MASH Movers helped move us back in April 2019. VERY professional, very nice, and STRONG guys. They were great in communicating their arrival time and showed up promptly. They took great care of our belongings and helped assemble our bed in our new home. Don't even waste your time dealing with any other movers. Did I mention how affordable MASH Movers were? Top notch service with these guys!!!! read more

Loved Mash moving! They were super friendly, very fast, took great care of my items moved and made the entire process so easy! I will call MASH for all my future moving needs! read more

wow y'all, this moving company gave me hands down the best moving experience of my life. They made it swift and easy, and the movers were so trustworthy and kind. They moved a very heavy piano for me that has been in my family sinse childhood, and not once was I worried about its safety. I would 100 percent recommend them to any of my friends and family. read more

MASH Movers were a delight to work with! Their three man crew was professional, efficient and fun! Their minimum is only two hours which was perfect for moving the furniture and large boxes from my one bedroom second-story apartment. MASH arrived on time and was very communicative ahead of their arrival to my apartment. They were constantly moving and got everything done in under two hours, but I was happy to pay the two hour minimum because they were so great to work with. I will be recommending them to any of my friends on their next move and will DEFINITELY be using them on mine! Thanks, MASH Movers! read more

These guys were the absolute best movers I've ever had and this is my third time switching apartments in the past 3 years. They are so reasonably priced which helped me on my right college budget and I was able to book them on a short notice too. I was amazed at how they were able to take everything so efficiently out of my apartment and not to mention how they were able to fit my 1738281 items into my tiny storage unit. AMAZING!! This has been such a stressful week and I can't describe how extremely helpful and professional these guys were. It was a huge weight off my shoulders getting everything out of my place without damage or any problems and into my storage unit. I barely had to lift a finger. I don't write many reviews but MASH movers earned it. Hire these guys!!! You won't regret it!!! read more

Total 5 stars! Seth and the team helped me moving out of my old place and into the new one. The process was seamless. The crew showed on time and were quick and efficient. I highly recommend them to anyone! read more

If I could give these guys 10 stars I would. Not only where the able to book them early morning, but Seth and the boys are great! They showed up on time, and they were ready to tackle our two bedroom apartment to a three bedroom apartment (on the second floor) all with smiles! My couches were probably the hardest part of the move and the done did it. Quite frankly how sweet and friendly the guys are it really feels like it's just you and your friends moving helping you move. Their rate is fair, for all that their willingness to help and put things where they go. They are concerned with how you feel. I've used other moving companies to move and I haven't felt this satisfied with a move than with MASH Movers. If we move from our apartments, I will def call Seth and his boys again. (And I will tell everyone about them) read more

First off, Seth was by far the fastest respondent to my Yelp quote request which shows that he cares about making new customers. I relayed that I needed some help moving within a 24 hour period and he quickly responded to my request with the staff and moving equipment necessary to make my move a huge success. The quote was straight forward. Seth and Tony were the "muscle" that showed up promptly at 9:00am. They worked diligently, safely, carefully and quickly---making fast work of my project. They were friendly and professional. We talked alot about Austin, life, and music---as both of them are musicians (more on that later). At any rate, i made the right decision hiring them and would recommend them for local moves---so request a quote today. Great guys, great service, great care, on time and on price! Now about the music: Tony plays in the band, "Real Live Tigers", which is a very catchy acoustic "band" which some very interesting videos on youtube. Introspective, intelligent and catchy. Totally dig it, man. Go see him. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZbuTR_Kr42s Seth gave me his band, "Tre's Oui" (French for 'very true!') CD "Singles Going Nowhere". Catchy chimey guitar pop with loads of wonderful influences (i heard some Smiths, Cure, Silver Scooter, House Martins, Milltown Brothers, you get it...is that a key board?). This music reminds me of some of the great Austin '90's pop bands, Javelin Boot, Wayouts, Balloonatic (yeah, i am old---so what!?). Anyway, if you are looking for some summer ear candy, sweet and refreshing----look these dudes up. Lovers of good guitar pop will travel to pop heaven (thanks to the song "Fall Back" which gives me goose bumps it is so good (instant rewind)). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4NQLd8vBJoA Only in Austin would you find movers as cool as these guys. read more

