I contacted Leon Moving in Pflugerville about 3 weeks prior to making a move from Austin. I set up a date and time for 2 helpers to arrive and load a rented truck. OMG were they GREAT. I can't say enough good about them. They arrived on time in south Austin at a storage facility and immediately went to work. They moved a huge storage bin full of boxes (which had previously been packed) into a 26' moving truck. They were courteous, professional, efficient and quick. It took them 55 minutes! I thought it might take all day, but I was wrong. I then had them come to my residence and load some heavier furniture that I didn't place in the storage facility. That was efficiently completed as well and I would say it took all of 45 minutes. They brought dollies and heavy furniture moving equipment. They took the time to make sure all the items, boxes and furniture were securely tied down and I was ready to take the truck on a long cross country trip. I can't recommend these men enough and Leon Moving would definitely be my choice for any move you have coming up. Total cost was $350.00. Well worth it, because they did all the heavy lifting. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. read more

I've used Leon Moving multiple times and they're amazing - never disappoint. Very fast, efficient, and affordable. They were very understanding when a living situation fell through and I had to reschedule at the last minute. I'll continue to use them and I recommend them to everyone. Thanks Leon! read more

I recently hired Leon Moving LLC to assist with moving my newly purchased Mahogany bed, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Upon arriving to pick up my furniture I was told by an employee of theirs by the name of "Zach" that the owner was out of town and they'd only take cash. Not knowing any better I accepted. They caused significant damage to my mahogany bed during the moving process. Despite my attempts to address the issue with the company, I was met with inadequate responses and a lack of accountability. It's disheartening to see a lack of professionalism and care for customers' belongings from a company that claims to provide quality moving services. In the end they denied accountability due to the owner being out of town. I would caution anyone considering hiring Leon Moving LLC to proceed with caution and thoroughly research their options before entrusting them with their belongings. The damage to my property and the company's lackluster response have left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. Overall, I cannot in good conscience recommend Leon Moving LLC based on my experience. read more

I have had the best experience with Leon Moving today. The crew just left and I am thrilled with my experience. I hired Leon to professionally pack for a short-term storage need. The booking process was so easy and I received great notifications prior to their arrival. The crew that arrived was so courteous, kind and professional. They cared for my belongings and treated my valuables with love. I am so impressed. If you're moving across town or across the country, start with Leon. This is a great company to work with! read more

Leon Moving - Quick and easy packing! Great job Leon! - Movers Near Me

Leon Moving delivered my furniture from John Williams and did an exceptional job. Extremely careful, on-time, and polite. So much better than White Glove! read more

I used to work for Leon Moving and I enjoyed my time there. The guys were great to work with and Rome is an excellent boss. I trust them with moving my own stuff also. read more

Professional, courteous, efficient, caring and hard working. We will use them again and HIGHLY recommend them. They do what they say and do a great job. Kudos! We have moved over 30 times and have lots of experience with movers. One of the best we have experienced! read more

We've used them twice this summer in moving from Austin to Belton, both times all the employees were so nice, careful, and accommodating. Both times the prices were so reasonable and flexible according to what we needed. Thank y'all so much!! read more

Quick, careful, nice, on time, well priced. Would definitely use again. Easy communication and no surprises :)

If downsizing wasn't bad enough this company made it 100 times worse with the total lack of care & consideration they showed for my things. I've waited over 4 months to review this business because it seems each day I discover something else broken: 50" tv screen--irreparable!; numerous gouges on both home entertainment centers; a large wooden chunk out of the leather couch leg; the footboard to my bed was gouged; the bottom of a tall fan base broken; a library style desk lamp glass shade broken; and more damage done will, no doubt, be revealed as we empty 2 storage units & find more damage. These items were in great condition before this company got their truly awful hands on my things. I'm a 70 something yr young woman who places high value on my hard earned expensive furniture & accessories & seeing the condition of numerous items is simply as heartbreaking as it is egregious in how my things were treated. Then, after all that, I just want to spit nails & chew leather at the $1917.50 bill I was presented at the end of that day!!! Not worth it by half as it turns out. I'd pursue this for any monetary damages I could get but pennies on the dollar....not worth the time & effort. I URGE ANYONE CONSIDERING USING THIS BUSINESS NOT TO DO SO!!!! How they had/have such high ratings is highly questionable & suspect! read more

