We used Muscleman Elite Moving and Storage for a local move in the Dripping springs area. They were very professional. Wrapped and moved our furniture and everything arrived in perfect condition. These guys packed carefully and loaded and unloaded carefully and managed to do it quickly. They were polite and friendly too. excellent!!!

Was living out of state at the time of my move - Tess and team handled everything soup to nuts and treated my valued possessions as if they were their own. Leading up to the move, communications were proactive and prompt. I had to change the date of my move by two months and they were able to accommodate with no issue. On the day of the move, they provided a FaceTime walkthrough and tailored it to provide me with peace of mind. They were in and out quickly but didn't sacrifice quality or cut any corners.Truly a gem in Austin and a company / team / leader in Tess that I could not speak more highly of. read more

First of all, we had to change our move date twice within 2 weeks of the date of the move. this was accommodated by Christi with no issues whatsoever. The team showed up ready to go to work and with everything they needed to safely move our effects. The two men were friendly and asked questions where other companies in our experience just made assumptions. The move was less than 2 miles, but everything was wrapped and protected like it was going to Alaska. Highly recommend this business for your move needs based on our experience. read more

Extremely accommodating and professional service. I contracted with them to move a 60" gas range that I just purchased online. They arrived on time and proceeded to carefully pack the range and loose items to ensure that everything arrived unscathed. They then delivered it to my home and installed it with care to ensure that the range and my kitchen weren't damaged. I would definitely use them again. read more

So I'm sure you understand how difficult it is to move and finding the Right Movers is Essential ! Well, Look No More THESE ARE THE GUYS ! My Husband and I had Packed up Most of our Belongings in Boxes BUT There was All The Furniture Still To Pack and Load !We Ordered 3 PODs to Move us from Texas to Nevada since we don't have a Home there Yet. We arranged for 2 PODs Units to be delivered on a Wednesday and I called and spoke with Todd at 'Muscle Man Elite Movers'. Todd Recommended 3 Movers from their Facility to come and Load up the 2 PODs we had coming on Thursday and 3 More Movers to come back when our 3rd POD was Delivered the following week. We had Multiple Boxes and the Furniture from a 4 Bedroom house. Todd was Extremely Cordial on the phone and Understood our Needs and Immediately sent me a Quote for their Services which was Extremely Reasonable. Todd recommended 3 Men on the first day and he had them at our home as Promised ! We were extremely lucky to meet Andrew, Timothy and Willie on that First day and I Am Absolutely Amazed by their Careful Packing and Loading of the 2 PODs. These guys are like Tetris Puzzle Players Carefully Packing and Placing each Item Securely for the Long Trip. The following week, after having the two PODs units removed on Friday, Monday Another Unit was Delivered. That Tuesday we met Another crew of Meticulous Movers, Oscar, Jesus and Matt. This second group of 3 Guys also Knew Exactly what they were doing by Wrapping and Carefully Placing Each and Every Item securely in Place for what I consider an Amazing Price ! I am Truly Astonished by this company and the Strong, Friendly and Capable Men They have Working for them ! Use Muscle Man Movers to Get the Job Done Right for a Great Price to boot ! I know you will be Happy You Did ! read more

The only positive words I have for this company are that they hire great movers. They misquoted, altered a contract, lied repeatedly, avoided me when their information was wrong and the crew was 12 hours late to arrive, and Todd was astonishingly rude when my husband and I were trying to figure out where our property was hours after the arrival window. Tess gets credit for trying to rectify a situation they caused, and both crews were meticulous and did a phenomenal job, but I would never EVER consider this company again, and I will tell anyone I know to avoid them at all costs. read more

These guys are the best! They were very communicative throughout the entire process and were able to get us on the schedule in less than a week and at a reasonable price. The crew did an excellent job moving a grand piano and very large gun safe to our new house quickly and without incident. Best moving experience ever! read more

I have used this company a few times and they are amazing. Today I had Omar and Phil and they were spectacular. So polite and professional and very hard workers. They loaded my boxes and took them to a U-Haul center to load a U-box. They worked fast and efficiently but also very careful with my things. Because of their packing skill I was able to use only 1 Ubox saving me a lot of money. So pleased with this experience!! Use these folks, you won't find anyone better in Austin! read more

This is my second time with this company. They were very professional, fast, kind and honest. I plan to hire this group when I close down my last home. Great service and information pre-move. My move consisted of a very old and heavy rosewood piano and it arrived without a scratch. Good job!! read more

