Would 100% recommend this business to anyone. My car got broken into and my entire passenger door was shattered. I also had my rear view mirror broken and they went out of their way to just put it back for me when they fixed my window i didn't even have to ask. Not to mention, they vacummed up my entire car and left it spotless of the glass. I literally just dropped it off and was worry free they cleaned up the mess, did a great job on the window, and did it all at a very affordable price. I only paid $190 for it and they had it done in a couple hours, was super quick. They ordered the glass the day before and it was done the next day. I was stressing so bad when my car got broken into. It was nice to be able to have a place that was affordable and super careful and caring with my car. I just dropped it off and they took care of the rest. Don't go through insurance, go through them. i would recommend them to anyone! they're amazing and customer service is also a 10/10. they were super helpful and friendly on the phone. they made the process so much easier on me. i can't say enough nice things about this business. but yeah. i'll stop here! 10/10. read more

I got a several quotes from other companies but I also read the reviews and decided to go to Quality. They were very professional and friendly. Dropped my car off around 9:30 am and before noon time they were calling saying it was ready. They did a very good job. I highly recommend this place. My previous windshield installation done by Mayo Autoworks was complete garbage (as I detailed in my review for them. Those clowns will never touch anything I own ever again). Quality did an awesome job on my windshield and everyone there is super-friendly. There was some coordination necessary with Caliber Collision next door to get some rust removal and paint (thanks, Mayo) before the windshield could be replaced, but everything ran smoothly. Quality beat Safelite by almost $100 even AFTER Safelite discounts. Heaven forbid I ever need another windshield, but I know where to go now. read more
