OH MY GOSH THESE GUYS ARE HEROES!!!!! I will never use another moving company again. They are the absolute best. This is my second move in less than two years and my last experience with Two Men and a Truck was horrible. MASH showed up right at start time and made magic happen. I thought I only wanted help with big items but I will be hiring them for the rest of the move instead because they were so efficient and worked tirelessly to complete the move. My old house, my new house, all of my stuff is in the exact same condition it was before we moved. They are so sweet and organized and calm, I can't believe the contrast between these guys and our last move!!!! 5 stars, 10/10, no notes. Do not go with anyone else! Also they are so well priced, I was shocked at how little it cost considering the amount of work they did! read more

We moved with MASH at the end of August and they were fantastic! Our crew was David, Thom, and Daniel. They were fantastic. They made everything so easy and were wonderfully professional. I especially loved that they expertly took apart our ikea couch and then put it back together in the new place. They made communication super easy and are very responsive. This is such a great crew and it makes such a difference because moving is SO stressful and just ugh. These folks are the opposite of ugh! They are AWESOME! The value for the money is really great. Truly I'm so grateful that in a town like Austin where the cost of everything is through the roof, these guys are still on the inside, helping us all get where we need to go! read more

This was the 3rd time we have hired Mash Movers. Two have been local but this move was from Austin to Port Aransas, TX. We built a second home and they moved furniture and household goods all in boxes. They unboxed all the furniture and built the beds, etc. Dan, Collin and Tom were awesome. Very efficient, friendly and determined we were happy with the results before they left. They were on time and went right to work. I would recommend this company. read more

I have 0 complaints at all, best moving company I've ever used by far and showed up on time. Other companies I used in the past were terrible in comparison. Thanks to the 3 guys that just helped me and my gf move, great work, will 100% recommend y'all to others. read more

Great communication prior to the move. Showed up on time prepared and ready to go the day of the move. Busted tail the entire time and took great care of our items. Will definitely use for my next move. read more

These guys are impressive. Right from the jump, Seth was super communicative. The crew moved fast and efficiently and got things done better than any other mover I've used in town. We unpacked our whole kitchen and NOTHING was broken. I hope I don't move again but will use them again in a heartbeat. read more

Disclaimer: I waited to write my review until I saw how they responded to the issues I had with our recent move. In short, their actions in addressing major issues their team caused during our move lacked professionalism and did not indicate they have high enough standards for their teams and quality of work. We hired MASH to move the heavy items for a local move (beds, consoles, etc), and one positive thing that was consistent was they hustled throughout! However, there were several aspects of their service that ended up creating more hassle for us than was worth it in the end. The first thing they did when they got to our house was ask to use our bathroom, which would normally be fine, but two of the three movers proceeded to take big dumps! They were about 45 minutes early, which makes me think that stopping at a gas station may have been the better move. Two of the guys were normal, but one of the dudes was pretty weird, like he was on drugs or just a cracked-out individual. That's also usually fine, but he turned out to be fairly problematic. This guy was in charge of disassembling and reassembling our bed didn't put it back together fully, leaving two structurally important pieces dangling loose while losing the hardware, as well. Once again, it would have been fine if he let us know that there was an issue, but we first found out when we tried to sleep in the bed the first night! He also was responsible for hooking up our washer and dryer. What he did was probably the worst option he could have chosen. He very loosely (like barely hanging on) hooked up the hoses, which I luckily caught before turning anything on. What I didn't catch was he completely left the waste water hose dangling on the floor, which we discovered when our new laundry room flooded to the point of running through 2 walls and into adjoining rooms. Once again, mistakes happen, but this guy was acting like a weirdo the whole time and obviously going too fast to do a thorough job. When I contacted them via phone and relayed my experience, they reacted with the appropriate amount of concern and attentiveness. I was then passed up to a manager, who displayed less concern and was less attentive (not calling back the day they said they would), who promised to get back to me soon. No more phone calls after that, but rather a request via email to take pictures of the damage. This was followed up by an email saying they were taking $150 off, the end. No follow-up phone call. This left me feeling like they don't expect a high level of attention to detail or courtesy from their staff, and they don't heavily prioritize customer satisfaction if there ever is an issue. In summary, I wish we hadn't hired MASH to help move to our new house. Hiring them proved to create more work for me and damaged my lovely new home, which was a stressful bummer that left a bad taste in my mouth for those first few days in our new home. read more