Charged us for a "Two Hour Minimum" and then were gone in less than twenty minutes--even though there was more work to be done. Cost me 500 bucks for 20 minutes of work. If you'd like to pay a team literally $1500 an hour, to move things please go with literally anyone else. I should have used Jackson's Moving like I have in the past but I didn't think anyone would be this much worse. Edit for more information: The man I interacted with before they tore off to leave threw an absolute fit about being asked to work the amount of time he was being paid for, going so far as pointing out that he was just doing "what I couldn't do" as if I should be ashamed that I couldn't huck a china cabinet up the stairs by myself. He was also the one that called us on the phone yesterday, so I assumed if I had contacted the business number it would have just been more opportunities for that guy to try to insult me. There is nothing on the invoice about ONLY moving the china cabinet, and very clear information on the invoice about being billed for two hours and the team being here for 21 minutes. I sincerely feel that this man thought he could cheat my wife out of the time she paid for, and became irate when I caught him in the act. read more

What a great experience! Moving is stressful, especially when helping a family member. Kimberley was so helpful from the beginning with talking through and helping with a very reasonable quote. On moving day we had the best team! John, Jack and Leonard were amazing to work with and fast, even with the obstacles of the elevators and manager. They kept the move going and surprisingly fast. Thank you so much for your great job! read more

From start to finish this was an excellent experience. We had initially planned on using a different company, and then a friend who had recently used Muscleman suggested we give them a try. We are very glad we followed her advice. They moved our piano as well as some very heavy furniture without so much as a scratch. We would definitely use them again should the occasion arise. read more

From the people in the office to the crew that showed up all were very professional and respectful. The crew that showed up double checked things and answered questions thoroughly when asked. Everything was wrapped and checked before loading in such a way that no worries were encountered. When unloading the same professional standards were shown when items were being placed. Forget about those college kid movers! These guys are pros and they take pride in their work. This was our third move with Muscleman and I am more impressed every time. They take such care to wrap and protect each item that I can trust them with everything we have, and that is exactly what we did on this most recent move. Calen, Angel, Jesse and John took care of business! Communication with the company was on time and informative. Call this company, you'll be glad you did! read more

The elite team of Calen, Angel, Jesse & Willie are hands down the best team of movers I have ever had the pleasure of working with. We have now used Elite for six moves (both residential & commercial) & this was by far the best experience. It is a special thing to watch people who take pride in their work the way these guys did today. This was by no means an easy move & this team tackled it with knowledge, skill, muscle, style & grace. They are worth every penny. I will request this specific team for any future moves I may have. Kudos gentlemen. Job well done. read more

This is my third time moving with this company. The office staff is professional and accommodating. The movers always do a fantastic job, get it done quickly, and put together everything they take apart. This time I was lucky enough to have John and Jack again who did an amazing job. After having such a terrible experience with a different moving company here in Austin with both the admin staff and the movers as well as damaged furniture, I was surprised to have such an opposite experience with muscleman. They really are the best moving company I have ever worked with. On top of everything, the movers are so kind, patient, easy to work with, and just genuinely good, hard working people who care about your belongings and handle them as such. Thank you!! read more

Starting from me calling to get a quote, the team was very attentive and helpful. With all of the chaos that comes with moving, it was appreciated that Todd made it easy for me to get a quote, get scheduled, understand what the move was going to look like, etc. On the day of the move, 2 respectful young men gave me a 45 min ETA of when I could expect them within the arrival timeframe which was appreciated, and did a phenomenal job with our move. After watching them for 1 minute, I knew I could trust them to take care of our items. The movers had great communication with my husband and I, and followed instructions to a T. Last but not least, I found the price to be very competitive as they're at a great price for the quality they provide. I hope to not move for a long time but if I do, I will 100% use Muscleman Elite Moving & Storage. read more

Muscleman Elite Moving & Storage - 18 stairs and the finished product! - Movers Near Me - Austin, Texas

I needed help moving my old heirloom baby grand from New Braunfels to Kyle. Muscleman provided me with good service from start to finish. They have an interesting communication technology with a robot asking questions. Then a human would return my call to discuss the move, the estimate, etc. Jacob was my agent who orchestrated the job and set me up with team Oscar and Matt. All of these gentlemen were very knowledge throughout the process. Jacob was a good listener and did his best to keep the movers (Oscar and Matt) in the loop. Then Oscar and Matt were very experienced with pianos as I witnessed from the unloading at my house to the transport indoors and setting up in the new home. The only thing I wish is that the company had a better system for updating between the field team and the office team, who could then update me in a more timely manner. There is a long window of 4 hours for arrival at the pick-up place so narrowing it down with more direct contact between the teams would have allowed me to attend my grandson's graduation. In other words, I stayed home and waited the whole 4 hours when I didn't actually need to based on the actual arrival time at my house. That's okay because my kids sent me pictures and video, but I was surprised at the delays in communication. Perhaps it's not even safe for the office to communicate with the driver during transit on I35. That would make sense. read more
