Leon Movers... probably the best team of guys I have every used! Took care of my things by wrapping furniture in shrink wrap and my home by putting up those moving blankets in my doorways and switch back staircase so not to scratch the walls. They secured all the furniture correctly in the truck, and wrapped all my delicate class table tops etc with blankets I gave them. They cared about my things, listened to me. I needed the things I was keeping on one storage unit, and the things I was selling in another one right next door. They carefully planned the packing and got it right, even placing more or my extra towels and blankets on the ground in the storage unit when items were placed on their sides for better packing. They always had a smile, even though it was 95 outside. They worked fast. A 3 bedroom house was shrink wrapped, bed frames taken apart and carried to the truck, secured in the truck, driven to a nearby storage unit, unloaded, packed efficiently in the storage unit in 5 - 6 hours. Pretty amazing! I will be using them AGAIN! You should too!!! read more

Leon Moving were WONDERFUL!! I'm incredibly grateful for their help during my move. They were easy and friendly to communicate with from my initial call throughout the entire process, and their rates are a little lower than other moving companies (so I could tip more)! They had everything they needed - padding for my glass table, wrapping for my mattress -- they even took my old mattress and disposed of it properly for me, which was something I wasn't sure how to deal with. The move was very quick and efficient, and I appreciated that they had big boxes to consolidate my last odds and ends. Super seamless, diligent about wearing masks, and were very kind about my loudly barking dog :) I highly recommend choosing this service! You will not be disappointed! Thank you again, Leon Moving! read more

These guys saved me after another local company completely canceled on me the DAY OF MY MOVE. If it wasn't for them I honestly don't know what I would have done. They sent over a team of 3 guys less than 45 minutes after they were contacted and these guys HUSTLED and moved all of my items, even disassembling and reassembling several pieces of furniture, in UNDER TWO HOURS--and I was moving from a second floor apartment. They were polite, professional, courteous, and careful of my items (I am awful at packing). I honestly couldn't recommend a company more than Leon Moving. When I move again this will be the only company I contact and they will forever be my recommendation to anyone who asks. Thank you! read more

Great moving company! We would recommend them to anyone. They took great care of all of our belongings, and even moved some items that weren't packed very well that I had planned on moving myself. They wrapped the door jambs, covered the floor in the entry and wrapped all of our furniture before packing it in the truck. We had a lot of out stuff moved into the garage for storage and they did a great job even organizing the boxes so we can still walk through it and add more if needed. They even took empty boxes downstairs for me as I was unpacking while they were still moving furniture in. We will be moving again later this fall once our house is built and plan on hiring them again for the final move. read more

I sent many online requests for moving quotes and Leon was the only one who could pick up the phone and call me back. When moving, everything is super busy and I didn't have time to follow back up with everyone. Kim was great with information and when I was ready to book, Kim was right on it. The guys showed up a little early (with a phone call) and we began. With them having an hourly rate, I was a little concerned with them dragging their feet, but I was wrong! They moved and moved and never stopped. No damage was found and our job was done professionally and quickly. I hope not to move again, but if I do, I will definitely reach back out to Leon. Thank you for everything!! read more

Leon Moving LLC is hands down the BEST moving company I have ever used, and I have moved A LOT. We did an in town move this weekend. This is the second time I've used Leon Moving and they continue to impress me. These guys are amazing! They were able to fit the contents of my storage unit and my entire house (including garage and outdoor furniture) in the truck and we only had to make one trip. These movers are worth their weight in gold! I've referred friends and family and everyone who has used Leon Moving has been thoroughly impressed with their service. Thank you Leon Moving!! read more

I love these guys and I've used them five times. They moved my parents from Katy, Texas to Austin. They've moved pianos, they've moved stuff into an apartment, into storage and into a house with stairs. They are very careful and very helpful and I can't give enough praise such thoughtful people. Rome even carries new felt pads to place on the legs of furniture to protect wood floors. I still have one more move in front of me and I will call Leon moving again. I've given several referrals and my friends have also been pleased with their service and their pricing. Great company. read more