Second time using Mash and they were awesome as per the usual. On-time, quick, careful, nice and very accommodating! They are the best

Seth, Logan and Will were excellent to work with. We were very pleased with the service we received. I would highly recommend MASH Movers. They did everything that we asked of them! read more

Super nice, patient, and great communication. They helped me move all of my things to three different locations nearby and did it with care and ease. Fast, efficient, friendly, and trustworthy. They were prepared with tools and padding, too. I will be referring friends and calling MASH again for all my moves! Update: Move #2 went smoothly and they held consistent practices, friendly and fast as always. Thanks guys! read more

I would give 10 stars if I could! They charged me exactly what they quoted and the two movers where awesome! They are professional, efficient and just amazing! I did this before my night shift and they done done exactly on time so I was even early to work! Thank you so much for a awesome move guys! read more

LEGIT! We moved from our 2 bedroom apartment into our home. Tyler, Stuart and one other great worker helped us and did a fantastic job! They were amazing. Nothing was damaged and they worked so quick. I would recommend them again and again. Thank you Seth and everyone else at MASH movers for helping make our move stress free. I wish I could give them 10 stars! read more

They're my first choice because: -no hidden fees -one of the cheapest rates in Austin -despite being so cheap Seth brought a crew that made the move go faster for that same cheap hourly rate (everyone else charges extra for more movers) -they were careful with my stuff and didn't break a thing (including cheap ikea furniture) -that chest I have that damaged my floor in my last two moves when handled by movers didn't damage anything this time -they're hard working and genuinely nice guys who deserve the business I've moved in Seattle, Vancouver and Austin multiple times and haven't found better movers anywhere. read more

I had to arrange for my belongings to be moved while I was out of town. Seth was prompt in his replies and very helpful. I had a friend oversee the move since I couldn't be there, and he told me the movers were very efficient and did a great job. I'll definitely look these guys up next time I need to move! read more

This was my first experience hiring movers ever and I've moved ALOT around Austin. Since I am pregnant (& Texas heat is no joke) I made the jump to hire the MASH team and to say I was surprised would be an understatement. I received prompt communication prior to the move complete with a quote and FAQ's which helped me a lot. The team was very transparent on when they'd be arriving and sent multiple communications leading up to move day which put my mind at ease. The team arrived and after brief hello's and initial questions on what was being moved, all 3 of them got to work and somehow loaded up what felt like endless items in an hour! At my new apartment, they unloaded in what felt like even less time and now that I have unpacked everything and feel settled in, I am happy to report not a single damage to my things! The price given at the end of the experience was exactly what we had expected from the quote, no hidden fees. If you're looking to hire movers, look no further! read more

Nice guys with good attitudes. Bless them, they had to go down three flights and up three flights. It was not easy. We would hire them again! Thanks Seth and team! Mark and Hope Millard read more

Seth and his team were the best! So efficient, so friendly and by far the quickest moving service I have ever used. Not to mention they are SUPER affordable! They arrived a little earlier than expected, which was awesome, because the earlier I could get everything moved, the better. Moving day can be hard, and isn't what I would call "fun". But these guys made it easy breezy and I will DEFINITELY be telling my friends/coworkers about them! read more

