They came in last minute to help my family and me after we were totally left stranded by another company that broke/damaged the majority of our furniture and damaged our brand new house. Don't use! There is nothing good I can say about this company. I initially chose this company because it had a 5 star review (don't know how). Red flags from the beginning. We were told the owner would call and do a phone video and give us an estimate. Each and every time he was scheduled to call, we did not hear from him. We called the office and was given some sort of excuse about 3 times before he actually did call. He gave us an estimate and we accepted. Then, we never received a confirmation. We needed to be out quickly so we just wanted to make sure we were on the schedule. Each time WE called them for confirmation, we were told several times, we're on the books but not confirmed. We confirmed Several times. On move in date, the guys were late. 3 large guys show up with a good size truck. They come in and look at what needs to be moved and say it's too big of a job for them and the truck isn't big enough, we would need two trucks. He said he wouldn't be able to get a second truck until the next morning. We said that would be fine and asked if they could get started with loading the first truck and take it to storage. Then, here come all the excuses, one after the other. Pure Laziness is what it was. We talked to the owner and he said he'd call to see if he could get a second crew out that day. He said to give him about 30 minutes. The guys left and the owner never called back. We were left in quite a bind. We contacted another moving company, APACHE, they busted their butts and got us all packed up. Two smaller guys by themselves loaded about 1/3 of the heavy furniture before the other crew got there. They did an excellent job wrapping up all our stuff with care and did it professionally and efficiently. If anyone decides to use Elite Relocation because of the other "5 star" ratings, you have been warned. i'd hate to see this happen to anyone else. It was a complete nightmare! read more

I inquired about moving a pool table yesterday (August 5th) and they set an appointment for 9am this morning (August 6th). They (George and Joe) showed up on time, were very knowledgeable and professional. They got right to work, disassembled the pool table, wrapped everything up individually, legs, pockets, rails, hardware, etc...loaded it up and took it to my storage and helped move a few things around and put it in my storage. We used Elite Relocation moving company in August of this year. From beginning to end the services were SUPERB !!! I received a quote quickly after contacting them. They were booked solid during this time frame, but Joe was able to work me into their scheduled since this was a local move. They arrived on time, accessed the items to be moved and immediately got to work. They covered my palm plant near the entrance so that It wouldn't get damaged. They also put down runners in the entrance way to protect our wood floors. They shrink wrapped the furniture and even tightened the screw in my table legs that were loose. I had already done all the packing but they were very careful in the placement of the boxes. They worked steadily the whole time they were there. When we got to the new location they again put down runners to protect those wood floors. They placed the furniture in the areas that were marked and was very careful to pack the outside storage area. They left the storage are so neat I was really impressed. The entire experience was exceptional! They were easy to work with, very accommodating, friendly and very professional! This kind of service is hard to find these days.
