AMAZING!!! In a world where respect, manners and family values are at an all-time low (or at least it can seem so at times) It took a team of movers to remind me that positive values, respect, and a high regard for positive moral code still exist! I've always been a do it yourself type of guy but me and my fiancé just had our first child two weeks ago and my hand had been full lately, a member of my church and I were having a conversation and during our conversation, she mentioned how her and her husband had hired a team of movers and that the job they did was extraordinary ! I cannot say enough good things about Daniel and Gabriel. Those two guys are champs. From the free, initial walk-through estimate (I was surprised how few companies would do that), to the thorough and gentle packing job, to the thoughtful unload at our new place, they did an amazing job. They didn't complain about the heat. They worked long into the night. They even helped us move some things around inside the new place to try out some different room configurations. I was a bit nervous going into it, and called way more times than was necessary to make sure everything was set. Minerva in the office was patient with me, answered every question she could, and had Daniel call me back on questions she didn't know the answer to immediately. Any fears I had were unfounded. Daniel and son (?Kev) where great. Communicated well with me and made their schedule work to accommodate my delayed arrival. Went above and beyond, even helping to connect/organize my furniture to make the most use of the room. They were able to move a heavy 6x3.5ft sectional piece with motorized recliner on their own without banging any wall. Highly recommend as their service was exactly what I needed (having called 30 others). And great value as they don't demand a catch all (minimum 2hr) but can negotiate according to your needs. AMAZING movers! These guys restored my faith in movers and people! Daniel gave me a quote and he stuck with it even when I'm sure it ended up costing him money! The job was anticipated to be only a few hours and ended up taking almost 8. He kept the exact same price he had quoted me. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them again if I ever mover. Daniel and his team were awesome!! He was extremely professional and went above and beyond! He was on time and communicated with me throughout the entire moving process. I recently used Pack and Save Moving. A friend told me about them; saying how quick they are. They're a new company so I understand why they don't have many reviews yet. I'm glad I took my friends recommendation. They have a huge truck which was more than a enough for my furniture. They had all the right equipment and tools for assembling and wrapping. They were very careful with all of my beautiful pieces. They're friendly and energetic. The move took about 3 1/2 hours. Yes, that's fast to me. I'm a satisfied customer. I recommend them. They got everything wrapped, loaded, and unloaded in my 2 hour time frame. They were very professional and made sure everything moved safely. My one tiny complaint is that they would fold their blankets during the move, instead of moving furniture. Besides that, everything went very well. Outstanding. Is the best way to describe this outfit. They moved well over 2200 sqft worth of our stuff in two trucks. They disassembled our furniture, loaded everything without a single scratch, and reassembled everything in our new house, while keeping everything in pristine condition, ensuring everything was where it belonged. Had to move from Round Rock to Dallas and Pack and Save was awesome. I rented a truck from U-Haul and had them load my 4 bedroom house into it. At first I couldn't imagine everything fitting, but they did some careful tetris with my furniture and boxes (wrapping everything in blankets and plastic wrap) and it all fit in there. These folks are great. Made good time and really took care of my belongings. They stopped at storage before the final destination, and didn't charge me for the extra stop since it was on the same route as the destination. Most importantly, Melinda and I went over specifics beforehand on the phone, then Daniel double checked before taking any action they'd need to charge for.
