The only positive words I have for this company are that they hire great movers. They misquoted, altered a contract, lied repeatedly, avoided me when their information was wrong and the crew was 12 hours late to arrive, and Todd was astonishingly rude when my husband and I were trying to figure out where our property was hours after the arrival window. Charged us for a "Two Hour Minimum" and then were gone in less than twenty minutes--even though there was more work to be done. Cost me 500 bucks for 20 minutes of work. If you'd like to pay a team literally $1500 an hour, to move things please go with literally anyone else. I should have used Jackson's Moving like I have in the past but I didn't think anyone would be this much worse. Edit for more information: The man I interacted with before they tore off to leave threw an absolute fit about being asked to work the amount of time he was being paid for, going so far as pointing out that he was just doing "what I couldn't do" as if I should be ashamed that I couldn't huck a china cabinet up the stairs by myself. He was also the one that called us on the phone yesterday, so I assumed if I had contacted the business number it would have just been more opportunities for that guy to try to insult me. There is nothing on the invoice about ONLY moving the china cabinet, and very clear information on the invoice about being billed for two hours and the team being here for 21 minutes. I sincerely feel that this man thought he could cheat my wife out of the time she paid for, and became irate when I caught him in the act. read more

I needed help moving my old heirloom baby grand from New Braunfels to Kyle. Muscleman provided me with good service from start to finish. They have an interesting communication technology with a robot asking questions. Then a human would return my call to discuss the move, the estimate, etc. Jacob was my agent who orchestrated the job and set me up with team Oscar and Matt. All of these gentlemen were very knowledge throughout the process. Jacob was a good listener and did his best to keep the movers (Oscar and Matt) in the loop. Then Oscar and Matt were very experienced with pianos as I witnessed from the unloading at my house to the transport indoors and setting up in the new home. The only thing I wish is that the company had a better system for updating between the field team and the office team, who could then update me in a more timely manner. There is a long window of 4 hours for arrival at the pick-up place so narrowing it down with more direct contact between the teams would have allowed me to attend my grandson's graduation. In other words, I stayed home and waited the whole 4 hours when I didn't actually need to based on the actual arrival time at my house. That's okay because my kids sent me pictures and video, but I was surprised at the delays in communication. Perhaps it's not even safe for the office to communicate with the driver during transit on I35. That would make sense. read more

They didn't wrap or protect anything and many pieces of my furniture were badly scratched. Below I posted a few pictures of the damage they caused. I witnessed them damage my bed by sliding the mattress box spring over the top of my wood foot board. I was standing right there. I don't believe he thought it was causing any damage. Again, the movers were nice guys and worked hard.
