At first, the owner was extremely friendly and accommodating because he wanted my business. Once he had it, that completely changed. The friendliness disappeared, and so did the professionalism. I was told the windshield replacement would take 3/4 hrs, called 15 minutes prior to 4 hrs and was told it was going to be done by the time I got there. I arrived approximately 30 minutes later, expecting the vehicle to be ready as promised. It wasn't. I was then told I would have to wait another 20 minutes. When my wife explained that she didn't have additional time to wait because we had specifically been given a completion time, the owner became argumentative and disrespectful toward her. Instead of listening to a customer and acknowledging that they had failed to meet the time they promised, he talked over her and treated her like her concerns didn't matter. The way he spoke to and treated my wife was completely unacceptable. There is no excuse for an owner or man to behave that way toward a customer. Then we discovered damage around the windshield area that wasn't there before the vehicle was brought to the shop. When we confronted the owner about it, instead of taking responsibility or even making a genuine effort to resolve the problem, he denied that his shop caused the damage and told us to prove it and that they don't have insurance. Think about that for a moment: you take your vehicle to a professional shop, they perform work on it, you discover damage afterward, and the owner's response is essentially it wasn't us" and "we don't have insurance." That should tell you everything you need to know about how this business handles accountability. And the situation became even more disturbing when I confronted the owner about the way my wife had been treated. He claimed he had only heard about the incident from the supervisor. That was simply not true. He was there and was personally involved in the conversation. So now we're dealing with poor customer service, damage to a customer's vehicle, refusal to accept responsibility, and lies from the owner himself. This isn't how a reputable business should operate. A business owner should stand behind his work. He should respect his customers. He should take responsibility when something goes wrong. And above all, he should be honest with the people who are paying him. We experienced none of that. The problem isn't simply that the windshield replacement was a bad experience. The bigger problem is the attitude, lack of accountability, and complete disregard for the customer once they already have your money. Businesses in our community should be held to a higher standard. The values and business practices we experienced here are not values I believe should be supported or rewarded by our community. I would strongly encourage anyone reading this to take your business somewhere else. There are plenty of businesses that will treat you with respect, communicate honestly, and stand behind their work. If I could give zero stars, I would. Owner is a crook and a disrespectful prick.

This company was recommended to me by Glass Doctor because I had an odd request: Tint these new windows that were not installed in my project truck. The existing windows had one missing, one plexi and the other two? The old tint was curling up because the tint didn't extend into the gasket/weather-stripping and the windiws nested very deeply. Also, the gasket was pushing too hard against the seam. We wanted to put windows in because the truck was open to the elements and we wanted to get them tinted before we did that. Although It wasn't their normal procedure, and they really did wish I could bring them the truck (t wasn't running) they agreed to tint the windows for me. They educated me on their product, helped me pick a shade and they didn't just do it for me. I heard them counsel a couple different people while I was waiting and everyone got true input and honest input and not everyone got the same input. The owners had opinions and they recommended what they thought was best for the vehicle that they were working on. They took their time and did a good job and when they delivered the windows they helped me pad them appropriately so that they would travel well in my car. They gave me extensive instructions on how to install the windows to ensure that they would not get scratched. Because the windows weren't in the truck, but were identical, the tint-guy Thomas gave me his cell number so I could text him pictures of the truck so he could see the orientation and produce "2rights and 2lefts" Fair price, good communication.
