My car situation was that my 2012 BMW SUV passenger mirror fell off the side mirror mount. For 2 days I checked online and also I visited a few auto stores and auto shops to see if I could purchase some glue or tape to remount my mirror. Online I could order 1 new mirror with adhesive tape between $25-$50. Finally "Complete Paint & Body Shop" in Killeen,TX referred me to "Chip Control Glass" in Copperas Cove, TX. Chrissy, who greeted me in the office, told me that their shop would reinstall the mirror for free. I thought maybe they would have to charge me for at least labor. Less than 5 minutes after talking to Chrissy, Andrew came out to check out my vehicle situation, and he told me how he planned on reinstalling my mirror, then drove it into the work bay. Less than 30 minutes later Andrew returned my vehicle with the mirror reinstalled. Andrew told me it was a simple little job so no charge, but to please remember "Chip Control Class" in Copperas Cove, TX for any future automobile glass work. Chrissy and Andrew were very polite and knowledgeable, and I will return if I need their service in the future. read more

I cannot say enough about the service of this company. I took a cracked glass table top to their business and basically "begged" for help in fixing it. He told me he didn't think there was anyway to fix it....but he would try. I figured that it was already ruined, so why not try. He absolutely worked a miracle! Can you still see the crack...yes. But if you just walk by the table, you really wouldn't notice it. I am so appreciative of the fact that he actually took the time to help me in a way that he absolutely said was not in his field. THANKS!!!! read more

I noticed a crack in my windshield from a chip I received last week. Yeah, it happens that fast! Everyone I dealt with, Karina, Lexi and Al, were all so personable and friendly. They were able to order a windshield for me and install it that day! Excellent service, good price for the new windshield and they lived up to their motto, "Experience the D.P.S. difference, Dependable, Professional Service." The best folks you hope you never have to see! Thank you Chip Control Auto Glass! read more

I had to have two windshield replacements for two separate vehicles done in the same week. Needless to say, I wasn't super happy about it, but the outstanding customer service I received from Andrew and his team left me smiling about the situation. Not only did they do an excellent job on both vehicles, they completed the work at a price much lower than I expected. They were kind and professional and I would recommend Chip Control Glass to anyone! read more

I had my windshield replaced about a year ago. They were about $500 less than SafeLite and did an outstanding job. I caught a rock recently. When I went in, not only did they fix that chip but another smaller one down by my wipers that I hadn't even mentioned/forgot about. Their forever chip repair is great. This business has integrity and does right by the customer, something that is increasingly rare in today's world. I am grateful for them! read more

I highly recommend this place! I called about a crack in my windshield and Melanie gave me a quote over the phone and was very informative. I was quoted $210 which is significantly less than Safelite wanted (after they caused the crack in the first place since it started it as a chip, Safelite wanted $385). Andre worked worked on my windshield in a timely manner. Everyone here was very friendly and professional. read more

I had several chips and cracks in my Jeep windshield. Called Andrew and he told me all about a special windshield called Gorilla glass. He was very knowledgeable and showed me several online resources to learn about the glass. The installer came to me and installed. He replaced quickly and was just as helpful with questions and information! If you own a Jeep I highly recommend the upgrade!! read more

I took my car in to get a chip in the windshield fixed and received the best customer service I've gotten in many years. It would do good for other businesses to stop by and see what good manners and customer service should be. Many businesses do alot of the same things, but how you treat the customer gets you repeat business. Plus Brittany did an excellent job. read more

Had a turkey shatter my windshield. They were able to send a tech out 24 hours later and it was fixed in less than 2 hours. Think the techs name was Cody and he was very professional, friendly and did great work. Ended up being charged less than what was originally quoted on the phone. (It was like ten bucks less but still a nice surprise) read more
