First time went there the tint seemed okay then a few days later noticed a bunch of gaps and bubbles. They made right and did a great job redoing the work. Would give them five stars for this but recently tried to go back for repeat business on a different vehicle and called two or three times and they never seem to answer and don't return phone calls when you leave a message. This is second or third time I had my windows tinted. This place is busy so call ahead to get your appointment scheduled. On the day of appointment service was great and I was in and out of there in about 30 minutes. I think they are rightly priced, but be prepared to pay more if you want the ceramic tinting. I recently purchased two new vehicles from Garlyn Shelton BMW and I inquired as to where do they take their vehicles to get them tinted. They informed me that all of their vehicles are taken to Classic Tint. Sounds good to me! What is good enough for the dealership is good enough for me. Afterwards, I looked up Classic Tint's reviews on Yelp and Google. They were all positive which further influenced my decision even more. Brian is a nice guy with good customer service. I called Brian on a Tuesday and left a message. He called me back within 10 minutes and explained that he was busy with another customer. He gave me an appointment for Friday and provided a quote that was quite reasonable. I let my wife know about my appointment for my car and she looked at me with one of those looks... I was like, "What?" And then the light bulb went off, she wanted her windows tinted as well. So, I called Brian back and he managed to get both vehicles in. The shop is almost hidden behind the Nissan dealership. So travel slowly that way you will not pass it up. Upon arrival, Brian explained the tint law and gave me his recommendations based off of what I wanted. The tint came out perfect. Afterwards, he informed me of his warranty policy and let me know that if I have any problems or issues just give him a call or come back to his shop. Additionally, he explained proper care for the tint. Ok, now there were two things that I did not particularly care for, the first was the streak marks on my doors from when they were applying the tint. Secondly, my floor mats had grass on them from when they parked my vehicle in the grass. Neither one is a showstopper nor does they negate the quality of work. I am sure that I could have easily requested that they clean up the streaks on my door and mats. Would I take my vehicles back there? Yes, I would most definitely take my vehicles back. read more

Made an appointment to get my windows tinted. The responses were quick. Took my car and dropped it off an hour and a half early to be courteous. Was told it would be done around 3. Arrived back at 3:15 and it hadn't been touched. I had to wait until 5 for it to get done. I was told that what he quoted me was far too little for the car I have ($140 for a Ford Focus), even though I had to wait an extra 2 hours. I just wanted to be done with it and get home. After a quick look over I thought it was good. When I got home and had the chance to throughly inspect it, I am extremely displeased. There's dirt between the windows and tint along with a ton of big air bubbles. Brian and his helper were nice, but I'm not impressed with the tint job for the money I spent. read more

I failed my Texas State inspection due to my tint being too dark. I brought my truck here to get it "legalized" on short notice. He made short work of it and installed an actual quality product this time and I was on my way within 30 minutes. I had no issue with the initial service. I even sent them some business. But I just left there very disappointed. I paid a lot of money to get my windows tinted with a lifetime warranty. My tint is starting to peal and bubble, went in to get it fixed, under my warranty, only to be told that since I dont have my original receipt from 3 years ago that there is nothing he could do. I find that hard to believe that with today's technology he cant pull me up on his computer and honor my warranty. BUYER BEWARE hold onto that receipt FOREVER read more
