I got quotes from a few of the top rated movers in Austin. Elite Relocation had the best rates and was the most responsive. High praise for Kayleigh! I was impressed with her responses to all my questions, even after-hours the night before the move! The movers, Mel and David were **unbelievably strong, fast and considerate**. They were awesome and even handled a curve ball of disassembling/reassembling a massive Woden bed without a second thought. I was panicking about how they would park on our small street and they reassured me that whatever happened, they would make it work. They totally did! Love these guys and highly recommend!!! read more

It's been a few days since our move, but I've finally found the time to write this review. I'll be serious and honest straight from the gate. Elite Relocation is the BEST! You will not be disappointed. Our team of 3 were Victor, David, and Ethan and man did they rock!! They displayed complete professionalism throughout the whole day. They were very polite and courteous. We had a very large move. These guys moved us in record time with no damages or hangups anywhere. They disassembled and reassembled bed frames, doors, and refrigerators! They made sure to protect our carpeting and flooring by laying/taping down protective covers on areas they would be walking on. Their attention to detail and respect for our belongings was very much appreciated. My wife and I were so impressed with how well they worked together as a team. If you're looking for that good, quick, reliable, respectful, hardworking, and trustworthy team to get you safely moved, call these guys!! You will not be disappointed. Thanks again Victor, David, and Ethan!! You guys are solid. You made my wife VERY happy! read more

We used Elite Relocation to move 2 homes this weekend and we are so glad we did! Joe and his team went ABOVE AND BEYOND making sure we were taken care of from start to finish. They were quick, efficient and professional the entire time. They made sure to protect our floors when moving items and wrapped all our valuable furniture for protection. I highly recommend using Elite Relocation for all your moving needs whether it be local or cross-country. They are the BEST! read more

Thank you Joe, Chris & Kayleigh. I had a small move. Joe & Chris showed up on time and were very efficient. Elite would be my first choice for another move. read more

I have nothing but praise for Joe & Elite Relocation. He and his crew are intelligent, hard working, meticulously careful and on top of that, cheerful and friendly. Thanks to that and Joe's thorough preparation, the entire move was accomplished without a single issue. They have my gratitude and my highest recommendation. read more

What an awesome job! We relocated from another state and have had drama along the way. Fortunately, Elite was a calm in our many storms. The staff arrived promptly and were extremely professional and careful. They were patient and never complained about the workload (we had a lot of stuff). Management was responsive to the quote process on Yelp and everything worked smoothly. We will definitely use them when we move into our home. I can't say enough about the staff and the experience. Kudos to Elite Relocation. read more

Our quick in town move couldn't have gone any better. Prompt, fast, good crew and done with professionalism. I would definitely use them again. read more

Stop reading reviews and hire Elite Relocation. They are customer focused and take their job (and company) very seriously. Moving is expensive, although the price to have it done right by Elite Relocation is worth it. You will not find a better moving company, I promise you. There's a ton of bs on the internet, and everyone has an opinion, but these guys are the real deal. If you see anything but 5 star reviews for Elite Relocation, rest assured that the person giving Elite Relocation less than 5 stars has severe personality issues and is perpetually unhappy with life. read more

At the risk of sounding like a broken record (all "5.0 Ratings"!), I can only confirm and echo the accolades written in support of Elite Relocation services: They simply do a fabulous job, and at a most competitive price. Mustafa and Stephen were the movers assigned to us, for a "2-stop" move (home and storage facility), ending at my daughter's third floor apartment (no elevator).  The two men communicated extremely well, and were courteous, efficient--and even humorous. Moving is never "fun," but with this group, it was close! I give them my highest recommendation. read more

Let me start by saying I can't say enough GREAT things about my experience with Elite Relocation. From the moment I connected them for a quote until the moment the last piece of furniture was setup I received exceptional and professional customer service. I called after hours and left a message to request a quote and Kayleigh called contacted within an hour. She was able to schedule an appointment for me the next morning for a walk-through quote with Joe, the owner. Joe called me the next morning and informed me was on his way and arrived on time and was very professional and thorough. He even gave me great tips about how to pack up my 3 bedroom home. Within 24 hours I received an itemized quote. Please note I obtained 5 quotes. The quote from Elite may not have the lowest but it was the most detailed and I didn't feel like there were any hidden costs or fees. Therefore. I chose to select for my move. The day before my move I received a reminder email with a checklist and confirmation of what time my moving team would arrive. The morning of my I received a call letting me know they were on their way. When they arrived (at the scheduled time) we did another walk through and confirm my original quote. Then Victor & Hector got to work. I was amazed at efficient they were and while they worked quickly to pickup my 3 bedroom 3 story split level home they took great care with all of my belongings. They made sure to handle fragile items with extra care and even added extra protection to keep them safe while transporting them to my new home. This not the first time I have moved and anyone who has moved in the past knows that it is a stressful and exhausting task. However, Elite Relocation made this move a great experience from beginning to end. There where no hidden costs, every person I dealt with was professional and helpful and my movers went above and beyond! If you are moving or know anyone who is I highly recommend you contact Elite Relocation. They are by far the best moving company around. read more

