Very disappointed that we were not told that the storage unit rental is not a month long rental actually. If you move in on February 28, you will be charged for the whole month of February. So beware!! Do not move in towards the end of the month!! we had never used a storage unit before now so I just assumed if I moved in on one date that my rental fee was until that same date the next month. My three man team, Chris, Adrian and Devin were divine! I am on the older side and thought I would be packed by the time they showed up. I am sure you are not surprised to hear that I was no where near finished when they showed up on time. They were actually early. They packed me up in a couple of hours. Giant gash in wood floors after massive safe was pushed across it. We recently completed construction on our family home. Heavenly Movers charged extra to move the safe then brought no additional people or equipment to make it possible. The movers put the safe on a blanket and pushed it through the house. When they got to the bedroom, the blanket tore and the corner put a MASSIVE gash across roughly 5 feet of wood floors. They basically said too bad and asked where they could send a check for a couple hundred dollars. Won't come close to covering the needed repairs. I'm beyond words when I walk to my bedroom. the gash is so deep it sent splinters up and is painful to step on. If you use this company you better buy all the insurance they offer. read more

Since my husband and I were moving, I went through the process of gathering estimates as well as hearing how each company would handle my possessions to mitigate damage. LaSalle came out to give me an estimate and answered my MANY questions. He also made suggestions to help me whether we used his company or not. Based upon this, we elected to use Heavenly. Chase and crew arrived on time, each introduced themselves to my husband and I and began the day by walking through each room and discussing how we needed to proceed. They carefully listened to concerns and wishes. Awesome service. We moved from a second floor apartment to a house nearby in the beginning of August and the guys were so fast and extremely polite. They arrived exactly at 9:00 AM and had finished within a couple hours. We initially got a quote of $750 and the guys ended up moving an hour less than what was originally quoted, which saved us ~$100. No scratches, dings, accidents, or broken items! They offer a tiered reimbursement service but they took such great care of our stuff that it wasn't needed. I just happened to receive a coupon in the mail months prior to our move and after calling companies referred to me by friends, I decided to contact Heavenly Moving and Storage and I am so glad that I did! For starters, a couple of other companies provided me with ridiculously outrageous quotes; I was getting quotes as if I was traveling out of the state when we were only moving 1 mile up the road. Second, we actually scheduled a Face Time call where we were able to walk the house and they could get an accurate idea of the items for the move. Heavenly sent three movers a day in advance to pack up our house; Daniel, Joe, and Jacob.The guys were fantastic and managed packing our house within a reasonable time frame. The day of moving, the guys were even more awesome! They were careful not just with our belongings, but also careful to not leave any scuff marks on our floors or walls. Move was good and the movers were super friendly and communicative. Only thing I would add is whatever you get as the estimate I'd expect they take that time and a little longer. I was originally quoted 2 movers for 3 hours so I asked could we do 3 movers instead so it'd go by quicker. They still estimated 3 hours which I thought was interesting but again figured they'd be faster with 3 folks. I was moving a 1 bedroom apartment with the heaviest piece of furniture being a king size bed and mainly used totes to pack 85% of my things. Rick's crew from Heavenly Moving and Storage absolutely crushed it. In our opinion, they're one of the best crews we've ever used and will 100% call them again for future needs. We had a pretty significant load, 26 foot truck big, that needed to be carefully moved from a storage to our new home. The crew was great from the initial conversation to the last moment. Couldn't ask for people who are more outcome than income focused. Whereas other crews often just do the bare minimum in terms of care, Rick's crew was on point throughout. They were easy going, pleasant, and insanely hard working. Like didn't take a break for three hours straight of loading the truck in the TX heat. After a quick lunch the guys met me at my house and spent the next 3 hours offloading the belongings and putting furniture together with great care. Almost a year ago Heavenly Moving helped us move the contents of our home into storage. It was supposed to be a short-term solution. We have finally been able to retrieve our belongings. Heavenly's movers took great care of our possessions and efficiently reinstalled then on our new apartment. Since we could handle a weekend move they had us relocated in just a few days. Dropping this to a 3. Today a furniture repair technician from Ethan Allen was called to see why the king bed was not stable. They discovered that the rails which were clearly marked left and right and had different bolt patterns for the head and footboards were switched from side to side and then the three hole and five hole bolt plates were forced into place. Luckily the tech got it apart, and installed correctly. It was late when Heavenly finished up because they did not want to complete the job on a Sunday so they rushed.
