Very happy with the result, and Darrien + team were great through the whole process. Price was competitive with other places I looked at (and way lower than some!). They also took care of some minor body work on my 20-year-old project car, including providing accurate (and very fair) estimates for the bodywork part of the job (when I asked the cost of bodywork prep at other places, the answer was always some variant of "I dunno, we'll have to see"). Also I was impressed with how little lead time they needed before getting started - I went in to talk through the job and pick colors on a Saturday, and then was able to drop my car off for the wrap the following Wednesday! Other places needed a much longer lead time, anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months. I needed to get the rear glass replaced and didn't have time to handle it before dropping the car off, but Cloaked was happy to let a mobile glass installer come to their site and take care of it after they had the car (also, shout-out to Magic Glass Repair for getting that done less than 24 hours after I called). I made it even more challenging when I requested wrapped pocket fender flares; a task a few companies refused to wrap due to the labor it would require. Darrien accepted the challenge easily. They do respond quickly. I was initially on a limited timeline for needing to get some wrapping done on my car. After some back and forth, I was under the impression the work could be done in a day (chrome delete). After dropping off my car, I was informed that they would need to keep it over night and realistically long into the following day. I had to leave town that next day so that wasn't going to work. Had it been properly communicated long this was going to take, I would have waited until I returned to town to give it the full time needed. I was assured they could still get it done in time, so I left the car. After picking up the car, I realized how rushed they really did the job. There are deep knife marks in the paint near the roof racks where they cut the vinyl directly on the car. The rear emblem is still chrome, and the front emblem looks either painted or wrapped horribly. There are lumps around some of the edges. The vinyl itself looks scratched in several places along the roof rails and rear bumper. There are several places where the vinyl has already started to peal, the vinyl is torn on the rear bumper before I picked up the car. There is what looks like super glue on a rubber window seal that wasn't there previously. There is a section where the vinyl ripped on a different section of the rear bumper and a small piece of vinyl was just placed over the rip like a bandaid. The car looks great from a distance. But the closer you get, the more you notice. After pick up, I was told they would contact me to get the front emblem corrected, the rear emblem blacked out and any other issues corrected. They never reached out to get that scheduled. read more

I took my 2011 Mustang to Cloaked And did the Inzotek Army Green. Owner is very precise and critique with his work. I gave him all the time in the world to make my car standout and man he soared above standards. People do not understand the time it takes to do this and how careful they have to be. After the wrap was done I waited a day or two for the car to cure. After a week of driving I get asked how is everything and any thing we need to tidy up.
