I called JT himself who was extremely personable, a sounded genuinely concerned for my issue. JT was out of town at the time, as were his staff for the holiday, but communicated with me more than once as he attempted to find a technician to perform the replacement. The following day he phoned and sent Fabian who too was personable and a pro, and brought one of the new units they keep on hand. Fabian installed a new and complete A/C on the spot and had us up and running in a little less than a hour to enjoy the remainder of our weekend.