We had the easiest move I have ever experienced with MASH movers. Not only is the name super appropriate for what these guys can move and from where (mansion, apartment, studio/swamp/shack/shed, house) but these gentlemen are kind, respectful of our belongings, and easy to work with. Scheduling was super easy and the communication & confirmation of our appointment was assuring especially in such a high stress time of moving. We were able to ask our concerns questions re: how to move our precious/delicate items such as a large screen tv and even our guitars & gear. The day of the move the guys that arrived had everything needed for a successful move including blankets, tape, wrap, bubble wrap, moving equipment, large long boxes, etc. We moved from a studio apartment to a 2/2 bedroom on the 3rd floor and these gentlemen made it look easy & we had absolutely no issues getting our things in safely and undamaged. Do yourself a favor and hire MASH movers to ease your worries, concerns, and stress about moving. We will not hesitate to call them when it comes time to move our next dwelling for sure. read more

These guys are AWESOME! Thanks, Seth for answering all of my questions beforehand and working with me on the perfect appointment time. If you need electronics, a large tv, or art hung, Stewart is the consummate professional. He's truly skilled and has a solution for just about anything that might arise.... my TV's have never been hung so professionally and they were soooo careful. Also, Daniel is the bomb, a cool guy with a great eye for design. This is my go-to moving company, customer for life! If you're a little OCD with high standards, this is your company. 100% Thanks again for a job done perfectly. read more

UPDATE: After reading owner's completely false account below, my recommendation is even stronger. 1) Attaching screenshots of the language about the sale. Lies only work when there is not direct proof. 2) $400 was offered before even discussing the damage, per the sale and the hour of excess time. The "days later" when I noticed no discount was literally the next day per text. 3) The initial response to damage was that it was wear and tear. Luckily I'm someone who keeps documentation and has a Ring system (or, in words below, being creepy). read more

I could not be happier with Seth and Justin. This is my second time using movers and I'd highly recommend them to anyone who asks. If you are looking for a more personable experience with down to earth guys, this is your way to go. Clean, easy, and efficient. They were worth every penny. Not to mention they had great attitudes! Thanks again MASH! read more

Amazingly quick turnaround and super transparent about pricing. Even though it went a tad over what was estimated that's totally okay because Thom and Daniel treated myself and my property with absolute respect and were quick, courteous and great to talk to. I love that I'm supporting local artists and musicians as well, and even though going down three flights of stairs and back up absolutely suuuuuucks(I'd done it a bit a few days prior and was smoked), they kept a super positive attitude the entire time. Would hands down recommend them to anyone. Thanks again, y'all! read more

David, Rich, and Daniel brought jaw-dropping strength, care, speed, and handiness. Highly recommended!

These guys are amazing!! I've used them twice in the past 5 years, and both times they quoted me a fair price, showed up on time, AND completed the move in the amount of time they quoted. In addition, not one item was damaged in the move, which has not been my experience with past movers. I will definitely be using them again! read more

This is the best deal in town! Starting from the scheduling process - it was super simple. The team was efficient and communicative and I had a good understanding of what the entire process was going to look like. The guys were very quick, loading up my 2 bedroom apartment in a little over an hour and same for the unload at the new place. They came in with a plan which was appreciated! They also helped to unassemble two beds and unmounted a TV for me. Aside from a small ding on a treadmill (which I assured them was very cheap even when I bought it so it was not a big deal to me), everything was delivered in perfect condition. They helped to reassemble everything with no issues. Most of all - the pricing was incredible. I've moved many times before but for the service they provided and the easy communication, this was the best deal. I'd highly recommend using these guys for your move! read more

I feel like 5 stars is not enough. The process was smoother than butter. 1- setting up the appointment can be done online/by phone. They are SUPER responsive and easy to schedule. 2- they send confirmation email 2 days before my appointment. 3- they were on time, did not play around and got to work. Overall they were efficient and went above and beyond for our first full house move. I will 100% recommend them to anyone that asks. read more

Moving is stressful, because if the movers don't show up when they say they will... you're in a bad way. You worry you're going to get ghosted. So I really appreciated how they confirmed the appointment a few days before, and texted me the morning of the move to let me know their ETA. They were friendly, careful, and fast. Got all my stuff moved, nothing was damaged (property or walls/floors), and they put everything where I asked them to (even upstairs) and both took apart and then put back together a tricky queen-size bed. No hidden charges and their estimate was right on the money. Great experience all around. Thanks MASH Movers! read more

MASH Movers helped me move a few years ago from apartment to apartment. They were prompt and professional. The three gentlemen were able to move all of my items very quickly and efficiently! All of my furniture was well wrapped and protected. They definitely dealt with plenty of stairs for that move - I commend them for getting my couch up three flights! Their prices were affordable and I was very happy with my experience. My sister hired them just recently and shared the same sentiments. Highly recommend MASH Movers! read more

