They also took care of some minor body work on my 20-year-old project car, including providing accurate (and very fair) estimates for the bodywork part of the job (when I asked the cost of bodywork prep at other places, the answer was always some variant of "I dunno, we'll have to see"). Also I was impressed with how little lead time they needed before getting started - I went in to talk through the job and pick colors on a Saturday, and then was able to drop my car off for the wrap the following Wednesday! Other places needed a much longer lead time, anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months. I needed to get the rear glass replaced and didn't have time to handle it before dropping the car off, but Cloaked was happy to let a mobile glass installer come to their site and take care of it after they had the car (also, shout-out to Magic Glass Repair for getting that done less than 24 hours after I called). My car was ready exactly when they said it would be, and looked as good as I had hoped. I'm a very satisfied customer and highly recommend Cloaked.

The owner was made aware of the situation and refuses to make it right. My boyfriend reached out to several shops in hopes of getting the repairs completed just to find out the damages that were made to the vehicle are worth thousands. This company was made aware of the situation and promised to make it right... then turned around and said "it's bad business to refund". The refund would've been $400. Which is WAY less than the actual cost of the damage. We would've been fine with the simple refund because that could've been put towards to repair. DO NOT go to this shop. This shop is unprofessional, unreliable, and honestly incompetent when it comes to proper customer service. HIGHLY suggest finding a better shop than this one. You've been warned! Previously reviewed on google as well and the business responded by disregarding my response due to me not "being present when the service was performed". When in fact I was there at the time of the car pick up and shook the hand of the owner. Once again this place is unprofessional in the way they handled not only our situation, but others just like it. It would've been fine if they just were honest and took accountability for their mistake. Instead they agreed to make it right and once they realized how bad the damage really was, they decide to deny everything and refuse to make it right.

We added PPF to the Rocker Panels, as well as Ceramic to the interior Wheel Barrels, (BMW brake dust is no joke, and that's made a huge difference on our vert). Silverstone Auto Spa did an outstanding job wrapping both of my cars in full PPF--gloss STEK on the…read moreCadillac CT5-V Blackwing and satin STEK on the Porsche Cayenne GTS. Both vehicles came out looking fantastic, with clean edges and a finish that really shows how much Andrey and his team care about the details. A large rock later hit the Blackwing's hood hard enough that it would have meant a dent and paint work, but the STEK film absorbed the impact and protected the original paint. Andrey even offered to redo the hood at cost, which says a lot about how they stand behind their work. STEK is a step above most other PPF brands in clarity and durability, and these guys are true experts. Highly recommended if you want it done right.
