I needed 3 U-Boxes unloaded. Kayleigh helped schedule and she was very accommodating, working with uhaul to figure out options. Joe and Ethan came to unload the boxes. They worked carefully and quickly and were very friendly! read more

Elite Relocation was absolutely the best moving company that I have ever used. Joe is so nice, helpful and professional, and his team was as well. They were right on time, called me when they were on their way, and were very efficient in the entire process, and their price was great and very competitive! Honestly, I couldn't have been more pleased! read more

So glad that our daughter recommended Elite to us because they had done such a great job for her move last year. The team that we had, Clinton, Beau and Taylor were excellent and worked so hard for us that day. We moved from a one story home to a second floor apartment and we have some heavy items of furniture. They managed to get everything in quickly without any damage. We will definitely use them again when we move into our new home. Thanks again for a first class job by a friendly and efficient team!! read more

Joe and his team were very professional during our move. They supplied all of the items we needed and carefully wrapped all of our furniture for storage. The estimate for time was almost exact so the cost was accurate. They even went beyond what was expected of them by delivering items to our house that would not fit into storage. We will certainly use Elite Relocation when we move into our new house! We highly recommend their services. read more

This was my second time using them & they don't disappoint (they don't complain either bc I was moving in & out of the 3rd floor :/ ) I love the convenience of it all though! A big thanks to Mustafa & Stephen for all their hard & efficient work! Appreciate them both! read more

I found this company by doing a Google search for a move from Elgin to Austin and couldn't be happier with them. They were on time, incredibly professional and detail oriented. The price was fantastic as well. They didn't leave until we were happy with the placement of everything, even though they had another move to go do after mine. I HIGHLY recommend them for your move.! They were amazing! read more

Joe and his guys did a FANTASTIC job!! Their quote was $400 less than any other. On move day, they showed up on time and ready to go. They rolled out the blue carpet runner and went to work! The team is a well oiled machine. They packed all of my stuff, drove it 3 hours away and unpacked it, all in one day!! They were courteous and respectful. They took great care of my belongings. Nothing was marred or damaged. I highly recommend them. Moving is so stressful; but, when you have a team like Elite Relocation on the job, it seems easier than it should! read more

They're were extremely communicative professional from the beginning , confirming apts and sending over a quote to agree , answered all questions. Stephen and (Dylan? Devon? I'm bad with names sorry ) worked tirelessly and quickly and managed to get everything loaded and loaded within 2 hours from north to south Austin , all with a smile on their face . I couldn't recommend this company more and will definitely be using them in the future. read more

Elite relocation is a top notch moving company focused on customer needs and doing a great job, I'd highly recommend using them for your moving needs. I work for a moving company who does out of state moves and was blessed to have these guys helping me unload. It's not often you find a moving company who cares as these guys do and who's work ethic is at a level as theirs is. read more

We had a trouble free move, these guys were fast and efficient, showed up when they were supposed to and got the job done!

We moved in May of 2018 after living in our 3,000 sq.ft. home for 18 years. Needless to say - lots of crammed closets, clutter, and extra furniture that just kind of took over the house. Joe & crew were AMAZING to work with. They efficiently packed the entire house up in one day and labeled Every.Thing. so nothing was misplaced. I'm blown away by their organization. The next day everything was moved to our new home, unpacked, set up, and cleaned up. The guys on the move were obviously a tight-knit group, in fantastic spirits through the whole 2-day process, and the height of professionalism. We're about to move (AGAIN!) next month and I'm not even going to consider contacting anyone but Elite. read more

Joe and his crew that came out to our house were beyond amazing. Victor and Ethan were so careful packing up our things. They were all so helpful, and caring. They came in last minute to help my family and me after we were totally left stranded by another company that broke/damaged the majority of our furniture and damaged our brand new house. They got the rest of our stuff packed and moved, and even finished moving furniture that the other guys had left in the middle of rooms. I called their office practically in tears after being referred to them by another company that was booked last minute. They immediately came to us and started the process of fixing the mess we were left in. Not only were they empathetic to our unfortunate situation, they were also caring, polite, and truly went above and beyond the call of duty to provide us with the most efficient service I've ever experienced. They took so much stress and worry off of our shoulders that I could never thank them enough. There aren't words to adequately express how much they helped us. I can't recommend them highly enough. If you're unsure of which movers to choose, look no further. This is the best and most reliable company you could ever hope to find. They work quickly, but with such care and efficiency that they can finish a huge job (that was left in a big mess because of unprofessional people) in no time. They were a godsend for us, and you'd be wise to utilize their services to move whatever you need. read more