Mash movers helped me move my stuff into a storage unit while I was selling my house. They were very careful with my items and wrapped everything diligently. They managed to jigsaw puzzle my stuff into a small storage unit and fit everything so that I could still get the most important items out if needed. Very reasonably priced and I'm using them again to move into a new home. I highly recommend them! read more

I am so impressed by the quality of service I received from MASH. The 3 movers (I'm so sorry I only remember Tyler's name!) were so friendly and efficient. Very COVID-safe interaction, easy payment system (with a Square) and extremely quick booking system. They were SO patient with me when I had to reschedule a few times and every email interaction was kind and professional. They even accommodated a request to add an additional couch pickup for a friend at the last minute. MASH has a life-long customer in me! The easiest move of my life! Thanks, y'all read more

Super easy to schedule, understand rates, share info, etc. All movers were very friendly, wore masks, and made the job look pretty effortless. I was very impressed. We live on a 3 story walk up and had a monster of a mattress, but I didn't even notice them bringing it in... that's pretty cool. I will definitely be using them in the future, and recommending them to others in the area! read more

These guys were awesome. Fast and friendly. Because I had everything box and disassembled they came in and moved everything within 2 hours plus travel. Once they got to my new place they were kind to ask if I needed any assistance arranging and assembling. Awesome guys! Will recommend to friends and use their services for any future moves! read more

No Seth, nice try. I worked with Blue Whale Moving company and they were about 100 times better. EDIT/UPDATE: "Seth," the owner (entitled), refused to speak to me on the phone because I let them know that I felt uncomfortable scheduling a service without a quote. DO NOT USE THEM. MASH Movers informed me that they were not available for my requested move date, even though the calendar online was open, AND I was able to confirm the appointment online. They provided no reason; would not return a phone call, did not return my text, and they have NO form or system online to get an accurate quote ahead of time - you have to go straight to scheduling. Even though their prices are online, there are factors that may affect the quote; such as heavy items, specialty items, and more. What kind of company says "we can't help you with your move" without providing a reason; when their calendar is open, AND I was able to schedule online? If the people who run this company are basing it on "someone's personality" without even speaking to them at all on the phone, they are precisely the elite, judgmental, and entitled group that they appear to be online. read more

These guys are incredible. It's basically everything you want when you move... they communicated when they were coming & very organized, and followed through. We had everything packed, and they showed up and moved the heavy stuff including the boxes we had pre-packed. They hustled, didn't stop- got the job done in 2 hours, and they were incredibly nice and down to earth. Would use them again in a heartbeat. Also prices were extremely fair- I think you could charge more and it would be worth it!! Thanks Seth & team! That was def the smoothest move we've had. read more

Great group of guys!! They worked hard and fast. It was worth the price paid for their service! Would recommend to anyone trying to move in and around the Austin area. read more

This was my 3rd time using mash movers.. Seth and his crew showed up on time and moved all of my things from my apartment and some things out of a garage. I am very satisfied with the service I was provided with, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again!! I highly recommend Mash Movers read more

I would highly recommend MASH Movers. Seth, the owner, is very easy to deal with. The 3 movers that were assigned to us came in totally prepared and were all very nice and respectful. During these times, with the Covid pandemic, they all wore cloth face masks. And, I never heard them complain about it. Eventhough, I know for a fact, that it is hard to breathe with it. They finished the task fast yet carefully. They are the definition of professionals. Hire these guys!! You won't regret it. read more

I looked at quite a few moving companies for my recent move from NW Austin to South Austin and chose MASH based solely on the yelp reviews. They were fast providing a quote, after confirming availability I was all booked. The crew arrived on time, we went over what was to be moved out and they got straight to work. The job was done quickly, I had no issues whatsoever with any items being damaged. It was also hot as hades that morning and they didn't slow down. I will definitely book with MASH again, five stars all the way. Thanks for making my move painless. read more

It's our 3rd time using MASH and I'm blown away every time. One of the guys didn't show up for work today, but Sal and David moved our entire apartment (1st floor to a 3rd floor, I'm sorry guys!) in next to no time. They took extra special care of a table that has a lot of sentimental value, and absolutely nothing was damaged or lost. We won't use anyone else for moving. These guys are amazing! read more