Fantastic service--on time, no promises they didn't keep, and prices were right. I was dubious as moving just plain SUCKS but these guys made it easy. Rome is a pro and got my stuff to me from an auction to the house without a hitch. We're using them again to move to the Hill Country based on a great prior experience. Highly recommended. One hitch is the office...frequently I've left messages that don't get returned. I had to find Rome's cell phone and approach him directly, and he pleasantly and quickly responded. All in all, the move part itself was great. read more

Awesome!! We had a sectional moved to a consignment store. Kim who scheduled everything was awesome. Very responsive and didn't bat an eye at me changing the time and calling her several times. She was very accommodating. The movers called before they came, showed up on time, and moved the items quickly and carefully to their truck. They were friendly and helpful. And great price!! Would definitely use again! read more

My wife and I were very pleased with Leon moving. Angel and Nick treated every piece of our move like it was their own. They were very professional, and meticulous I will recommend Leons moving to everyone. read more

The guys were amazing! Super friendly and accommodating. Very helpful. Fast. Careful. Even gave me some extra boxes to pack some additional stuff. Not a thing was broken or damaged. They are extremely hard working and very reasonable. To speed things up, they even asked if they can bring on two additional guys who finished their job early, which was great! Will definitely use them again!!! read more

Let me just say how impressed I am with Leon Moving. Nick and Nsue were amazing. Not only were they diligent and careful with my furniture I bought from the store, they also noticed a defect which we were able to resolve before leaving the store. If you are looking for a good reputable moving company, this is your moving company! read more

What a great company. I needed a large dresser picked up from a local furniture and delivered to my apartment. Leon Moving was recommended. I called and left a message for them. Kim returned my call within 2 minutes, took my info, quoted the fee and schedule led the pickup for that afternoon. The piece was delivers on time, brought up to my floor and placed right where I needed it. White glove service all the way. Rome was the delivery contact and he with his co-worker were awesome. Could not have been a better experience. read more

I don't do a lot of moving, as I've been in my home for 10 years now. However, recently inherited quite a bit of furniture and I didn't know how to get it across town. Leon Moving was recommended by a consignment store, and I was so grateful. Leon Moving quoted significantly less than other places around town, had more availability, and were very responsive to calls and questions. Everything was moved quickly, efficiently, without damage and within budget. I don't know what more I can ask for! read more

Kim was excellent. I changed the date several times and she was very accommodating and pleasant. The two young men that moved us were quick and efficient. The moving price was reasonable. read more

I couldn't possibly have anything better to say about this company. They texted in the morning to confirm the address. Called to say I could, as an option, have my furniture delivered earlier, and finally showed up exactly as promised and somehow got a table three times larger than the door frame into my kitchen. I would highly recommend them to anyone. read more

I turned to Leon Moving after being referred by the Home Consignment Store. They didn't complain at all when I added two more stores to my ticket and postponed two days when my painter needed more time. On top of that Desmond and the crew showed up and said they'd been told to "take good care of me." They put together my items, arranged things just right and carried away my large furniture boxes at my request. I'll be calling them again!! Thanks, guys! read more

These guys currently have their truck and trailer parked in front of my business even though they are not a customer here nor are they moving anyone here. It's blocking off at least six parking spots at my front door. They are inconsiderate and unaware boneheads. They've just parked here and left the truck like it's no big deal. Hey genius, when driving a large rig, park at the edge of the parking lot so you aren't being rude to other people and businesses. People who don't think about things like that and the other people around them can't be trusted. read more

Chose this company based on prior Yelp reviews and wanting to use someone local. The guys did a great job moving my treadmill downstairs, and new one upstairs. Friendly, courteous, and even called to ask if I wanted them to come 45 minutes early. They charge a 1-hour minimum, compared to many places that charge for 2 hours. Very satisfied....would use again and highly recommend. read more

Very fast and reliable. The part I liked the most is that they didn't have a minimum number of hours. I knew an apartment as small as ours would be less than 3 hours and some companies had a 2.5-3 hour minimum. We were loaded and unloaded in 2 hours! Great job and will most definitely use again. read more

Great company! Have used them on multiple moves with many challenges and they performed beautifully. I had two guys yesterday that shoeless up exactly when they said and worked 10 hours & 45 minutes straight with only a 20min lunch break. Wow! They were very professional and patient.... not a single incident. Would highLy recommend them... read more

