I don't want to leave my car here, she ran in the back and a man came out and said I need to take pictures of the damage and send to Geico. Needless to say, they never sent the pictures. a few days later an agent called the shop while I was on hold, when he came back on line he said" I can see what your talking about, that lady was snarky" and we never did get the photos. Good thing is that I left and got another estimate from a neighboring business within minutes. Also, your parking situation is beyond ridiculous. How do you have a full parking lot with only one customer inside? There is no place to turn around, so you have to turn around by backing up onto the busy one way major highway.
