They have a policy of 10 hours to pack and unpack a truck. They spent 4 hours packing the truck and were in a hurry the whole time. I was told NOT to question how they packed the truck and I was told NOT to tell them about things left behind. They packed the garage stuff first and left valuable boxes in the house that they said they were going to put on the truck - TWICE. In the end they simply said no room. If they had packed the truck BETTER there would not have been all that empty space at the top of the truck. They never told me they would not fit everything in the truck. They just kept saying it will all fit. LIARS. They were more concerned about not leaving their BIG moving box of supplies than loading all my stuff. They even left a new in the box 48" TV behind and said I told them to. LIARS. Then when they unpacked, everything was dirty from the dirty truck and they were in a hurry to get on the road. They did NOT spend 10 hours on my move and they take no ownership in their mistakes. The corporate office even said they are independent and we can't do anything. Not even a small discount back that I can use when I have to drive back to Texas, rent a trailer and move ALOT of stuff myself. Sales team was so WRONG in their estimates. Tristen in QA could care less. Christine in Corporate QA said NOT OUR PROBLEM. Left behind: office chair, floor lamp, new 48" TV, 5 other 36" picture boxes, 24" x 24" heirloom china, 16 disassebled metal shelfs with 12 6' poles for the shelves, 2 small tables, 2 milk crates with stuff. DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY

This review is for an office move on 3/25/22 and the crew of Alonzo, Zane, Tony, and Davin. Pros: -They were on time. -Quick move: Office pack-up took about 3 hours total, unload about 2 -The lead was very professional and he had another worker who had a great attitude the whole time. Both were easy to talk to. Cons: -They said they were getting gas between locations but I was waiting about 45 minutes until they got to the new office. -Minor damage to a wall while moving a desk -One desk drawer has issues now that did not before the move

RUN FAR & FAST (AWAY) FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!! DO NOT…read moreSTOP. DO NOT GO. DO NOT CALL. -5 STARS IF THAT WERE POSSIBLE. This location is an absolute RIP-OFF. I've used Two Men & A Truck seven or eight times over the years, across multiple states, and never, not once; have I experienced anything remotely close to what I endured on 12/17/2025. This franchise should be shut down, full stop. I never even thought to check reviews because my past experiences with this company have consistently been excellent. In fact, my previous move into Austin was outstanding, fast, efficient, detail-oriented, and professional. I was so impressed that I tipped each mover $100 and even gifted them brand-new clothes and shoes that had belonged to my late brother. That's the level of appreciation I normally have for this brand. This move? A complete disaster. The two movers, Austin and Fernando, were pleasant enough on a personal level but professionally, it felt like I was watching two people move an apartment for the very first time. Fernando tried to keep things moving, but they were completely out of sync because Austin simply could not keep up. Let me be very clear: This was a one-bedroom, first-floor apartment, moved just over TWO MILES away on the SAME STREET, into a second-floor loft. Total time? Almost FIVE HOURS. They complained about long walkways yet arrived without the proper equipment, which slowed everything down to a crawl. And to make matters worse, they didn't even move all of my belongings. I still have items left at my old apartment, costing me more money daily because I still have not been able to turn in the keys. I also lost a full day to move the rest of my stuff because I had to go to work. Everything was boxed and ready before they arrived. Yet Austin spent an excessive amount of time shrink-wrapping items furniture as if we were transporting things across state lines. We were moving down the street! The pace was so painfully slow that I eventually told them to only move the large items and I would just move the rest of my things myself. Now let's talk money. I was charged $160 per hour PLUS a $160 trip fee. WTF?????????!!!!!!!! Yes, read that again. The total came out to $1,040.00. I have never paid anywhere near that amount for a local move; ever. When I complained, and when my mother complained, we were met with passive-aggressive disrespect from the Operations Manager who came out to the site, he was so disconnected it felt like talking to a Charlie Brown character; nothing but noise, no substance. Then I was escalated to "Good Olé Patronizing Tristan," who proudly identified himself as some sort of Director. I could not tell. He handled my complaint with zero care, zero accountability, and maximum condescension. His response? "We're just having a conversation." No, Tristan; we were not. You were deflecting. You and your staff are incompetent. This clearly isn't his first time treating customers this way. He knocked $200 off the bill, leaving me to still pay $800.00, despite the fact that not all of my belongings were moved. Let me be blunt: It's very easy to be smug and disrespectful over the phone. That behavior is cowardly, unprofessional, and unacceptable. Be careful the energy you throw out because you will be faced with it right back if the lessons in customer service are not taken a round turn on. I contacted corporate and filed a complaint; only to be routed right back to Tristan, even after clearly explaining that he was part of the problem. I did not want to speak him but in that money I tried. He did not. "There is nothing more we can do!" I am definitely reporting this franchise to the BBB. They cannot keep operating in this manner. And I'll say it again for emphasis: I WANT MY MONEY BACK. YOU DID NOT RENDER QUALITY SERVICE. If you value your time, money, or sanity; RUN. AND FAST!