I've used Elite for my last two moves and they've been exceptional both times. From the start, Kayleigh kept me informed and followed up before the move (via text which I appreciated). The day of, Joe called when they were on the way so I knew exactly when to expect them. In the most recent move, I was moving from a 3rd floor apt to another 3rd floor apt and the guys were able to move everything and disassemble/reassemble my furniture in just over 3 hours. Joe and his team are amazing and I'm so thankful to have found them! read more

It was a small moving. The booking agent (I forgot her name because my husband communicated with her.) is highly responsive, which is impressive. Overall, two movers are amazing and did a satisfactory job. No damage so far. I will use their service again. read more

Can't praise these guys enough. They did a fantastic job and were completely professional for the full 8 hours it took to move us. They are considerate, patient, and flexible. Thanks again to Joe and his team, can't imagine I'll look elsewhere if I need to move again. read more

Excellent moving day despite over 100' F heat. George, Stephen, Ralph, Matt were courteous, professional, efficient and respectful. They had my belongings out of condo and into my new home in 6 hrs. I commend each of them and thank them for a seamless move. read more

Don't use! There is nothing good I can say about this company. I initially chose this company because it had a 5 star review (don't know how). Red flags from the beginning. We were told the owner would call and do a phone video and give us an estimate. Each and every time he was scheduled to call, we did not hear from him. We called the office and was given some sort of excuse about 3 times before he actually did call. He gave us an estimate and we accepted. Then, we never received a confirmation. We needed to be out quickly so we just wanted to make sure we were on the schedule. Each time WE called them for confirmation, we were told several times, we're on the books but not confirmed. We confirmed Several times. On move in date, the guys were late. 3 large guys show up with a good size truck. They come in and look at what needs to be moved and say it's too big of a job for them and the truck isn't big enough, we would need two trucks. He said he wouldn't be able to get a second truck until the next morning. We said that would be fine and asked if they could get started with loading the first truck and take it to storage. Then, here come all the excuses, one after the other. Pure Laziness is what it was. We talked to the owner and he said he'd call to see if he could get a second crew out that day. He said to give him about 30 minutes. The guys left and the owner never called back. We were left in quite a bind. We contacted another moving company, APACHE, they busted their butts and got us all packed up. Two smaller guys by themselves loaded about 1/3 of the heavy furniture before the other crew got there. They did an excellent job wrapping up all our stuff with care and did it professionally and efficiently. If anyone decides to use Elite Relocation because of the other "5 star" ratings, you have been warned. i'd hate to see this happen to anyone else. It was a complete nightmare! read more

I've been in the military for twelve years and this was the easiest move I have experienced thus far. The rates were reasonable and the communication from Joe was excellent. No surprise there. On move day, the guys showed up and went straight to work. Everything was loaded carefully and quickly as possible. I thought the process would be longer so I budgeted for twice the amount of time. Thank you guys for making my move so easy! I recommend them to anyone looking for a great, hassle-free moving experience! read more

Joe came out a few weeks before our move and gave us an estimate that was quite a bit lower than other, larger movers. He was courteous, informative, and professional. On the day of our move, Mel, David, David, and Ethan showed up ready to work. All were courteous and professional, as well. They packed, moved, unloaded, and reassembled all furniture from our 3900 sq ft 5 bedroom home in 12 hrs. We were very impressed with their work! Thank you to the whole Elite Relocation team! read more

They were on time and quick to pack up the truck, but initially delivered it to the wrong address though the correct address was on the form and completely unpacked the whole truck there. They did, however, promptly notify me of the mistake and did not charge for the time spent there. They did leave a few items in my closet at the old place. read more

Joe and his crew are down to earth, friendly and they work hard. Joe's price was true to his word and I didnt have to worry about hidden prices. If you want a company thats honest and there to help even after the move is complete then Elite is the company you want to go with. Joe always responded to my messages and always offered assistance. I didnt have to wait for this or have an answering service tell me that they would call me back. If you have to move then I highly recommend the guys at Elite! read more

This team was the best! Kayleigh patiently handled my questions and updates to my quote. Victor, Austin, and Octavius handled our move. They were on time, courteous, and professional every step of the way. They patiently re-arranged our furniture and handled our items as if they were their own. Their efficiency is what allowed us to move three hours away in a single day! By evening, we were settled and able to sleep in our own beds. Our thanks to all of you! read more

