEM AFTER 2 MOVES in ONE YEAR! Will use these guys and cannot refer them highly enough - they are THE Elite Movers of Austin! read more

I cannot say enough great things about this company from Joe in the front office to the Rock-Stars who moved us out of one house and into a 4 story home with bedrooms on the 3rd floor. We called for moving information and they responded the same day. They came out the next day and gave us a quote which turned out to be exactly what we paid. Dylan, Moses, and AJ had their work cut out for them, loading up our household furniture and boxes, moving them into a home with FOUR flights of stair. Carrying King-sized mattresses and bedroom furniture to the third floor, plus everything else that went into our 4 story home. They were not only professional from start to finish, but so nice, always a smile on their face, solution oriented, and never a complaint about the back breaking work. And believe me when I say, these guys are Rock-stars because it truly was hard physical work, and they made it look easy which is was not. We feel so lucky to have found this company and will definitely use them again in the future. read more

Fast, efficient, wonderful! Thank you all for being so responsive last minute! Price and service were both on point!

5+++ stars! They were a good deal, reliable, careful and professional. Joe Sr. & Adrian were very nice and courteous. I would definitely contract with them again! read more

Helped me with an in town move in Austin. They were very responsive to my many questions on Yelp. Gave me an arrival window and then called to see if it was ok to come early, which was great. They were efficient and friendly. Handled all the items with care and easily unloaded everything and placed it where I asked. Both gentlemen worked dilgently the entire time. My first experience using movers and was very pleased. Would highly recommend. read more

These guys are top notch on every way - Professional, Efficient, Conscientious, Experienced. My move into a 2 story hose was done in 104 degree heat... and every aspect was seamless. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled with care and placed exactly where I wanted it. They even added an extra pickup for a washer dryer last minute. I Highly recommend Joe and his crew if you want a stress free move and excellent customer service. read more

This review come a little late since we have used Elite twice in the past year and a half. They are experienced and need little instruction to work. They did offer a great rate but what really mattered is they handled all of our belongings so well without any mishaps. What was worth the extra time is that they took apart all bed and set them back up at my new place. Finally want to add that you will also be impressed how friendly, patient and hard working everyone who helped with both our moves. Hi read more

I recently hired Elite Relocation for a local move from one side of Austin to another. I have moved more than my fair share and have used local and national carriers for my needs; I assure you hiring Elite Relocation was one of the best decisions I made during this move. During both the packing and moving phases of the process, the team's level of care and attention to detail was clear. They treated my belongings and home with respect and care. I strongly recommend Elite Relocation. They are my first call for my next move. read more

I had the best moving experience with elite relocation. Joe and his staff are very reliable, dependable, personable, and made me feel comfortable about my overwhelming move. I used another company a few years ago moving from an apartment to a house, and I was not satisfied with any of their service. I didn't want to feel the same disappointment this time moving from a rental home to our permanent home. I reached out to a few companies but Joe came to my house assessed everything that I needed to pack, and gave me a very fair quote of the packing and moving. Everything was laid out in complete detail of how my two day experience would go. I would recommend elite relocation to anyone that wants their items taken care of and to get that personal touch from somebody. The team made this process less stressful and now I'm able to just unpack in peace. read more

This sounds like most of the other reviews, but we also had a great experience with Joe and his team. They helped us move our aging mother to another facility. On time. Excellent communication. Very careful and experienced. Polite and friendly. They did an impressive job when we arrived at the storage facility rearranging all the stuff to fit in an organized way. They were happy to wrap and pack stuff they weren't moving. A+ read more

I am very happy with Elite Relocation company. The owners Joe & Kayleigh are very prompt, helpful and informative. We had George & Shane helping us packing and loading our stuff and boxes. I highly recommend these two. They were super good, fast and know their job very well. I was very nervous as the other mi era I contacted did t either have dates or were giving me a right quote but after the final outcome I realized that I made the best decision by contacting these guys for our move. The boxes are loaded very neatly and safely. Now we are ready to move! Thanks guys! Really appreciate it! Highly recommend these guys for your next move! read more

They showed up on time, and moved quickly and carefully. They were a great and friendly crew. Would recommend them to any friend, and would absolutely use them again. read more

Completely happy with this company! I will write a review when I experience exceptional service which is hard to find nowadays! These guys moved my furniture up 3 freaking flights of stairs, down a hallway and NO damages or dings on them! Everything was padded and secured and they placed everything neatly the way I wanted it in each room. They had one small accident to a corner wall and Joe, the owner, repaired it one the spot and looks new, like it never happened. We all know shit happens! I heard some of the neighbors in the apartment complex have used Joe and his crew and was very satisfied with their move as well. They emailed me this cool inventory dropped down list that I could fill out and get an estimate before even coming out to see how much work that was going to be done and that's what sold me. Even after making some last minute changes(I added more stuff to be moved), the cost was still reasonable! I almost thought it was to good to be true. Anyway if you're looking to move and don't want to cause yourself more pain to yourself mentally and physically, don't hesitate to call them! It was definitely worth it for me! read more

We used this company to move us from Austin, Texas, to Denver, Colorado, and we are completely happy with the service. Joe and his team always delivered exactly when, where, and how they promised. We had no damage during our move, which consisted of a 2,600 sqft, 4 bedroom house with 30 years' worth of treasured belongings. Their price was highly competitive with other quotes we received. What I liked most was the personal touch they gave everything. They cared for our belongings as if they were their own. We got to know Joe and crew quite well and they're nice people, too. Communication was outstanding throughout the process. I recommend without hesitation. read more

We moved my mother from one Senior Living facility to another which is stressful enough. Elite's team worked with us in moving her to the new facility. Elite Relocation's services came highly recommended to me by a colleague, and in the midst of the moving process I completely understood why. My husband and I were absolutely blown away by the efficiency and professionalism of the gentlemen who took care of our move. We still cannot stop raving about them! Previously we handled moves ourselves, but decided it would save us time and stress to have a company take care of our bigger items/furniture. Still, I think we both kind of assumed that the process would likely be painful and time consuming because that just seems to be the nature of moving. However, the Elite Relocation team was cool, calm and collected when they showed up promptly in the morning. I ran out shortly after they arrived to grab coffee and by the time I got back they had pretty much finished (including disassembling 2 beds!) and loaded up everything from our 2 bedroom apartment. The rest of the move went just as smoothly according to my husband, and everything was set up in our new home before noon. We are so grateful to Elite Relocation for providing such an outstanding level of service. Do yourself a favor and give them a call for your moving needs today! read more