Edit: After closer inspection of my furniture, the couch has small tears all down the top of the seam to a cushion and my new clothes dryer was all scratched up. The washer has a dent in the front now and the corners of my shelves were all scratched up. I'd have preferred things faired better because they have in my other moves around the state. As sweet as these guys are, I don't approve of having to patch my couch. I didn't see the inside of the truck before it was moved, so I don't know how all of this happened. Not everything is immediately noticeable to others, but I will always know it's there. Original: I live by myself and needed to move on short notice, reached out to a bunch of businesses on Yelp, and Seth was very quick to respond with an opening and a quote. Their pricing is extremely reasonable and the crew is quick! I didn't have time to pack all the way and the guys started coming up with ways to tote the smaller items together in their blankets. To further complicate the situation, my apartment complex is built on a series of hills and the heat index for our move was 105 degrees! Seth and his crew are sweet guys who I wish I had time to get to know better. They feel like your friends, and I felt if I had any concerns I could present them during the move. read more

Their team was super professional and efficient but took great care in making sure everything was where we wanted it and undamaged. They worked so well with our somewhat shifting starting time and we are so appreciative. The gentlemen helping us were so kind and we would recommend MASH to any of our friends in the Austin area looking for help with their move! read more

I'm so thankful for MASH movers. They were great for my move from Bastrop to Austin. We hit a few snafus that were out of our control the day of the move but they were flexible and communicative the entire time. They were also very respectful and considerate of everything being moved. Lastly they were super clever about how to get things in to the space that was efficient and effective. Thanks again guys! I really appreciate you! read more

I agree with all the other reviews--these guys are great! Here's why: -More affordable than all of the other movers I contacted -You get the help of 3 people, not just 2 like most companies -Scheduling is really easy through their website -They were flexible with rescheduling -They were on time, even a little early -They wrapped my dresser and used blankets for my mattress so nothing got damaged or dirty I HIGHLY recommend hiring them for your move. They're honest, reliable, and hard working. read more

You guys... I received quotes from other top movers in the Austin area and MASH was by far the best deal. Even with a THREE man crew and the distance charge they were still the most affordable. Plus you get a 5% discount if you pay with cash. MASH sends you a reminder email the week before and reminder text the day before as well as the morning of to let you know they are on their way. These guys are FAST! I had a few large furniture pieces but many, many smaller boxes and bins and everything was loaded, moved and unloaded within 3 hours and 15 minutes from Pflugerville to Elgin. Well below the estimated 4-4.5 hours. They're chill, friendly, do a great job and I can't recommend them enough! If you're in search of movers, PICK THESE GUYS!!! read more

These guys were awesome! We moved a few months back and had been meaning to write a review because they went above and beyond. I called around to a bunch of companies to compare prices/availability, and get an over all feel for who we wanted to use. These guys had everyone beat in all the categories. Somehow, there was a mix up in our move date and I totally panicked. We had a super small window to move and somehow they had us down for the wrong date...my fault, their fault....we dont know but they were swamped and totally booked up, but found a way to make it work for us! The owner called me and did what he could to get us moved that day! They showed up on time, were professional and kind, and worked super fast. They did a fantastic job and we were so incredibly grateful for their amazing customer service! Call these guys if you need great movers! read more

I would say this is the best experience I have ever had with a moving company! They were professional and extremely fast; not to mention they were very careful with our things! We would definitely use them again in the future! Thank you!! read more

Super organized and friendly movers! They were efficient communicative and took care of my things while transporting. No hidden fees after the move so that was a plus! Highly recommend! read more

These guys are SO amazing. Just moved in today and cannot wait to leave a review. SUPER professional, cool trio that moved me out and into my new place. Unfortunately I had to deal with different movers who had not properly reserved the loading zone at my new apartment(completely different movers moving in a different resident). I had to battle these guys all day in order to allow my movers to access the loading zone and elevators. It was extremely stressful. Mash movers handled the situation with tact, professionalism and grace. I was so frustrated that someone would not properly reserve the loading area as I had done MONTHS in advance. The other movers were rude and had a HUGE truck with a TON on stuff. This was also the residents fault for not properly reserving the loading zone and communicating with the office that they were moving in on this day. You guys I cannot say enough... GO WITH THESE GUYS!!! There's a reason they have 5 stars. They handled my stuff carefully and put it all where it belonged with no damage and great attitudes. Believe me when I say... DON'T go with the other budget movers. GO with these guys with exceptional service and exceptional prices. I will 100% use them for any moves in the future. read more