If I could give these guys 10 stars I would. First, the booking and my rescheduling were painless. Seth, the owner, and I communicated via my preference of direct text. Secondly, the 3 movers (I was moving from an overflowing 2 BR 2 BA home to a larger one about 5 miles away) arrived promptly at the 9AM requested time and got right to work. We were packed and ready, and they had their large truck loaded with 87 boxes and nearly all furniture and refrigerator in about 3.5 hours. They were super careful with all of the furniture and extensive artwork - wrapping what needed to be wrapped and ensuring that nothing got damaged. They took a short lunch break, not charging for that time of course. Upon arriving at the new home, they hooked up the refrigerator to the water line and placed all furniture where we directed them, even helping rearrange some pieces when we changed our mind about placement. Then they went back with the refrigerator from the new house that we were swapping, having to remove the handles and reassemble it to get it through the doorway once there. Finally, the last load of furniture and many, many outdoor potted plants arrived. Roughly the entire move took about 8 hours, and I'm sure they were exhausted but never complained or slowed down. Their attitude and expertise were amazing. Thank you movers Jake, Tim and Tyler. Hopefully we won't be needing you any time soon but when and if we do, they're the ONLY movers in Austin I'd use. read more

I hired them for 2 different jobs. One job was to move items from my storage unit to my new home. Another job was to move items from rental house to my new home. Prices were reasonable. Good communication. Never was left guessing--like, are you going to show up? Are you on time? So appreciated that. Team who came and did move were all nice/professional/on time/hard working. Would hire them again for future moves. read more

I love MASh movers. I've used them twice and both times had great service. The guys are careful and considerate. They took great care of my stuff and were super helpful taking things apart so they fit in my uhaul truck and making sure everything was safely wrapped and secure. Highly recommend! read more

Needing to downsize, I've had 4 recent appointments with Mash Movers to redistribute a lot of furniture. They've always let me know exactly when they'd arrive, been very professional, and worn masks. They work hard to protect furniture, walls, and floors. My house is built up to a third-floor level because it's in the floodplain, and they carried a huge and heavy sleeper sofa up a ramp too narrow for the dolly to help. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. read more

Seth and his team did an excellent job on a very hot summer afternoon. They took good care of my belongings (including paintings and antiques), were honest if they had any concerns about transporting more fragile items, and were responsive and professional. Their work was worth every penny, and I will use MASH Movers again! Thanks, guys!! read more

I can't believe I've never left a review for these guys. Because we are insane, we have packed up and moved houses 7 times in 5 years in 4 different cities. Needless to say.....we've had a lot of experience with movers. MASH is the best of the best. They honestly set the bar for top notch service and capability. When you are moving your life across the country and things will need to stay in the truck for several days, it's imperative that things are packed and secured. MASH did it so well. We used them twice in 3 months and had two different crews. Both were professional, polite, on time and WILDLY fast. Two dudes showed up and we were like "oh no this is going to take awhile." Shame on us. Size clearly does not matter in the moving biz :) These guys chucked some boxes on their back and went.to.work. It was amazing. They taught us some new tricks for sure. As if the other 5-stars weren't enough, do yourself a favor and stop scrolling. Just book these guys. You'll be really happy that you did. read more

Seth & crew fit me into their full schedule on short notice. I have all good things to say about how they handled all my belongings, they also covered everything properly because of some rain. Every member of the crew was super nice and they seemed fine about me watching over everything they did annoyingly like a hawk. They also helped me set a TV thingy up that I couldn't do myself and a washer/dryer. THANK YOU Also, they were fashionable. Hire these people. read more

I would recommend these guys 1000 times over if I could! So happy to have found MASH. I had some scheduling changes with my move and was able to snag a time slot with them moving my one bedroom apartment (that has about as much stuff as a 3 bedroom does haha ) There was a 3-man team that arrived and moved my belongings off the uhaul and to the third floor without hesitation. I was STUNNED at how efficient they work and how they still managed to be gentle with my things. I won't bother looking up any other movers in Austin ever in the future. Repeat customer locked in! read more

This was our second time using this company for a move and I would gladly use them again! They got us moved out of our 2nd floor apartment and into the house in about 4.5 hours. The guys arrived and got to work right away. I have to also mention how friendly and polite the guys were. It was the least stressful move I've ever experienced, since all I had to do was direct where I wanted things moved. They were prepared, quick moving with a plan, and they also fit all of our stuff in the truck for one trip. Impressive to say the least. Support this local business! Highly recommend. 10 stars! read more

This is long overdue but here I go. These guys were on it. They helped me out back in October when I was moving out of my place. They were prompt, moved me quickly, and even helped me set up some of my furniture in my new place, all within 2 hours. The service they provide is fantastic and for a very reasonable price. Seth worked with me graciously through the whole process, and they have flexible availability. I recommend them to anyone in the Austin area!! read more
