I am 100% pleased and impressed with the service I received from Joe and Anthony at Elite Relocation. I was looking to move my daughter's bedroom furniture, along with a several tote boxes and a few other items to her first off campus college apartment four hours away. First of all, the process to obtain a quote and make a reservation was fast and easy. They were very prompt in their replies to my inquiries and thorough with the information they provided. I hired Elite Relocation for loading services only. So instead of using their own truck, driving out of town, and unloading on the other end, they simply prepared all of the furniture for transport, hauled everything down three flights of stairs, and loaded the back of a pickup truck that I was using. There was a one-hour window in which I was to expect their arrival on moving day. Joe and Anthony arrived when I expected them, were polite and professional with their introductions, and immediately got to work. Now I am extremely frugal in nature and typically will not pay for services that I believe I can do myself. I could not have done this myself. Not only would it have taken me at least six hours to do what they did in about an hour and a half, but the quality of my work would have been about 15% of theirs and I would most certainly have dropped something on the highway while driving out of town. They expertly wrapped my furniture in pads and plastic wrap with such care, I knew my items would not be damaged during loading, unloading, or transport. I also kind of didn't think everything would fit in the truck and that I would have to decide to leave some things behind and just plan a second trip at a later date to bring my daughter the rest of her belongings. Joe and Anthony again demonstrated their expert level knowledge and experience and was able to work out the best possible system to ensure that everything not only fit but was so firmly secured with ratchet straps that my concerns about driving down IH-35 with the tailgate down was assuaged. I had the much easier job of unloading to a first-floor apartment four hours away and as we unwrapped everything, we continued to comment at what an impressive job Joe and Anthony did of preparing and securing our items. OMG where do I start!! These two gentle man were amazing from start to finish!! When I tell you they treated my belonging's better than I ever have.. I mean every word!! They covered and wrapped everything, made sure I was aware of any wear and tear before hand, They held great conversation, had great energy even though it was a Saturday and the TX game was on..(matter of fact my own boyfriend left me to handle the move because he had to go watch the game lol) and I was a bit nervous being a girl left with two strange men but by the time they started my worries were over they were so respectable and friendly (and cute as hell ..with all due respect ...very easy on the eye's lol ) very professional and fast. I was worried about my total but it was cheaper than I expected so that was a major relief being that I had just paid new deposits and all at the new place.. the move went so smoothly.. he also informed me of some replacement parts needed for my dryer and where to find them..so I was super pleased with the service. George and Matt at Elite Relocation were wonderful!!! They showed up during the early part of their time window, wore masks, were super quick and very professional and respectful, and also very sweet and loving to our dog who was stressed out due to the move. They worked very hard and wasted zero time. We had them move our entire 1 bedroom condo and a storage unit into our new, 2 story, 3 bed 3 bath condo, and they got everything finished as quickly as possible, put everything where we requested it, and didn't damage or break anything. Plus, they were cheerful and immediately responded to any requests I had. I also had a great experience when I called Elite Relocation to schedule the move--the lovely woman who answered the phone was extremely thorough, pleasant, and professional. We were able to book movers on our preferred day for the following week, which was great. Steven and Dillon were the best movers EVER. I especially loved that I gave a detailed list of my stuff and they quoted me a flat rate. Steven and Dillon showed up on time, loaded my one bedroom apt in 2.5 hours, drove from Austin to Belton, and unloaded in 2.5 hours. They were so fast! Super courteous, very professional, took great care of my stuff, placed my furniture where I wanted, set up my bed, AMAZING! They even stacked my boxes with label side out so I could see what's in it without turning the box. They laid down floor covering so they didn't mark up my new house floors. Wrapped my TV and large pictures too. When they brought in my couch off the dolly, Steven waited for Dillon so they could flip it over together to not stress or break the legs. My fiancé and I moved a couple months ago and needed a moving company that would be available in a last minute decision. Elite Relocation was recommended to me by a friend of mine and they were on point! From start to finish, corresponding with us, time frame as far as getting things transferred over to the new place quickly! I've used other movers before and I notice when they move slow and even go the long route to your destination cause we all know they charge by the hour. Excellent company. Moving is stressful on its own, but Joe and his Elite Crew made this move a breeze. Loaded up on a Sunday in Houston and delivered on Monday in Spicewood. The quote I received was spot on when it came time to pay. No hidden charges or "Extras". They took care of protecting our new carpet and all of our furnishings. Words can't express the gratitude I have for this company! I booked a move then needed to move my day. Then I reached out at 11:55 pm to see about a possible adjustment again. The shocking part was I RECEIVED A REPLY!!!!! We had a full conversation via email until 12:15 am! If that's not customer service I don't know what is! When my movers arrived I was clearly not fully ready, I needed items moved for trash removal, my storage company wasn't open for me to place the items in storage! Based on a recommendation from a friend, we had Elite move our possessions last week during a Central Texas rainstorm, and my husband and I were VERY impressed. Not one of our items were damaged - the team wrapped everything in blankets and plastic wrap, and were very careful with any fragile items. They took care to protect the houses by lay down runners and cardboard to prevent damage to our floors, and padded door frames to ward off any dents or scratches. These guys are great. Elite moved us last week and did a stellar job. Joe and George arrived on time, covered the floors, and wrapped the furniture just as advertised. Victor helped for awhile as our move took over 12 hours. They were unfailingly polite and cheerful the whole time. The only "casualty" was a ceramic platter I didn't pack well. I called Kayleigh after hours (and she answered promptly) just to tell her things were going well and how pleased I was, but that it would take them longer than I expected due to my underestimating the amount to be moved. THESE ARE THE BEST MOVERS I have ever used. (I have moved a lot.). They double wrap your furniture with a moving blanket and Clear Wrap without asking. They were very responsive from the beginning to the end. They respected your furniture and boxes. I asked them to wash their hands before moving my white mattress, no pushback.