They were perfect! Got a quick response on web request for quote, and it was easy to set up scheduling and review details over the phone. They showed up within the window, and even waited a bit while I got a hold of the person at the pickup side who hadn't arrived yet. They got everything unloaded quickly, no damage to anything. And, boy howdy, I was very impressed at their ability to squeeze a big heavy hutch down a narrow hall, around a sharp door, and into a corner of a crowded room, even dealing with a ceiling fan that was too low in there. Couldn't have asked for better! read more

Leon moving is absolutely the best moving company I have ever used. Last June they moved my 5,000 sq. ft. Home. No damage to anything. I have some valuable large antique pieces that are hard to move. They did a great job wrapping and padding everything. They had all the right dollies and equipment. So happy they did a great job at a great price. This week they moved my storage unit to my new home. Very attentive to detail. They managed to get a very large and heavy executive desk up a flight of stairs. No damage and no problems. Excellent Job! read more

I have used Leon's Moving Service several times since moving to the Lakeway area. I especially like the new reservation service online and quick contact via email and phone. I agree with other reviewers that the men were quick and efficient when moving my furniture. Since I had such a great first time experience, I have used them about 4 other times. Every time has been the same, a very pleasant experience. It seems almost like having friends coming to help move my furniture, but with friendly professionalism. read more

This was my second time to hire Leon Moving and I was very very pleased. The crew paid special attention to details - antiques, mirrors, special items. They kept a positive attitude even on a 105 degree weather day! When I mentioned my "new" front door, they wrapped it so it wouldn't get scratched. Even checked to make sure I didn't want a piece of furniture moved a tiny bit to one side. Very attentive & positive the entire move on a HOT Austin summer day. They are the only moving company I will call & recommend! read more

Leon Movers were awesome. They came to the job on time and were very careful in wrapping all my furniture and breakables. Not one thing was scratched or broken. They were courteous and so helpful in placing my furniture where I wanted it and even went the extra mile to assist in moving my stuff I had loaded into my car. The price they quoted, was the price I paid...no hidden fee agenda and the price was fair. I have moved all of the country and I would give these guys an A and would recommend them. read more

Awesome moving company! They picked up several large & very heavy furniture pieces to deliver to a buyer. They called to let me know when they would arrive, which was right on time. Rome & his assistant were very professional & courteous. They got right to work, covering the floors, wrapping the door jambs, & all the furniture carefully before loading it in the truck. I was very impressed with their expertise & quality of work. I would recommend and use them for any moving job, big or small! read more

The crew that helped us were extremely efficient and friendly and did a great job for us. We had to consolidate storage facility space, pick up a washer/dryer set; bring most of the items back to our house and deliver the washer dryer set to our daughter's apartment. All was done much quicker than we thought it would get done and they did a great job of visualizing and getting the consolidation done. Would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend this company. read more

I have used Leon Moving twice to help move an elderly aunt. The first trip Roman took care of us and most recently John and Nick. What stands out most is how thoughtful and nice they all were. They were eager to help in any way we needed. They were also very efficient, mindful of time, and worked diligently to maximize the services I received for the money I was spending. I can't praise these guys enough and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any move. read more

This is the first time I have ever written a review on Yelp. But I had too - I had the best moving experience with Leon Moving. Rome and his crew were excellent. They really know how to take the STRESS out of moving. Rome and the guys were all about the customer and what we wanted and how we wanted it done. Not how they wanted to do things...like the other moving companies. Would use them again without a 2nd thought. Thanks again, you are awesome!! read more

I was really impressed with this moving company! I needed a mover on a Sunday which is hard to find!! Leon's doesn't normally move on Sunday but I begged and they were kind enough to help me out. The two men they sent were on-time, efficient, neat, and very knowledgeable about storing furniture in a storage unit. It was a wonderful experience and plan on using them again when it's time to remove the furniture from the unit! read more