Moves are always tough but these guys were great. Very efficient, no problems at all. Will definitely reach out to them again when the time comes. read more

Mash Movers provided the best customer service experience I've ever received in my life. We were in the process of moving cross country to Austin and had planned to meet the movers at our new place at 2 PM. Due to circumstances out of our control, we were delayed on our arrival by almost 6 hours. Seth from Mash Movers kept in constant contact with us throughout the entire day and was able to still reschedule, sending out two movers after hours (around 8-9 PM) that same day to move us in. The movers were extremely efficient, finishing the job in under half the expected time, along with no damage and great conversation after a long, stressful day for us. The initial quote was extremely fair, cheaper than most of their competitors, and I gave the biggest tip of my life on top of it for such a quality experience. I've been on Yelp for many years now and have never wrote a review until now, because the service was so incredibly above and beyond my expectations. read more

Prompt communication, flexibility, efficient movers with cool artsy backgrounds. Didn't damage anything. Brought their own truck. Overall amazing crew! read more

I like Travis, Galen and Jake. They are great team, helped me and my sister. Thanks so much.

A strong and gentle soul who is also a strong and gentle mover. Seth arrived five minutes early, was positive and pleasant, careful, and totally affordable. I appreciated that he reached out to me to confirm the date and time of the job, let me know when he was headed my way, and was happily prepared to do a great job. I can't recommend MASH enough. Moving can be really stressful, but with this kind of calm positivity, obvious good will, and professionalism, it was impossible not to feel good about my decision to hire MASH. Thanks, Seth! read more

Seth and his team are awesome! I sent out a bunch of requests on yelp (like maybe 15) and MASH movers were the first to get back to me. At the time, I wasn't too sure how much pricing goes for moves so I waited for responses from the other movers. MASH movers by FAR offered the BEST pricing. Other places add in some random fees here and there like gas, or what not. Someone even charged me even more for a "one man job move" when MASH movers charged EVEN LESS and gave me 2 guys. unbelievable. But the low price DID NOT have any trade offs. I was SHOOK by how fast they moved my stuff when they got here. SHOOK! And they are all super friendly! Definitely will hire them again for my next move. read more

Low priced, high value, super strong dudes working fast in 100+ degree Fahrenheit with no complaints. Seth bared well with my awkwardness with very personable personality, short and sweet accommodating to everything I had asked for. There was a staff shortage that did not get in the way of the move, adjusting his rate accordingly to suit the situation. Even with that unforeseen event, the move proceeded way under what I had expected to pay. Moving less than 10 miles, like I did? Go with these guys! read more

These guys were super nice, quick, efficient and great rates will definitely be using them for my next move!

I can't sing high enough praises of MASH Movers. They were responsive, prompt, efficient, and FAST. They quoted us on 4 hours and finished our move in AN HOUR AND A HALF!! Seth and his crew are so friendly and good at what they do. We were skeptical on hiring movers but this was the best experience we could have ever asked for. Super duper fast, they care about your belongings, best price you'll find in all of Austin (no hidden fees or anything, they're super upfront about their costs). These guys are the best, no doubt about it. read more

Seth and his crew did a Great job for a Great price. Good natured can-do attitudes all around. Thank You Thank You!!!

I used MASH Movers last summer for my move into a second story apartment. Seth and his team showed up on time and were so polite and friendly during my entire move. They were hard workers (even during the crazy Texas heat we had that day) and went above and beyond to make sure all my belongings were handled with care. Not a single thing was damaged and the move was even quicker than I expected. Their rates were fair and I will most certainly be using them again for my next move. I would give more than 5 stars if I could! read more