I can't say enough good things about David and George! Before moving anything they covered door frames and put down a runner to protect door frame, floor and my furniture from scratches. They shrink wrapped almost everything and also put paper covers since my furniture is going to storage. Disassembled my bed and dining room table and made sure to tape my screws n bolts to the items. My storage unit was stacked meticulously as well. Definitely worth the money. Amazing customer service! Quick response with quotes! read more

I've used them for at least 3 moves and I've been extremely happy with their service. They've moved all my things multiple times without damage, and the one time there was a little damage (for which I hold most of the responsibility, as I should've packed better!) rather than arguing with me or dodging the issue, they immediately made it right, and I really respect that. They also accommodated my need to move on a Sunday. Highly recommend them. read more

Elite Relocation did a wonderful job with my move. Victor and Raul packed all of my belongings and moved everything with great care. They were so professional, polite, and willing to listen to all my requests. They took great care packing my things and treated them like the treasures they are to me. Joe Brito, the owner, came to my home to do the estimate. He was thorough and very detailed. He also told me what it means to be registered with USDOT and TXDMV. Having these licenses ensures accountability and credibility. I like supporting local businesses. Joe advised me to check the TXDMV website to verify if other companies I was considering was registered. He also said his estimate may not be the lowest and he wasn't. But I went with him because I appreciated his honesty and professionalism. I don't expect to be moving again but if I do I would definitely go with Joe and Elite Relocation. read more

Elite Relocation to the rescue... literally, so I had hired a different company to move some stuff to a near by storage and they left- me waiting for 6 hrs with no updates (almighty movers). It was an emergency because my tenant was moving in, so I called Elite Relocation and they came to my house next day at SIX in the morning (on time), got everything moved in an hour and a half and even made it to work on time. I'll probably be moving back to the house in two years and will for sure call these guys to help me out. Great service! Im so grateful, thank you so much guys. read more

These guys did a great job and got everything moved fast! Traffic was super bad and I moved from the 3rd floor to the 3rd floor and they didn't complain once! read more

If I could give these guys more stars I would! They got me out of a bind when another moving company just flat out didn't show and was unresponsive for my scheduled move. These guys were able to squeeze me into their schedule at the end of a workday and I couldn't be more grateful. George and Hector were not only courteous, friendly and professional, but they took really great care of the stuff I had. They were also experts at fitting it all safely into an already kinda full storage unit. Also, I believe I spoke to Joe when I first reached out and he couldn't have been more kind and helpful hearing my situation. His receptionist got back to me super fast and was also just wonderful to speak with. Can't say enough good things about this company from beginning to end! Thank you so much for coming to the rescue, I wish I had booked with you all first! I will be recommending this team to anyone that needs moving and they will be the first ones I call when I end up needing to unload that storage unit. read more

Joe was really helpful getting my move set up, especially when I had to change the date last minute. The crew who came out was extremely professional and got the job done quicker than I had anticipated. I will definitely use these guys again the next time I move. read more

This is my 2nd move with Elite Relocation and I couldn't have been more satisfied, there were a couple of hiccups with the apartment management and the movers were very accommodating with anything that came up, fortunately everything worked out so it didn't set them back any but they just rolled with it and they were able to get my belongings loaded and unloaded quickly! I would definitely hire them again! read more

Joe his moving crew were extra ordinary! They were not only on time daily but were excellent in every aspect of moving. I had them pack & load 3 PODs. They had every inch of the pods used & my furniture well padded. Just as anything that is worth something, they were not the cheapest but was by far from being the most expensive service in the Austin area. Joe came out and looked at my house took an inventory & gave a realistic quote. Several other companies I called for a quote on Yelp just gave me a flat low quote to get me to hire them. After getting a real quote, I found the quote given over the phone would have been at least double the cheap . Joe performed far and above what I expected from him. He not only did a superb job here in TX but he also found a company to unpack my PODs at a great price at my new home 1200 miles away. He was very good communicating every step of the move with me and kept my wife & I very comfortable throughout the whole moving process. ***If you want an excellent, honest moving company with lots of resources this is the company for you.*** read more

I loved every part of the process of moving while using Elite Relocation's services. The movers were great, friendly, and professional. They also got a ton done in a short amount of time. I'm so glad I chose Elite Relocation! These guys are the best. Everything was done according to plan and on schedule. The team was so professional and fun. I would definitely hire them again if the need ever arises. Great job Elite Relocation! Y'all are really a class act! Don't hesitate, book them now. You won't regret it! read more

Joe and crew were EXCEPTIONAL! I needed to move my entire life into a storage unit in the driveway and then back in the house again 2 months later and I happily had Elite help both times. They were on time, professional, knowledgeable and handled my boxes like a new born baby. I was scrambling to finish packing on "move out" day and the guys were so patient with me. I HIGHLY recommend Elite Relocation for your moving needs. read more

