If you are moving and are looking for someone who you can trust to get the job done right in a timely manner, APEX MOVING is your company!!! If I could rate this company more than 5 stars I would in every department... I was moving to a different city this week, and I needed to be out of my apartment. This move to another city was last minute (career change), so I didn't have a moving company scheduled at this point, and you can probably imagine how stressed I was at this point. That's when my very good friend had recommended Apex Moving to me - She raved about Apex Moving, and knows Dusty, the owner, personally. Let me tell you, I am SO beyond thankful I went with them!!! Dusty was extremely professional, nice and responsive from the very beginning to the very end. He was with his family on July 4th, and still reached out and took my phone call. He is super respectful of his clients, and truly cares about them - did I mention how reliable and communicative he is?? The day before I was scheduled to move with Apex Moving, he reached out to confirm, and answered all of my questions, reassuring me I'll be in good hands with the team he sends out. The day of my move, I was expecting 2 guys to show up, and to my pleasant surprise Dusty went ahead and sent a 3rd guy - He really does go above and beyond for the people he serves! The team I had was Dilan, Henry, and Chris. I definitely have couldn't have had 3 better guys assigned to me. Just like Dusty, they were all super friendly, respectful, professional, and hard working men. They didn't waste any time, and immediately got to work. I have a white dresser that if it gets chipped up, even just a little bit, is very noticeable, but the 3 guys wrapped it up so well, and managed to get it down the stairs without any bangs. They were all super strong, and I was in awe how much they could carry down the stairs in one single trip. I was really impressed how they could get the job done right in the amount of time they did (it's hourly) - Oh, and I live on the 2nd floor (no elevator) and moved during a July hot summer day. The staircase right by my unit was getting power washed (of course, out of all the days), so they had to walk all the way down to the other side to use that staircase - just to give you an idea... When I got to the new city, I texted Dilan I was at the office of the storage unit. When I pulled up to my unit, they were already unloading my stuff!!!! WOW!!!! Again, I was pleasantly surprised in every best way possible... All in all, this was the best moving experience I've ever had, and it's because of these incredible people who I was blessed enough to meet and work with. Pricing is super affordable, and the customer service that's given is top notch! It's worth every penny - I'm very pleased with everything, and feel super blessed my good friend mentioned Apex Moving to me. !!!!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH APEX SERVICES- I WAS SEXUALLY ASSAULTED. AND THEN MY BEST FRIEND LOST 480 DOLLARS. !!!!!!!! My closest friend was moving into the apartment nextdoor and hired Apex Moving Services, giving the movers clear instructions on what needed to be moved and where. She was not present during the move so I let the movers into the new apartment for her while she was working. The movers got me involved with the move even though all instructions were clearly detailed by the client prior to their arrival. They continued to try to get out of moving items they felt that she and I were capable of moving ourselves (?????), and were hitting on me the moment they entered the parking lot. One of the workers, Ty, came into my apartment to 'ask more questions' about the move and made me incredibly uncomfortable and vulnerable as a single woman living alone. This man knows where I live now. He came onto me in a very aggressive manner, grabbed me on the ass extremely inappropriately, and left. I was too mentally and emotionally fucked up after that happened. I froze up and just watched them drive away. When I had enough time to gather myself after having THAT happen to me in the middle of my work day, I went to check my friend's apartment. None of the things I asked them to move, after they kindly asked us to move them instead, had been moved. The items that had been moved were thrown carelessly in the apartment - her enormous wood bedframe wasn't even reassembled. We spent several hours with MULTIPLE people cleaning up the disaster after the movers left. In fact, I had to stop crying on my couch with her right now over how horrible it is that there are people who would treat another human being like that, just to write this review. This kind of behavior cannot continue in our world. And they charged us our hard, HONESTLY EARNED money for THIS. BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now that we have 'complained' about the way we have been treated, and absolutely robbed blind, they are refusing a refund. In fact, they even refused to come back and finish the service that day, knowing damn well what they did to both of us. Finally, after we spoke up on this platform about the TRUTH of the type of company they are running, they said they would give us the money back. Which you'd think would be a no-brainer. But now the refund hasn't come, and Dusty is asking us to take down our honest reviews. FUCK THIS COMPANY. DO NOT EVER ACCEPT THEIR BUSINESS. P.s. I want my money, and dignity back please. Fantastic experience. Last week we hired Dusty's company to move our son from San Antonio to Dallas. The communication during the week of the move was great. The two movers, Art and John, were professional, yet friendly. They did an awesome job. The two guys they send tried to ger her neighbour to help with the move, one of the men sexually harassed both of them and then assaulted this neighbour, and then continues to harass my friend over text. What does the manager say? "I shouldn't have to apologise for another grown man". Take it up with him, essentially. Where I come from the boss takes responsibility for their employees, especially when sending them into peoples' houses. Awful. read more