AMAZING SERVICE!! I've used Leon Moving 4 times now for small and large moves. The last move a few days ago with lots of large and valuable antiques. They took time to be sure big rugs were centered in the rooms properly. All the employees are super efficient and courteous. Their level of service rates more than 5 stars. read more

These guys are great! We needed help unloading a Uhaul of furniture, so the job would only take an hour max. Most moving companies charge a 2 hour minimum, but these guys only had a minimum of 1 hour. And they were able to accommodate our specific timing request. We had requested 4pm as we were driving down from Dallas and wouldn't arrive any earlier. We received several emails confirming our appt, and just know, if you call and you don't receive an answer, someone does return your messages! The movers showed up close to on time (They had called to tell us they would be running a little late. Since we had booked the last appt in the day, it was totally understandable.) and were really nice and easy to communicate with. They unloaded the U-haul in 30 minutes and even took away all the plastic wrap trash that our furniture had been wrapped in. I would definitely use these guys again and highly recommend them for smaller moves in particular! read more

Absolutely amazing! Great customer service. On time and professional movers. I will definitely use them again.

Fast and friendly service! I am disabled and was worried because I don't have a lot of money but felt good about the price and the job they accomplished! Will use them again if the need arises! read more

OUTSTANDING work! Cannot say enough nice things about working with Leon Moving LLC. They did such an amazing job loading, lifting, moving, with zero breakage. Quick and efficient they are worth the hourly charge. You can tell just at first glance their attention to detail: truck and equipment were CLEAN! Moved our entire four bedroom house in 3/4 of a day. read more

Very happy with these guys. Showed up on time and completed job quicker than expected.

On the advice of the furniture store, I called these guys to move a sectional sofa to my house. Good communication, they arrived in the promised time window the next business day. Great service and very reasonable cost, recommended. read more

Arrived on time, moved all things, offered to help move additional items. Nice guys (the older gentleman who drove the truck). They did leave a few things behind at my old place that I had to go back and pick up. Decently priced- nothing damaged. It was a rainy day and they didn't put down plastic or something to prevent messing up the floors or the furniture- so that's the negative. Otherwise did okay with the move. Older gentleman was nice and offered to help move some additional items- I appreciated that. Probably won't rehire but would possibly recommend. read more

Excellent all the way around! I have had to move several times over the last several years and have not had as good a move as I had with these guys. Several key things about the move: 1. Showed up exactly when they were suppose to 2. Very careful and respectful of my property 3. Very reasonably priced. 4. Non-stop guys- worked their you know what off and once they completed what I wanted them to do, they even helped me move a few things in the house around. 5. All this done the weekend before Thanksgiving. Thanks! read more

Great moving service. I used them to move some furniture we purchased from the Bee Cave Consignment Store and they were prompt, courteous, and delivered everything in great condition. Price was reasonable as well. Will be using them again. read more

We had an excellent experience with Leon! They were recommended to my parents by a friend of ours and then to us by my parents. We had them move our house and pack our kitchen. They did an outstanding job with both aspects. These guys were EXTREMELY hard workers. I got tired just watching them, and they never acted put out or worn out. They never complained. I actually tried to talk them into taking a few breaks here and there and to drink some water. Their pricing was very competitive and affordable. Nothing was broken (which anyone who has ever had movers knows is a rare occurrence). They showed me a desk prior to moving it that was a bit poorly constructed. They made sure to ask me if I wanted them to move it anyway knowing that it might not stay together. I told them to go ahead. It did come apart a little (as they warned me), and they spent extra time working on getting it back together once it was moved to our new house. These guys were pleasant, honest, efficient, hard-working, and did an excellent job. We do not regret hiring them and would recommend them fully. read more

Don't let the small number of Yelp reviews fool you. These guys are awesome. I've never met a harder more polite working bunch of movers and I've moved a lot! Rome made a two day move of a large home seem easy and stress free. They moved a number of very large heirloom quality pieces for us with no issues at all. My wife is a tough person to win over when it comes to her furniture and these guys won her over and turned her into a raving fan. I will definitely use these guys again! read more

They mashed the corner of my $3,000 hand carved, solid wood , mahogany desk while moving it to a consignment store and only offered .60 a pound $120 !! It doesn't matter what it's value is so beware ....as far as I'm concerned it's damaged and will never be the same as it was ...it is wood and it can be fixed to look like it was. It probably dropped the value at least $500. read more