LOOK NO FURTHER, THIS IS THE COMPANY YOU WANT handling your move. Joe and his team made moving a breeze! I found the company on yelp, the 5star reviews and awesome price made the company an easy choice. We needed movers on short notice and Joe was extremely responsive, helpful, and friendly- letting me know that there were no hidden fees-padding and plastic wrap was included. The team was scheduled to arrive between 8-9am. They called to say they were on their way about 10 minutes before 8. They added padding to narrow door ways and protected our wood floors. I had a few glass nightstands and large mirror that they handled with ultimate care, and they all arrived in perfect condition. The guys were funny and hard-working and above all true professionals. If I could rate them higher, I would. I will definitely use them for my next move. Thanks Joe and team! read more

We recently moved from Pflugerville, TX to Rio Rancho, NM and used Elite Relocation for our move. They are the worst!!!! I booked them based on the reviews....which Have to be lies. We paid for 3 men for 2 hours. We have moved several times and know for a fact that all our belongings fit in a 26' truck. They were to begin at 10 am. 1 guy (K) showed up at 12:10 and immediately turned his work clock on, he then sat on our couch until the 2nd guy (V) arrived at 12:25. They told us only 2 men were coming. At 12:30 we got a text from Elite/hire-a-helper saying our time was up and we were going to be charged double if the men didn't leave. NOT ONE THING HAD BEEN LOADED. K began yelling that he'd been working since 12:10. They both then spent about 20 minutes on their phones telling whoever that they had been over 2 hours late. They finally began loading the truck about 12:55. K complained about the stairs-Then K complained about the wood furniture. He wanted a "tip" for the stairs and the furniture. K then went out to use his phone again while V continued to load stuff. K stated that he was trying to get paid and told us how bad the company was at that.He said he needed gas to get to his next job and if they didn't pay him that day he couldn't afford to drive....his new Camaro. Meanwhile V is loading, and he finally got K off his phone long enough to load the sofa, washer, dryer, and fridge. They then took a photo of their "work" to prove they'd done it. About 1:45pm they came inside and informed us they had to leave or they were getting fired. At this point my husband called hire-a-helper and spent probably 20 minutes trying to get some kind of satisfaction. We were offered $15.00 credit. Unacceptable. They agreed not to charge us for the 3rd helper but they refused to acknowledge that we hadn't even gotten 1 hour of actual loading even with 2 men. They said they'd not charge us for the 3rd hour. It was like they were from another planet. all the time K is yelling that he's been working since 12:10. As they were supposedly loading stuff, I went out to put things in the car several times, easily half the time K was sitting in his car talking on the phone.....he'd see me and jump out and trot over complaining about how he's not getting paid. he was hinting for cash under the table. He finally got in his car and left. V also had to go. V actually did most of the work alone. When I went out to see the truck I was appalled. They had.about 1/2 of our stuff loaded, and the truck looked like a few 12 year olds had loaded it. Yes, I took photos. This is supposed to be a MOVING company with men to load the truck. What we got was one guy willing but no clue how to load a truck, and one who didn't want to be there at all....but wanted to get paid for doing next to nothing. So.....We are both in our 70's. medical issues force us not to lift more than 15 pounds. That's why we had to pay for help to load the truck. My husband is a VietNam veteran. We had asked them to load our blow up mattress last so we could sleep in our new house. We'd planned to arrive about 5pm. But at 2:20 they were gone. Leaving us with half our belongings in the garage. We had to call friends to help finish loading......but the 2 "pros" from elite moving had done such a terrible job of loading only so much could be put in, the only fix would have been to unload and start over. About 7pm We had to give up and close the truck and drive the three hours to our new place. As seniors we don't like to drive at night but we weee forced to do so. We got the truck to the house about 10:30pm, but could not access the mattress so we had to stay at a motel ($105.00), due to the hour and some event we could find only a questionable one. During the night someone hit our car ($1687.00) worth of damage. The next morning the 3 men we'd hired to unload showed up, on time, and got the truck unloaded in just over an hour. (Same hire-a-helper, but Houston- and these men were fantastic). Not finished with Elite movers..... that afternoon we get home after a food run, and my husband collapsed at the front door. He was taken by ambulance to a local hospital, no concussion, no heart attack, no stroke, so they sent him home. As we arrived, about to enter the house, he collapsed again, this time there was blood, so I called that hospital back and they said I had to get him to a bigger hospital.....he was admitted to Memorial Hermann about 11:30pm due to internal bleeding. From lifting and moving items we paid "elite" movers to do. He was in the hospital for 5 days......we haven't even seen that bill yet. A few days after he was released we had to rent another truck ($289.00) (and $95.08 in gas for said truck) and drive back and finish loading the rest of our belongings, we had volunteer help this time, and finally got moved out, Elite movers cost us $2,186.08 so far. We have not gotten the hospital/ambulance/medical/procedure bills yet. They then offered $75.00 and all we had to do was respond to their email. That hasn't even paid off. read more

After many searches to find the best moving company and reading all the reviews, I decided to go with Elite Relocation. I spoke with Joe directly and he offered me a great price, one I couldn't refuse. It was Joe and one other guy that moved me from a 2 story house with several pieces of furniture that needed to be taken apart into a one story within 4 hours. They were fast, professional and worked really hard. After I finally got moved in, I couldn't find the power cord to one of my TV's, which Joe had taken off the wall and wrapped up, so Joe was quick to respond and was willing to buy me a new cord.
