I've gone there several times for alignments. During my last visit, they told me I needed wheel bearings and gave me a written estimate of about $1,300 for parts and labor. I asked if I could supply my own parts, and they said yes, explaining only that they wouldn't be able to warranty customer-supplied parts. I specifically asked what the labor would cost and was told $645. I ordered the parts and, a few months later, called to make sure the labor price was still the same before bringing my car in. They assured me it was. When I arrived with my parts, instead of pulling up my original estimate, the employee created a new estimate with the labor increased by nearly $300. I stopped him and asked him to print my original estimate. He hesitated and only did so after I repeatedly insisted. The manager then came out and claimed the original labor price was only discounted because I was supposedly buying their parts. That explanation made no sense because I had already told them from the beginning that I would be supplying my own parts, and at that time they still quoted me $645 for labor. They never said that price depended on buying their parts. It felt like an excuse made up on the spot to justify charging me almost $900 in labor. To make matters worse, the parts they wanted to sell me were marked up by more than $500. I bought the exact same brand-new parts myself for only $170. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop. Make sure you get everything in writing, compare prices, and don't assume they will honor the estimates they give you. They are the ones who flag you in and are supposed ensure your tire goes in on the track. I've stopped trusting them and checking myself because half the time they are still flagging you forward but they are not even looking at your car much less the tire. They other thing that can be highly frustrating with the pre-washers is most of them barely spray the front and sometimes don't do the back at all...they use to brush the grill so bugs will come off during the wash but I only get this every so often now. And when they do it's barely a brush at all right before the car enters the washers. It's an okay wash, nothing spectacular and I always have to do the grill myself because it's hardly ever clean especially after travel. I have a subscription with them but I'm going to try another company we have here. I tried them right after traveling in another city and it was unbelievably amazing.