I will be honest I was hesitant about hiring movers. I went online to look for a company in this area. All the reviews for these guys were five star so I decided to go with them. After my experience, I could not agree more. I can't not say enough great things about these guys. I am very particular about my things and all of it was moved without any damages whatsoever. Joe and his team did an exceptional job and I am so glad that I made the decision to go with Elite Relocation. I will highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for movers. Job well done, guys! Thank you for making this move an easy process. Thank you again so very much! read more

I made several requests for quotes and Elite and was available on the day I needed, but the time wasn't quite right. With all my different quotes going on I booked with another company, but they were very understanding. If there was a time that worked I would have booked since they were very responsive. I will keep them on my list for my next move! read more

We used Elite Relocation for a local move. Hector and Victor will punctual, professional and helpful. They checked in with us several times throughout the move and made sure we were pleased with where they had set up furniture. Also, scheduling was a breeze. What wonderful customer service! read more

Joe and his team including Kaleigh who arranged everything were absolutely amazing. Response time for quote was very fast and had immediate availability. Arrived on time and worked quickly and efficientlt. Covered all doorways and protected the new floor from tracking mud in and scratches. We last minute decided to mount our TV and Joe was kind enough to hang it although I hadn't originally requested the service. I highly recommend them and will use them again if needed. read more

We were moving from a ranch with a lot of stuff, and several barns full of tools. Joe drove 1 hour just to come out and see how much we had to move and give us a quote. His quote was more than fair. Way under the other quotes we got. We scheduled several moves with them and they stored our stuff over night each time, so we would not have to move the same day. They showed up on time, very professional. Shout out to Victor who loves to gives Hugs instead of a handshake. He said he's a hugger. Very professional. I highly recommend them. Thanks Joe for accommodating us with everything we ask for. We have already recommended you to another friend in Houston. read more

Extremely satisfied with Joe and his Elite Relocation team! Joe and Javier were very considerate and attentive to our needs. Great personalities and hard workers too. They were a well-oiled machine! They took excellent care in wrapping, padding and efficiently moving our belongings from a storage in Houston to a new storage in Spicewood, then delivered a few large piece to a 3rd location for us. They organized the new storage for ease of finding items. They arrived timely (and early) to both locations, which was credited to our quote time. We are very impressed with this company and will recommend them to friends and family, as well as use them again. read more

Used Elite Relocation, LLC for a second time in 3/2019. Still maintaining amazing services!!!

I inquired about moving a pool table yesterday (August 5th) and they set an appointment for 9am this morning (August 6th). They (George and Joe) showed up on time, were very knowledgeable and professional. They got right to work, disassembled the pool table, wrapped everything up individually, legs, pockets, rails, hardware, etc...loaded it up and took it to my storage and helped move a few things around and put it in my storage. Exactly what I was looking for and needing. I was charged the price I was quoted. Couldn't ask for more. Whole thing took about 2 hours start to finish. I would and most likely will use them again for this and any other moving needs. Thanks Joe, George, Kayleigh and Elite Relocation! read more

If you need a moving company, do not even consider any one else! We had an out of state move involving storage of our stuff and one car and they were outstanding in accommodating our needs. The way they protected our furniture was better than any other movers I have used. The great communication helped reduce the stress of a challenging event. Joe and Kayleigh are bright people and very dedicated to building a business based on the highest level of service in their industry. read more

We used Elite Relocation for our recent downsizing move and were so pleased with all aspects of their services. We initially chose them because of their prompt responses and great communication, easy booking and payment, and very fair prices. We were so impressed with the team members they sent on our first moving day that we booked with them twice more. We were equally happy on all three days because Elite Relocation's movers were great-- professional, organized, cheerful, and efficient-- a real pleasure to work with. They provided great care and TLC for our furniture, appliances, and other belongings, and were careful to protect floors, doors, and other parts of the house. We had Victor as our team leader all 3 days, but we also had other good team members: Raul, David, Mel and another David. Thank you all for making this the best experience we've ever had with movers! read more

TOP NOTCH! Joe and George took great care of our belongings and were really nice to work with. They handled everything with care, were courteous, and they showed their expertise in the way they worked. We had some heavy antiques, a piano, and a heavy couch, and they moved everything without any issue. The helped us out by shifting some things to a different spot when we realized our original idea for placement wasn't going to work and all with a smile! Pricing seemed very fair and it was totally worth every penny! Thanks again, guys! read more

Joe and his crew did an outstanding job from the initial quote to when the final piece of furniture was removed from the truck. Joe and his team are the best moving team around. I hope they can expand and have another group in Houston now that we live here! Everything was carefully moved and they used lots of precautions.