Move was on 6/5, here was my conversation with Tristen the next day:…read more Yesterday's move did not go well. The team sent was incredibly slow. I understand that it's hot out and in no way is it acceptable that I was working harder and faster to move my belongings. Additionally, I was charged for 4.25 hours of work on top of the $160 travel fee? Why am I essentially getting charged for both travel and workers? Not to mention that your guys went to the wrong address for delivery at first so I'm getting charged for incompetence and slow workers? Also one of the guys took a 10min+ bathroom break at my new apartment. I get that nature calls and I also think it's reasonable to take breaks like that off my bill. Had I not been working as much as I was to move my stuff (both to the truck and from it) I would have had to pay for another 1-2 hours of labor which is absolute robbery. Please let me know what can be done to make this poor experience right. Tristen on 6/5: Hi Sean, I'm sorry to hear this. I will look into this and I'd like to follow up with you on Monday. Tristen on Wednesday, 6/11: Sean, do you have any photos or videos that show the crews inefficiencies? I am trying to corroborate this with the crew and dispatch manager but I don't have much to go off of. To follow up on the travel charge- that covers the time spent driving to the load location and back from the unload location, fuel expense, use of the truck and tools and equipment that we use during the move. ------- Pictures and additional text conversation included. Absolutely terrible actual service which matched the customer service. My favorite is where the team lead told me that they went to the wrong location and that it would be an hour to get to me despite me giving him the exact address and the apartment complex. I also gave them my address about 10 times when requesting and signing off on service so being charged for their inability to put in an address adds to the shi!show that it was to hire this company.

I've now used Infinity Moving Company twice, once in 2022 and again in 2025, because their service is consistently outstanding. This most recent move was an 8-hour day from Austin to Cedar Park and involved two separate apartments--moving my daughter out of her apartment with four flights of stairs and me out of mine with one flight of stairs. They unloaded everything at my new apartment and then continued on to unload my daughter's belongings at her new place. Thankfully, both of the new buildings had elevators, it was a big job. I specifically requested Gerard again after working with him during my 2022 move because he was so exceptional--and once again, he did not disappoint. Gerard and Jamal were amazing. They managed to fit the contents of both apartments into a 24-foot trailer, and even my queen-size bed frame fit perfectly into the back of his truck. I was truly impressed. These guys were quick, strong, happy, and professional--true gentlemen with a confident, can-do attitude. I wouldn't hesitate to use Infinity Moving Company again and highly recommend them to anyone planning a move.

I requested quotes via Yelp and this company was not one of the orginals that came through. The owner took the time to reach out to me and everything was smooth sailing from then on. Communication was clear, they were on time (if not early which I love!), efficient, effective, fast, took care of items and so pleasant to work with! I was combining households with another family member so we were working with having to fit my furniture into her existing home and they were able to make it work which I thought was going to be impossible! We also had some items that needed to be hauled away and when I asked if they had a referral for me, Jonathan (the owner) offered to give us a quote on those items so we could have them removed that day as well. In addition to all of the amazing service that we received, they were by far the best value without all of the crazy tacked on fees that so many movers put on a move. I cannot begin to recommend Harder's Movers enough and will continue to do so and will defintely use them in the future for moves or when we need larger items to be hauled away. Thank you so much Jonathan and Gabriel! We appreciate you!
