The crew started with the big things first and we went down the line from there. Like everyone else in Austin I do and have done video, graphic, and web production as a free lancer. The crew recognized the equipment and even offered options on how to transport 'my baby,' an old classic Microsoft Enterprise server. Oh. About the laundered and totally unpacked dry cleaning I my closet. No problem, they offer five free hanging wardrobe boxes for transport, even going so far as to rehang my clothes at my new place. A few comparable companies gave me quotes at 150.00 more to start. Of course my prized art collection hanging on walls throughout my apartment slipped my mind to. Once they arrived, the workers brought all the necessary tools to make me feel at peace. For example, they covered my tables and desks with blankets so the corners wouldn't get scratched and secured my fragile/valuables in bins so it wouldn't collide with my furniture. The actual people who did the pickup were fine. A bit more bumping into walls than I'd like, but otherwise ok. The problem was scheduling. I booked a month in advance and they said they would be there the morning of pickup between 8 and 10 am. They were texting me to ask for pictures of what I needed taken away as early as 8:15. At 9:45 they texted me a quote. I messaged them around 10:30 asking if/when they were coming b/c the pickup window had passed. And then I didn't hear anything until around noon. Two hours after the pickup window. That's when they told me that they weren't going to be there until around 4. In reality, it was around 4:50. The reviews here are still generally really good, so I'm hoping my experience was just a fluke, but the lateness combined with the lack of communication made for a really disappointing experience.

The pricing is pretty good compared to other storage places in the surrounding area. There is no climate control available here. However, getting in and out here is pretty good with 26' moving truck is a breeze.One of my friends is moving into the area and I told him about it since this place is close to where we live. The facility is fairly new and has a lot of big and small storage spots. You can park boats, RVs, and trailers while the spacing is available. The spaces are even marked and easy to maneuver your trailers around. They have fire extinguishers ready available on each row of storage. If you are looking for a big storage and not worried about climate control this is a storage facility you should check out. 15x30, 10x25, 10x20, and smaller sizes are available. There is an office building, however, the owner is usually not there. But if you call the number and set up an appointment the owner will come out to do business with you.

I had my enclosed trailer stolen off the lot and…read moreI wasn't the only one who this happened to if you ask around this place has been hit more than once in a year and yes it gives off the sense of security with the security gate and cameras but when you ask what happened there's no video footage and also the gate is either broken down stuck open and no one to watch the people coming in and out it's no wonder it got hit. The officer I spoke to says the owner is difficult and forth coming with any information my guess is he obviously is in on it or knows who did it. Oh and if you try to ask if he's insured he will tell you he's not and your pretty much out of luck on anything you lost.
