He responded almost immediately and confirmed a time for the next day and arrived on time. Brandon was professional, polite, and he communicated what he was going to do. Brandon added an enclosure to my water heater earlier this year, to help prevent any freezing issues we may have in the winter. He was great, and made sure the work site was left perfect and went above and beyond to make it all look tidy post-install.
